I have previously mentioned that there are not always attendants at the entrance so sometimes you just have to pull onto the conveyor belt that pulls you through the car wash on your own. During those times, no plastic bag is put over your rear window. Today when I went through the South Peoria location, there were two attendants, one of them was guiding me onto the conveyor belt, while the other one put the plastic bag over my rear window wiper. The car wash proceeded normally and I was happy with the way the car looked when I came out. When I pulled into vacuum station number nine, The driver side hose nozzle fell off as I was removing the hose from its holder. I was able to screw the nozzle back on without having to alert anyone. However, when I tried to move the hose around to the hatchback of my car the hose was barely long enough to enable me to vacuum out the rear of my car. I don't recall that ever happening before. I guess I got a short hose. There is a car mat washing machine near the vacuums. If you have flat mats, you simply insert them in the slot of the machine and it pulls the mats in, washes them and spits them out. It won't work on mats like WeatherTech though, they must be flat mats. Today's experience doesn't change my overall opinion and I leave my rating at four stars.

Once, I stopped by really early on my way in to work. The wash seemed to be taking longer than usual but I didn't think anything of it. Then the sign said to drive forward, signaling the end of the wash, and it hadn't rinsed all the soap. I was just going to drive by again through another lane and pay again instead of driving around with a soapy car, but luckily there were already employees opening up the place and one of them came up to me when he saw the situation. I'm guessing he was a manager because he apologized (must have been something wrong with a sensor) told me to go ahead and drive through another lane and he even upgraded my wash. Happy customer. It didn't even take long at all. Great customer service!
