They make you sign paperwork before they even accept your car and they use this when they try to rip you off. They held my car hostage until i paid absurd charges not communicated at any point beyond saying there was a possibility (in the paper they make you sign before sharing any information). I specifically asked/told them not to perform any extra work without my approval, especially if it involved out-of-pocket payments from me. Beyond the extreme unprofessionalism and ineptitude of the account manager AND President of the "company", throw in rudeness (e.g. hanging up in your face, calling the customer "full of attitude", and "figure out what you owe from the numbers i gave you"), no communication, and a car that STILL has scratches (old and new). Attached are pictures AFTER the car was at the shop for 9 weeks. This is what they consider full repair, paint, and detailing... Might as well be a criminal organization.
