The vent was jammed to one side and the dash around it cracked in 2 places. I called the shop and got the Ol' "it was like that when we got it" . Seriously?! Besides the damage very poor detail. Huge swaths of dash that were missed. Hit and miss on the exterior shine. Some pieces got it some didn't. The car wash part is just fine for a drive thru quick Wash. It consistently gets my truck 90% clean and there's plenty of changing colored lights and foam and what not really making it feel like we are getting spa treatment. Vacuums here are included and intermittently seem to not work. I was just in earlier today and had to change spots as a vacuum would stay on. Okay cool, it happens. The other one I moved to worked just fine. There's a mat cleaning station which is cool but I can't use because I have after market plastic mats. It's for carpet or flat mats only. It's a machine with no option I've found to wash manually. There's also a little after clean packet you can purchase separately for interior cleaning. I've never purchased one. I also wish they had dry towels available, I've seen it done other places and would like that, Overall solid car wash.
