I'm used to the full-service, but this one is the drive-thru. To be honest, I wanted to go through the drive-thru several times but was afraid I didn't know how to line my tire on the rail. Well, today, I had no choice but to come to the drive-thru. I'm in a different state and couldn't find a Mister Car Wash with full service. So, I had to go for it, and what an experience. The young guy working today at noontime guided me with patience right on through. I didnt even know I had to put my car in neutral. I am writing this to say thank you so much to the young man on April 12, working at noon. You were so kind to this old lady who was scared out of her wits! Thank you again!

By the time myself and my dog made it to Jackson my car was just gross. I didn't have the drive or desire to clean it out but I knew it had to be done. Having had spent a lot of money on the move I also wasn't looking to go crazy. I searched Yelp and found this establishment so I headed over to get my car cleaned When I pulled up I was QUICKLY greeted and a very friendly guy told me how everything worked. They had different packages but to get a nice wash, vacuum (this included the trunk which no one has ever done), and a good wipe down of everything was only around $26. They even have a little air-conditioned trailer for you to relax in while they work. I have to say I was beyond thrilled and pleased with the results. They were also super quick. Not only will I be back every time I need my car cleaned but I will totally recommend them to anyone who is looking for great work and a clean car

This past Christmas (2016) I went in search of an automated carwash and made the mistake of…read morestopping by what was then called Four Season's car wash. I drive a Chevy Tahoe with a bug guard on the front of the hood. I should say it used to have a bug guard. One trip through the wash and it was ripped right off. I know car washes typically treat aftermarket equipment as a "wash at your own risk" scenario, however a bug guard doesn't really change the vehicle's profile at all. It's also not something that I could have removed. As if the property damage wasn't enough, the wash didn't even clean the truck all that well. I immediately brought the damage to their attention and was told that they'd "review the tapes" and get it back to me. I left my phone number with the understanding that they'd review the incident and call me. They never initiated contact. Over the next several months I repeatedly had to call and email to find out the status of my claim. I was given every excuse in the book why the owner couldn't call me, including everything from illness, vacation, marriage, and store inventory. They continued to give me the runaround for months until they finally processed my claim. Rather than send me the check as I had requested, they sent it to a nearby Chevy dealer. Apparently they picked the dealer from one of the many repair estimates I had sent in, however they neglected to inform the dealer (or me) of their decision. Thankfully the dealership was able to find my check and I eventually got the bug shield repaired. In summary, the wash left my truck dirty and the customer service left me frustrated and exhausted.

You dip the brush into this smooth blue liquid in a big container. Whatever's in the liquid takes the dirt right off the windows and bumper with ease. You see, I drove from Atlanta to Jackson, catching so many bugs that my front window and bumper looked a mess. All I had to do was dip the brush in the liquid, and with one wipe and two wipes for good measure, the bugs came right off. I even cleaned my back window. Once inside the drive-thru, the grime and dirt melted right off to the ground. I added the extra blower to dry my car, which was a treat because I didnt have the streaks on my window or tried round dots on my windows. What was super shocking is that I received all of that for the low price of twenty dollars.
