I showed him the damaged area and he said they could do some sanding and clear coat. I did not expect any more than that -- the bumper is like any bumper of that age with rock chips, etc -- but Will went above and beyond for the situation, actually replacing the bumper entirely and painting to match. I would have never asked for them to go to that extent, but I am grateful they did. It is my understanding that the office staff when I had been there for the initial repair are no longer with the company and an entirely new crew has been put into place. It appears that the company is making great strides by putting competent employees in place and are working very hard to provide excellent service and quality craftsmanship.

Then as I turned around I noticed the woman sitting down in the corner had a beer sitting there as well. It absolutely appalled me that a place that repairs peoples vehicles would be okay with this behavior.
