Bays are generally kept clean. You get two minutes 20 seconds for one token. Pressure for the spray wash is good. Transitions from wash to rinse to wax to brush can take up a lot of your time though. There is rarely ever anyone on site to deal with problems in my experience over the years.

Years of driving through the local car wash to save time made my paint look awful. Not having the inside cleaned regularly or ever detailed made it musty able dull as well. I was just so used to it I didn't realize. I needed to ask, but I didn't want to invest too much and lose money. In the end, I chose to have a full interior/ exterior detail and added a few extra services to make the car smell better and add value by doing the ceramic coating. When Noah delivered the car back to me, we couldn't believe the difference! I almost wanted to keep it again! I relisted the car with new photos Noah provided for me himself, and sold the car within a week for more than my original asking price, not losing a dime in the process! Every step of the way, Noah was so helpful, knowledgeable, and professional! He definitely knows his business! He's made a customer for life as we signed up for his regular detail plans on both of our vehicles. We aren't spending much more than we did for our drive through wash plans, and our cars look and smell good all the time now! The vent was jammed to one side and the dash around it cracked in 2 places. I called the shop and got the Ol' "it was like that when we got it" . Seriously?! Besides the damage very poor detail. Huge swaths of dash that were missed. Hit and miss on the exterior shine. Some pieces got it some didn't. The second time that I had a panhandler emerge from the bushes to ask for cash while I was paying for my wash was kinda the last straw. Then covid hit and they really let it fall off. I noticed there was an guy living in it for awhile last winter. Frankly, it was a much better use of the building than trying to wash your car there.
