The man I talked to on the phone to schedule the appointment told me that he would be able to get me on the 2nd. After I expressed to him that I really needed it my detail that day, he told me he would be able to squeeze me in. The work was great. I think I chose the medium package. He added in a full shampoo even though it wasn't officially included. He was very nice. Didn't have any problems. So I'd go see him again.

He said he didn't have enough time to train guys to be perfect, so he had to look over my car to make adjustments. They missed a few spots on the interior that had obvious buildup. The real problem stems from their "front office," which is weirdly located through the back of the garage (watch your step) and up a flight of stairs to what could barely be called an office. The office personnel are not professional and don't seem to have their affairs in order. They offered their "waiting room," which is a dirty, poorly-lit room with what Walmart might call a "fancy" water feature. I dropped off my car at 10am and they told me may vehicle would be ready in 4-5 hours. I called at 2:45pm and no answer. I called at 3:00pm and no answer. I figure they are busy and make my way over to pick up my vehicle. There was only one person (the best worker they have) who called the front office people because I wanted to pay with a credit card. The front office people were not anywhere close to the facility. The only reason I was able to take my car with me is because I randomly had $200 cash, which never happens. Like I said, one employee (nice guy, short brown hair, tattoos) is great and it's obvious he cares. The front office staff sucks and do not care about return customers.

I asked a friend for advice and they told me to try getting a quote from Anderson Auto Detailing. I thought it was an odd suggestion because my car was very clean with no damage, but was desperate and took their advice. Noah explained to me that the car looked dull and how they could help. Years of driving through the local car wash to save time made my paint look awful. Not having the inside cleaned regularly or ever detailed made it musty able dull as well. I was just so used to it I didn't realize. I needed to ask, but I didn't want to invest too much and lose money. Noah explained the value of the different services he had to offer and gave me options. In the end, I chose to have a full interior/ exterior detail and added a few extra services to make the car smell better and add value by doing the ceramic coating. When Noah delivered the car back to me, we couldn't believe the difference! I almost wanted to keep it again! I relisted the car with new photos Noah provided for me himself, and sold the car within a week for more than my original asking price, not losing a dime in the process! Every step of the way, Noah was so helpful, knowledgeable, and professional! He definitely knows his business! He's made a customer for life as we signed up for his regular detail plans on both of our vehicles. We aren't spending much more than we did for our drive through wash plans, and our cars look and smell good all the time now! Even my allergies have improved and I swear it's from having the interior regularly and professionally cleaned! Thanks again, Noah! See you next week!

Updating my review: After calling in directly instead of…read moregoing through the Mazda dealership, I was able to get connected with Taylor hunter at the Tulsa location on skelly. I had been dealing previously with the integrity customs that only dealt with the Mazda dealership, and after they had my car for a week (I said take as much time as you need) they redid the entire car, staring from scratch, and fixed all of the issues. I am very confident this will be far better than my previous experience, because looking around the car the quality of the work is FAR better. Alex was the one who did the PPF job himself and he did an excellent job, and even went ahead and PPFd the headlights which weren't done previously. The workmanship is definitely high quality here and what I would expect. Taylor, the manager said they are looking into why the dealership location is doing such a poor job, so I would say go to the north location to have work done or redone, and avoid the dealership location at this time. Seriously happy with the job and quality done at this location. Far less seems, far better edges, nearly no imperfections. Exactly what I would have expected and super happy with the fix so far. I am confident Taylor and Alex will be able to handle any future issues with the job, but by the quality of the work really shows a stark difference from what I saw before and I am confident this job will last. Updating to 4 stars because the help I received from Taylor and Alex was 5 stars, but my previous experience was terrible with the other location, and I would have preferred this level of workmanship and professionalism from the start. Old review: Absolutely regret choosing this business to PPF and tint my new car. I have had to bring my car back maybe 8 times so far to have work redone. Every time I get my car back there are bubbles and debris stuck under the PPF, pretty much on every panel there are bubbles. The first time I had my bumper done they literally just put the PPF over dead bug remains. I was totally shocked. The trunk was done so poorly it had about 0.5" of material hanging off underneath it that I had to trim myself and then eventually bring the car back in for. PPF came up off the bumper multiple times, is now coming off the door and has about 10 bubbles/spots on the rocker panel all in the same place. When installing my rear tint they damaged the surround of my rear window in my convertible top, and despite that there are bubbles all over the window. I also just noticed there is liquid residue from the tinting that they got up and inside the view of my rain sensing camera. I have never had issues like this before and am genuinely so upset I trusted this business with my new car. I have clearly tried working with them several times but I should not have to come back once, let alone more than 5 times. Maybe this place would work for you if you are not particular but if you are detail oriented TAKE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE.

For…read morethose who aren't aware, it is common practice (at least it should be, anyways) to have your truck cleaned and detailed before a new driver gets in it for the first time. My previous employee left the truck in a less than ideal state. It was filthy inside and out, and to top it off, he left food inside of the mini fridge which then sat in the Oklahoma sun for 5 weeks. Derrick and his team at Ward's Mobile Detail were able to get to the truck on very short notice and did an amazing job of washing not only the outside of the semi, but also cleaning and detailing the inside, as well as removing the horrible smell. The before and after pictures look like two different trucks! I would highly recommend these guys, they're worth every cent. Thanks again for the excellent work.
