So, first, they have soap. Seems minor, but so many places don't have soap or they put out very little. This one does, and seems to also be nicer on my car; not as rough as some others. Doing the $18 top option gets me clean and shiny with wax. Tires are clean and shiny with the tire shine option. Towels are free, slightly damp. Some are more dry, so look in the tubs for what you need. Damp works well on the funky edges of the car that no car wash can get in to. Vacs suck well, and there is lots of bays. The hoses are long enough to be able to clean the back end of my SUV. They also have a free mat cleaner. You put your mat in, and it cleans it. Read the directions on how to put it in (I think its upside down if I remember correctly). Air hoses are available to blow out the bed of your truck. One thing I would suggest is they fix the low spot right at the exit of the tunnel. It is normally flooded and dirty after rain. They have cones to keep you out of the mud, so watch on exit.

The workers are no help at all. 6. One of the workers would guide you to drive on the guide rails, having you to turn to do it. 7. When I was finally able to cancel my service, a week later they charged my card anyway I asked for a refund, to hear nothing. When I went back into my account to message again it said I have no account but my account is active for about her week (seems terrible fishy that I don't have an account but I'm good to for another week and I can't message anyone). $40 a month for a horrible wash, service, and have money stolen out of my account! I will be going yo the better business bureau next, then filing a complaint with the card company they took money from without my permission.

It consistently gets my truck 90% clean and there's plenty of changing colored lights and foam and what not really making it feel like we are getting spa treatment. Vacuums here are included and intermittently seem to not work. I was just in earlier today and had to change spots as a vacuum would stay on. Okay cool, it happens. The other one I moved to worked just fine. There's a mat cleaning station which is cool but I can't use because I have after market plastic mats. It's for carpet or flat mats only. It's a machine with no option I've found to wash manually. There's also a little after clean packet you can purchase separately for interior cleaning. I've never purchased one.
