Though it had been garage kept at our house, the exterior was fairly baked from a summer in the Oklahoma sun while we lived in our RV in Tulsa. There were several recommendations for T-Mac's on Reddit and Yelp, so I went with them. I dropped it off and when I picked it up 24 hours later it was SPOTLESS! They took the TPMS sensors I use when towing it behind my RV and a few other things that had fallen under the seats and bagged them up for me. My dash cam had painters tape over it to prevent any cleaner from damaging it when they worked on windows and mirror. The leather seats were cleaned and conditioned, as was the WeatherTech floor protectors, center console and cup holders. Very happy with their staff, quality and service. Apparently their system/camera can't read license plates that include verticals letters. I hoped that over time they would recognize this is a problem for customers but instead they're fine with wasting time and sending out the workers to get your information repeatedly. Never had an issue with a car wash that provided a barcode. Apparently Tommy's technology isn't very good.

I look over and my dash around my vent is cracked and bulging in 2 places where the detailer tried to pry the vent out (some vents pop out) to clean it. My vents don't pop out. The vent was jammed to one side and the dash around it cracked in 2 places. I called the shop and got the Ol' "it was like that when we got it" . Seriously?! Besides the damage very poor detail. Huge swaths of dash that were missed. Hit and miss on the exterior shine. Some pieces got it some didn't. From when I was there It looks like these guys hire kids to do their details with very little experience. If you value your car at all DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE
