I hoped that over time they would recognize this is a problem for customers but instead they're fine with wasting time and sending out the workers to get your information repeatedly. He dearly loves to join the car wash clubs where you pay a monthly fee for unlimited car washes. In fact, he literally never walks past my car without looking to see if it's clean. (Oh, there it is. My thing. I'm an Interior Designer so we've moved. A LOT!). We've probably belonged to 6-8 car wash clubs in Tulsa, some that have multiple locations you can visit. By far, and I mean by literally leaps and bounds, THIS! This is so much nicer than all the other car washes. I have no idea what a basic wash is. The monthly unlimited (even unlimited per day if you're a tidy freak ^) is $60. The vacs are complimentary. The employees are friendly and efficient. The tunnel is clean and well maintained. Many times I've seen an employee inside the tunnel washing the windows! Some of the other tunnel places get so gross and moldy inside... so if you're ever down south in the Tulsa area, try this. I have been to several Tommy's Express car washes in the Tulsa area. Usually I go to the South…read morePeoria location, which is where I went today. I have previously mentioned that there are not always attendants at the entrance so sometimes you just have to pull onto the conveyor belt that pulls you through the car wash on your own. During those times, no plastic bag is put over your rear window. Today when I went through the South Peoria location, there were two attendants, one of them was guiding me onto the conveyor belt, while the other one put the plastic bag over my rear window wiper. The car wash proceeded normally and I was happy with the way the car looked when I came out. When I pulled into vacuum station number nine, The driver side hose nozzle fell off as I was removing the hose from its holder. I was able to screw the nozzle back on without having to alert anyone. However, when I tried to move the hose around to the hatchback of my car the hose was barely long enough to enable me to vacuum out the rear of my car. I don't recall that ever happening before. I guess I got a short hose. There is a car mat washing machine near the vacuums. If you have flat mats, you simply insert them in the slot of the machine and it pulls the mats in, washes them and spits them out. It won't work on mats like WeatherTech though, they must be flat mats. Today's experience doesn't change my overall opinion and I leave my rating at four stars.

The boy who was supposed to tell me when to put my car into neutral failed to do so. He also didn't tell me if my wheels needed to be more aligned. I decided to give 1 last chance and go today and once again the boy didn't give clear directions on what to do with my car when going into the wash. And the lights at the end don't tell you when to put your car on drive. All the lights on the board at the end were all blinking. There needs to be better instructions for coming in and going out. Will not be back because I'm just too afraid something bad will happen to my car.

The bugs were seriously stuck to the hood & windshield but the staff let me go through the wash twice to get the remainder of them off. Also, I hadn't been able to find a place with good vacuums- until I came here! The vacuums were so powerful they got ALL the fur up with little effort. Super happy with this location, the well taken care of equipment(vacuums) & the understanding staff. OH and they offer you clean microfiber towels to wipe either inside or outside of your car.
