I guess this place changed names and owners not to long ago. So I cant comment on the upset people some time back since I have only been going there since it was known as whitewater. So, first, they have soap. Seems minor, but so many places don't have soap or they put out very little. This one does, and seems to also be nicer on my car; not as rough as some others. Doing the $18 top option gets me clean and shiny with wax. Tires are clean and shiny with the tire shine option. Towels are free, slightly damp. Some are more dry, so look in the tubs for what you need. Damp works well on the funky edges of the car that no car wash can get in to. Vacs suck well, and there is lots of bays. The hoses are long enough to be able to clean the back end of my SUV. They also have a free mat cleaner. You put your mat in, and it cleans it. Read the directions on how to put it in (I think its upside down if I remember correctly). Air hoses are available to blow out the bed of your truck. One thing I would suggest is they fix the low spot right at the exit of the tunnel. It is normally flooded and dirty after rain. They have cones to keep you out of the mud, so watch on exit. read more

There were several issues using the White Water Express in Broken Arrow. 1. My vehicle always came out with mud on it. Streaks of mud. 2. Water was running off my vehicle leaving mud trails. 3. When I tried to use a towel to dry it off there were none. 4. I tried to cancel several times but could not get my account to come up. 5. The workers are no help at all. 6. One of the workers would guide you to drive on the guide rails, having you to turn to do it. 7. When I was finally able to cancel my service, a week later they charged my card anyway I asked for a refund, to hear nothing. When I went back into my account to message again it said I have no account but my account is active for about her week (seems terrible fishy that I don't have an account but I'm good to for another week and I can't message anyone). $40 a month for a horrible wash, service, and have money stolen out of my account! I will be going yo the better business bureau next, then filing a complaint with the card company they took money from without my permission. read more

Was a $40/mo member. It was great when it started and now the wash doesn't get the car clean, the mat cleaning machine has been out for months and at least 7-8 bays to vaccume are down and inoperable. What happened. It's close and used to be really good. Not anymore sadly. I asked for a second run through the wash and it still didn't get things clean. Mirrors and the front of the car still had bugs stuck on them after 2 full washes. Sorry WW, I miss you but today was my "second chance". It was a fail unfortunately. read more

Drove through the automatic car wash on 71st and Aspen, and my entire new-to-me truck is scratched bad in like 20 places, has many large chips in the paint, and has thousands of tiny scratches in the paint... Filled out a damage claim, and am waiting on the police to get here to file a police report as I type this review. Very very upset my truck was just purchased and the paint looked amazing. One drive through the wash and it is entirely destroyed... They said their cameras will zoom in and see if their was damage before. But the camera is up in the air 10 ft above the vehicle when it drives into the wash. Many of these chips are not visible at that distance... Super stressed! read more

Just got back from having the car washed at this establishment. The line looked super long when we pulled up, but the wait wasn't bad at all. You pull up to a menu to select your wash on a touch screen, you pay, and the gate lifts to let you into the next queue. You are instructed to stop in front of the car wash tunnel until the attendant can come to motion you into the wheel track. I like these types of car washes - you put the car in neutral and enjoy the ride. We watched as the attendant carefully looked over the car in front of us, before they went into the tunnel, and saw them tape down the car's back wiper. I like that, it shows they care about your car (or at least that they don't want to buy you a new wiper if the machine pulls it off). Speaking of the machine - it did a great job! Car came out super shiny and spotless, and we went with the $5 basic wash so imagine the results of the ultra premium $16 wash. We will definitely be back! read more

Extremely disappointed with this place, the Tulsa location, and Director of Marketing, Sabrina Corbin. On September 2nd, I was starting my day as I normally do. I had picked up breakfast and went to the car wash on 71st to clean up the car. Everything was going great until I reached the overhead dryer. It came down as normal, but then BANGED onto the front of my hood. It then lifted up on the driver side and banged and dragged down the passenger side. As a result, I have several scratches and two dents on my hood and fender. Chris, the manager, said to get an estimate and he would take care of it. Well, long story short, he didn't. Even after seeing my dash cam footage of the incident, they are claiming it was "pre-existing". So, the long and short of it is if your car gets damaged, DON'T EXPECT THEM TO FIX IT!!! They know it's too expensive to get a lawyer to sue them, so they're not worried about you doing anything after they deny your claim. read more

I usually frequent the car wash centered between 193rd and 177 on 71st in Broken Arrow, but on this day it was close. Wah-wah, *sad face*. Normally I would just wait and come back later, but our car had the dreaded ice salt caked on the sides from the recent snow. You HAVE to get that stuff off in a timely manner, or it will eat through your car...so we took a short drive down 71st to just past 145th, across the street from Wal-Mart and next to the Sonic. The line was massive, because there were so many cars trying to get the salt off their beloved motorized chariots. The line was 2 sided and seemed to move very quickly, especially with the volume of cars. The touch screens were very quick, responsive and clearly stated your options. The gates worked great and kept the line in order despite some over zealous drivers. I chose the cheapest wash at $5 with no add-ons. We pulled through, waited our turn and a few moments later we were out the other side and our car was the cleanest I have ever seen it by just going through a drive-thru car wash. The wash itself was very smooth, and all of the brushes, gadgets and gizmos that do the cleaning looked very well maintained and new. Bottom line...we have a NEW go to car wash. I will drive a few blocks out of my way to stop here again. I was very impressed with the working order of the wash as well as the end result. My $5 got all the salt funk off the car and saved the day! read more

This is the best car wash I've been to. Excellent shine and a very thorough wash. I've had 2 bad experiences there. 1) the wheel deal made the tires look nice and new but they covered the rims in oily gook as well. took an extra 10 minutes to wipe it off all the rims 2) sometimes when I am behind a larger vehicle in line the passenger hand side of my mid-sized 4 door sedan doesn't get washed very well, it's almost like the machine is expecting a wider vehicle it misses half my car. the guys were kind enough to let me go through again for free. I've tried going to other car washes and haven't found one that compares so far... Terrible car wash, parts of the car wash are almost never working. They can't seem to keep their equipment in working order.

Went there this morning Feb 7th at 9:30 for the first and last time. I am 67 yrs old, just gone thru 12 weeks radiation for cancer. Needless to say I suffer a little bit of fatigue and am a little slow on reaction time. I pulled up to the starting point and my vehicle was a little mis-aligned for their mechanism. The fellow running it got frustrated and very short with me and my attempts to re-align my vehicle. There was no line of waiting vehicles, just me. He actually said "I really don't have time for this, CAN you READ the instructions." I said yes..he told me to "Read them to him to prove I understood them." I felt like a six year old being scolded by an over-bearing adult....very humiliating. To make matters worse, I was wearing a Vietnam Veteran Ball cap, that I know he saw.
