This was the closest car wash by the casino. Car wash required a minimum of $2 to start which got me about 2 minutes and 40 seconds. The water was hot and the soap was plentiful. For a total of $4, my car was spotless. Vacuum station required $1 to start. Everything really went well but I am leery about serendipity. What are the odds that my car being greased and the closest car wash is Wash'n'go? Could the 2 events be related or are they pure coincidence? He handed me a business card with Morgan Young's (area director) information. Upon looking at the card I noticed no business number was listed on it so I once again told Josh that I wanted to actually speak with Ms Young. He literally snatched the card out of my hand and stormed off behind the building. A few minutes later he reappeared with a threatening and hostile attitude, cursed me and then threatened to call "the FN cops for trespassing" and again once more grabbed the business card that he had handed back to me, back from my hands and threw it on the ground. I told him to keep on acting that way as I was voice recording the entire situation along with the business cameras filming his hostility and actions (throwing his hands up in the air) as this entire conversation was held there at the beginning of the wash where there is a camera. I emailed Ms Young and to this day I have yet to hear anything back from her regarding this horrible experience. I was a loyal monthly member of White Water Express until today, as I've closed all 3 accounts. If you utilize this car wash BEWARE ... look for damages (I believe from the tire cleaner brushes) as that's where the damages on both of my cars is presenting- (lower sides)

I have previously mentioned that there are not always attendants at the entrance so sometimes you just have to pull onto the conveyor belt that pulls you through the car wash on your own. During those times, no plastic bag is put over your rear window. Today when I went through the South Peoria location, there were two attendants, one of them was guiding me onto the conveyor belt, while the other one put the plastic bag over my rear window wiper. The car wash proceeded normally and I was happy with the way the car looked when I came out. When I pulled into vacuum station number nine, The driver side hose nozzle fell off as I was removing the hose from its holder. I was able to screw the nozzle back on without having to alert anyone. However, when I tried to move the hose around to the hatchback of my car the hose was barely long enough to enable me to vacuum out the rear of my car. I don't recall that ever happening before. I guess I got a short hose. There is a car mat washing machine near the vacuums. If you have flat mats, you simply insert them in the slot of the machine and it pulls the mats in, washes them and spits them out. It won't work on mats like WeatherTech though, they must be flat mats. Today's experience doesn't change my overall opinion and I leave my rating at four stars.

Once, I stopped by really early on my way in to work. The wash seemed to be taking longer than usual but I didn't think anything of it. Then the sign said to drive forward, signaling the end of the wash, and it hadn't rinsed all the soap. I was just going to drive by again through another lane and pay again instead of driving around with a soapy car, but luckily there were already employees opening up the place and one of them came up to me when he saw the situation. I'm guessing he was a manager because he apologized (must have been something wrong with a sensor) told me to go ahead and drive through another lane and he even upgraded my wash. Happy customer. On the actual detail of the car, I would give them a seven out of 10. Certainly not what I would expect for $450. That is at the top of the price points for this type of service. There were areas that they miss cleaning, and there was still trash in the pocket behind the driver seat. Not necessarily their fault, but the antenna was broken off when they probably put it through their car wash. Not blaming them, but they certainly could appointed that out.
