I purchased the $129 hand wax package deal, but unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the results. After the service was completed, my wheels were still very dirty, and it looked like the wax wasn't properly wiped off--there were visible smears all over. The finish didn't look clean or polished at all. Honestly, it felt like a complete waste of money. I would recommend saving your money and just going with a regular wash instead. I won't be purchasing the hand wax package again. This was one of the worst car wash experiences I've had. read more

The only reason I give a 2 star is we did have our truck detailed here, the job was better than good. We set another appointment for my vehicle on Friday, showed up 5 minutes to 8 only to be told by a smug young woman that they don't take appointments for Friday. Then she wanted to know what we were scheduled for and if I could reschedule for another day? Really? Our discretionary dollars will not be spent at a poor customer service business, my husband even had a text from the young women for the appointment. $36 for a wash, tires and interior. Not bad really. Nice staff, better end product than when it was Auto Oasis for sure. Down side? Man it takes a long time to get a vehicle completed. Been here for right at an hour and a half....decently busy but not overly. I'll be back for sure but don't come here in a hurry, that won't happen it seems. They tell you when you arrive what to expect time wise and this is not a "basic wash" kinda place. I have settled on a 3star rating but went back and forth between 2 stars and 3.5. We bought the basic package and it took a little long, 2 hours. However, I was satisfied with the end product. The job was performed satisfactorily. In addition to the the time involved my biggest complaint was that employees working inside or spending time inside were not wearing masks. We are in the midst of a pandemic with a city mask mandate and no one was wearing a mask. I emailed the manager with this complaint to give him an opportunity to respond before I reviewed them. He never responded. So I have to assume that the business doesn't really care about me as a customer. Not a good sign when other options are available. read more

Im a Retired and disabled and a former Police Office,Yesterday I took my 2014 Toyota black Tacoma 4x4 into Hourglass Auto Spa in Tulsa oklahoma. I Chosen the Executive Car wash $ 85.95 minus my senior discount at $ 77.35. I have used this car wash before always did a great job, until now as seen in these photos. My custom Moto Rims at $ 260.00 a piece. The chemical they used to shine the tires they didn't even wipe down one of my rim which streaked my rim, which will be difficult to remove the badly stained rim. And my chrome tail pipe tip. And after telling the person who was doing my truck I pointed out that my weather Tech floor Mats there was water under my other floor mat as well, and didn't even dress my Mats to make them shiny, he wipe the water off my Mats. And front of my truck still had dirty water spots even on Mt bull bar he wiped the front off. Then this individual told me here was his excuse well if we weren't so busy I could have do a more better job. I like to know after spending that kind of money on a very poor job and messing up 1 my expenses rim, being on social security disability which money is tight, Wow Really. My personal opinion is of the whole experience was a waste of my time and diffently my money. I would not Highly recommend Hourglass Auto Spa. (This package was to be hand washed) read more

Was not the wait time, was I waited and while I watched the slow pace I get car and inside wipe down was like my 8 year daughter did it. Did not cover the entire door just part of the door as the glossy conditioner you can see the swipe. Little cotton dusty bunnies left behind from rags, windows were not cleaned that well. $70 paid .. was a $30 car wash. Won't be back. read more
