Water was running off my vehicle leaving mud trails. 3. When I tried to use a towel to dry it off there were none. 4. I tried to cancel several times but could not get my account to come up. 5. The workers are no help at all. 6. One of the workers would guide you to drive on the guide rails, having you to turn to do it. 7. When I was finally able to cancel my service, a week later they charged my card anyway I asked for a refund, to hear nothing. When I went back into my account to message again it said I have no account but my account is active for about her week (seems terrible fishy that I don't have an account but I'm good to for another week and I can't message anyone). $40 a month for a horrible wash, service, and have money stolen out of my account! I will be going yo the better business bureau next, then filing a complaint with the card company they took money from without my permission.

I kill bugs…read more Thousands over the course of a summer. My wife and I are on the road to "Somewhere" a couple of times a week. I am in this car wash at least once a week. This location is handy for me and a buck cheaper than the other car wash I occasionally use. It does a great job, but like any car wash sometimes something doesn't work. The owner has his cell phone number on the door. I have called him many times with issues on the drive through automatic wash. He always picks up. I explain the problem and tell him I will be back in a few days after it has been fixed. He has always given me a re-wash when I come back. The owner seems to be a nice guy who really cares about the customer. Carwashes are used and abused by the public. They are a gallimaufry of mechanical, electrical and electronic systems. There are plenty of opportunities for something to go wrong. All carwashes have problems from time to time. I'm happy with the service here. When I call with a problem it gets fixed. And, I get the wash I paid for.

It consistently gets my truck 90% clean and there's plenty of changing colored lights and foam and what not really making it feel like we are getting spa treatment. Vacuums here are included and intermittently seem to not work. I was just in earlier today and had to change spots as a vacuum would stay on. Okay cool, it happens. The other one I moved to worked just fine. There's a mat cleaning station which is cool but I can't use because I have after market plastic mats. It's for carpet or flat mats only. It's a machine with no option I've found to wash manually. There's also a little after clean packet you can purchase separately for interior cleaning. I've never purchased one. On the actual detail of the car, I would give them a seven out of 10. Certainly not what I would expect for $450. That is at the top of the price points for this type of service. There were areas that they miss cleaning, and there was still trash in the pocket behind the driver seat. Not necessarily their fault, but the antenna was broken off when they probably put it through their car wash. Not blaming them, but they certainly could appointed that out.
