Had an appointment scheduled with another detail place and was going to pay close to $300 but a friend talked me into trying Hourglass. I am so glad I did. They did an awesome job with my car. It literally shines like a diamond. The did a great job getting all the bug splatter off. They conditioned the interior just like I wanted and the carpet looks brand new. Not only did they save me over$200, they did an awesome job. I will definitely be a returning customer. Thanks guys! read more

Almost $100 for the WORST clean I've ever received. The pictures are after I already complained and have them wipe it down for a second time so you can only imagine how crappy it was before this Not to mention, they also unlatched my car seats in it feel the need to reinstall them so they're just fucking thrown in here Lady up front was nice but definitely not worth the price AT ALL read more

After my last review (11 months ago), I decided to give them a try again today. I got here at 2 PM; that's three hours before they close. Once again they turned me away. They said they were too busy. read more

Hourglass Auto Spa - Current prices. Very reasonable. - Auto Detailing Near Me - Tulsa, Oklahoma

When I called, I was told it would be around $350. When I dropped the car off, I was told it be 400. And then I got a call back later. That said it would be 450. On the actual detail of the car, I would give them a seven out of 10. Certainly not what I would expect for $450. That is at the top of the price points for this type of service. There were areas that they miss cleaning, and there was still trash in the pocket behind the driver seat. Not necessarily their fault, but the antenna was broken off when they probably put it through their car wash. Not blaming them, but they certainly could appointed that out. read more

If you are looking for the best auto detailing spot in all of Tulsa- well, here it is. I was looking for a spot to have my mom's car detailed- and they delivered. Good prices for top notch services- mom's car was clean as a whistle. I didn't even recognize the car- looked like it was driven off a car lot- BRAND NEW. Great service, friendly, best prices I've seen! I'll be bringing my car in very soon! read more

I purchased the $129 hand wax package deal, but unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the results. After the service was completed, my wheels were still very dirty, and it looked like the wax wasn't properly wiped off--there were visible smears all over. The finish didn't look clean or polished at all. Honestly, it felt like a complete waste of money. I would recommend saving your money and just going with a regular wash instead. I won't be purchasing the hand wax package again. This was one of the worst car wash experiences I've had. read more

I was recommended to come here, by a full detailing business, to get a car that was loaned to me, cleaned before returning it. They did an awesome job! The waiting area was comfortable. The staff was friendly. And the price for what I wanted was very reasonable. There was a bit of a wait... But Well Worth It!!! read more

This was my first time. I had great customer service from start to end. My car looked fantastic inside and out! I definitely will be back! Thank you read more

The only reason I give a 2 star is we did have our truck detailed here, the job was better than good. We set another appointment for my vehicle on Friday, showed up 5 minutes to 8 only to be told by a smug young woman that they don't take appointments for Friday. Then she wanted to know what we were scheduled for and if I could reschedule for another day? Really? Our discretionary dollars will not be spent at a poor customer service business, my husband even had a text from the young women for the appointment. Will have to find a detail person who has some hustle. read more

$36 for a wash, tires and interior. Not bad really. Nice staff, better end product than when it was Auto Oasis for sure. Down side? Man it takes a long time to get a vehicle completed. Been here for right at an hour and a half....decently busy but not overly. I'll be back for sure but don't come here in a hurry, that won't happen it seems. They tell you when you arrive what to expect time wise and this is not a "basic wash" kinda place. I'm picky about my vehicle and besides washing my vehicle at home by hand, this is the next best option that I've found. read more

Called asking for oil change & wash, which used to be available at this location when it was owned by Auto Oasis. Now? Rude staff. Asked for name & supervisor, was told none of your business then they hung up on me. A&T Mobile Detailing a friendlier option for Tulsa. read more

I have settled on a 3star rating but went back and forth between 2 stars and 3.5. We bought the basic package and it took a little long, 2 hours. However, I was satisfied with the end product. The job was performed satisfactorily. In addition to the the time involved my biggest complaint was that employees working inside or spending time inside were not wearing masks. We are in the midst of a pandemic with a city mask mandate and no one was wearing a mask. I emailed the manager with this complaint to give him an opportunity to respond before I reviewed them. He never responded. So I have to assume that the business doesn't really care about me as a customer. Not a good sign when other options are available. read more

I always take my vehicle & get the $39.95 package. I am ALWAYS pleased with the end result. I do have to plan accordingly for the hour wait. But, when my vehicle is ready it is so worth the wait. I went there before I traded in my vehicle & the dealership couldn't believe how clean it was. read more

We always get our car washed here and we do the $35.95 basic package which includes inside and out. Hand wash then tunnel wash. Dash, doors, vacuum and windows and seats wiped down. read more

Im a Retired and disabled and a former Police Office,Yesterday I took my 2014 Toyota black Tacoma 4x4 into Hourglass Auto Spa in Tulsa oklahoma. I Chosen the Executive Car wash $ 85.95 minus my senior discount at $ 77.35. I have used this car wash before always did a great job, until now as seen in these photos. My custom Moto Rims at $ 260.00 a piece. The chemical they used to shine the tires they didn't even wipe down one of my rim which streaked my rim, which will be difficult to remove the badly stained rim. And my chrome tail pipe tip. And after telling the person who was doing my truck I pointed out that my weather Tech floor Mats there was water under my other floor mat as well, and didn't even dress my Mats to make them shiny, he wipe the water off my Mats. And front of my truck still had dirty water spots even on Mt bull bar he wiped the front off. Then this individual told me here was his excuse well if we weren't so busy I could have do a more better job. I like to know after spending that kind of money on a very poor job and messing up 1 my expenses rim, being on social security disability which money is tight, Wow Really. My personal opinion is of the whole experience was a waste of my time and diffently my money. I would not Highly recommend Hourglass Auto Spa. (This package was to be hand washed) read more

I was just here getting my car washed and it ended up cleaner than the day I drove it off the lot!! They do an amazing job!!

Was not the wait time, was I waited and while I watched the slow pace I get car and inside wipe down was like my 8 year daughter did it. Did not cover the entire door just part of the door as the glossy conditioner you can see the swipe. Little cotton dusty bunnies left behind from rags, windows were not cleaned that well. $70 paid .. was a $30 car wash. Won't be back. read more
