They took 50 minutes to do what should take 5 minutes, while also ignoring us for 30 minutes so two people could work on changing the oil of a different vehicle together all the while stopping to talk every two seconds. Very disappointed. As soon as I pulled up (female) and said I wanted an oil change the male tech immediately said I needed the most expensive oil AND an extra quart so it was going to be over $100 for my Toyota suv. I then proceeded to waited 30+ minutes in line and when I finally got to pull into the bay they ignored me for another 10 minutes and ended up helping a customer behind me because I guess he was "just there and something went wrong" so then I actually just drove off and went to another Take 5 where they told me my car was fine with the lower/medium priced oil and I only needed 4-5 quarts so clearly i was being upsold at the first place since I'm a woman. read more

My daughter went in for an oil change on a ford bronco. They changed the oil ok, but then decided to try and convince her her coolant was no good due to it being without color, despite them testing it with me on the phone and it floating 5 balls good to -35 degrees. They then told her it needed the oil changed in her rear differential needed for a cost of $120.00 but discounted to $100.00. Did not offer to just add differential oil, insisted on changing it. Not to mention upselling her on filters. She immediately left and drove to local part store and they checked her oil and coolant and added a small amount of coolant. This to me is an example of a business taking advantage of a single female. The manager, owner or higher ups need to be held accountable. read more

Everything went great. These guys were so wonderfully patient and adorable and knowledgeable and I was greeted at first thing with a cold bottle of water which I needed. These guys treated me like I was family. They looked over everything and pointed out a few things that I am taking to a mechanic today to get fixed. I live in South Texas, and these guys made my trip home a hell of a lot better than it was coming up to Tulsa since my car was overheating on the way up. Anything else that they found like leaks in my system which they did is all being fixed today and my mechanic at home since what they found wasn't anything that they could fix? I had no clue my rear differential was so bad and there was a squeak. I didn't know where it was coming from but once they changed all that out and fixed it no squeak anymore.. I was treated like family and my daughter comes here regularly when she needs anything because these guys are so knowledgeable so attentive and what they're doing and friendly and make you feel welcome. read more

I was unable to get my oil changed at the location closest to my house and they sent me over to this location. Absolutely horrible customer service and I just pulled out and went to another place that kindly greeted me. This Take 5 was empty and the employee that came out was snarly and mad that I pulled up to the only bay that didn't have a cone in front of it DUH what do you think someone is going to do. Not my fault it is raining. When I tried to explain that the other location said they had what was needed to do the service he acted put out and reluctantly gestured me to pull in when another employee named Austin came out and literally yelled at me to slow down ... lol I was barely moving. My gut told me these guys were going to treat my car the same way they treated me with no crap given whatsoever. No thank you. The date was 8/1 time about 10:15 so corporate can know who is working. They never tried to save the business. I never leave bad reviews because everyone has an off day...but this was absolutely ridiculous. I sent my 17 yr old daughter to get her oil changed and they charge her $84.99 for the oil change, another $13.99 for the filter and then tell her she needs a new cabin filter to the tune of $49.99. I'm so pissed at these idiots for taking advantage of my daughter. Been coming here for years and never once have I been charged extra for a filter on top of the $84.99 oil change, and we have the same car!. I would not recommend this place at all! I went there for an oil change and asked them to check everything that needed servicing. They only did the oil change and still charged me for the other services they didn't perform. They marked my transmission fluid as "safe level" when it wasn't, saying, "We don't want to be liable if something breaks later on." If you want your car to last longer, avoid this place or send someone who knows about cars. read more

I love this place. They bring you a bottle of water to drink while you're in line. They don't take long at all to do what you need done. And they don't only do oil. TOTALY AWESOME!!! And the best part is you can come back whenever you want and get all your fluids topped off. Including the tire pressure checked. read more

I went here for an oil change in July My car started ticking and got louder . I took it to a shop and was told the oil is way to thin for this vehicle. It raised the oil pressure and blew the O rings out and now needs a oil stand and obviously a new oil change . The general manager contacted me (Jesse Moss) Said we had to communicate via e mail because their phones weren't working . I explained the situation. The shop that diagnosed the problem said stop driving the vehicle, the more it's driven the increased chance of blowing the engine . The general managed CALLED the place that diagnosed my car (Tatroes Kustomz Automotive ) and the shop that recommend Tatroes I was told that there is no digital code to diagnose this problem and it was diagnosed based on someone's experience and strongly suggested taking it for a 2nd opinion. The oil pressure is low and not getting oil to the whole engine so driving will risk blowing up the engine. So I'm assuming based on his knowledge and experience that this sounds like a good idea. I will never use this company again. Not sure if they will accept responsibility for their error but I guess I'll find out . But I see NEGLIGENCE for the thin oil , INEXPERIENCED in suggesting driving the vehicle when it's clearly ticking where the oil isn't reaching , no INTEGRITY for not backing up their service and not TRUTHFUL for making 2 phone calls when the phones were down when it came to me No ... there was no time for phones to be working because he was still e-mailing me while he was making the phone calls read more

Came for an oil change an hour before closing. 3 guys were working there and no customers at the time. They tell me my car is $70 for an oil change but I needed one desperately so I said okay, they make me drive to the back before telling me they can't replace the oil filter on a Saturn vue V6 because of a recall. I will never use a Take 5 again. They screwed up both my vehicles by overtightening the oil filter or cross-threading (and breaking) my oil filter cap. I should have given up on them earlier when they performed like a 3-ring circus that didn't seem to know what they were doing. read more

Never had an oil leak untill going to Take 5 in Broken Arrow. Discovered it 4 days later after my truck had been sitting for overnight not a small leak. Missed work today because of it, had to wait on a tow truck for 2 hours. They say the oil pan is dented and that's why it's leaking. Wasn't dented before and has never leaked a single drop of oil. They get it back to their shop from Collinsville then call and tell me it's ready to come pick up. Refused to tow it back to me, didn't offer any apology for inconvenience in any way just left it at that. I now have missed a day of income and hopefully not a new customer for my business. Mistakes happen, but at least acknowledge it and offer something to make it right. I guess it's on me to clean up the huge oil spill in my driveway. Never again will I use Take 5 and I'm spreading the word. read more

We arrived and where greeted by a friendly gentleman. He offered us bottle water and then pulled us into a bay. Once we were in the bay they completely forgot about us. We sat for 25 min, watched a pickup that arrived 10 min after we did get serviced first. We decided to leave after that, no one even asked why we were leaving. Will not be going back. read more

Very disappointed in this place, they had one other car that they were already working on when I pulled in. They offer me a cold water which I thought was nice then the two young men disappeared into the office, 15 minutes later they came out. I asked "Titus" if I would be able to get my oil change and he snapped at me saying they only had 3 people working and they had to finish this other car and I would just have to be patient. 35 minutes later I was finally able to drive away. I will happily go back to Express oil change just down the street never takes more than 10 minutes. read more

They provided the best service we have ever had. They worked hard to change the oil and air filter on our VW Beetle. There was a small problem with the oil dripping and the manager called me after he had gone home and shop was closed to discuss the issue and figured out how to fix the problem by the time I got to the shop the following morning. They bent over backwards to make things right and earned a customer for life. I won't be taking our vehicles anywhere else. I highly recommend them. Our usual 10 (or so) minute oil change place is closed on Sundays, and we wanted to get the oil changed in our car while we were out. Decided to give this place a try. I knew since it was our first visit it would take a little longer (with having to set up a profile in the computer, etc) but none of the workers seemed to be in any kind of hurry. We were in the bay for almost 20 minutes. The workers were nice enough. There was a coupon on the Take 5 website that you had to have sent to you via text, instead of showing it on your phone's browser. Got my husband signed up, then found out we couldn't even use it. The worker didn't explain why; he had opened the door to retrieve some kind of number (without warning my husband that he was going to open the door) and saw the coupon on my husband's phone. We hadn't discussed anything and he was like "you can't use that". I didn't see any stipulation on the coupon on why we couldn't, but we didn't press it. I went in yesterday at 530 to have my oil done. They close at 7. However, they turned me away because they were closing at 6 instead and didn't want to get started on something and be there late closing. They said multiple time they opened at 8am the next day and I could come in and try then. I got there at 815 and they had still not opened. I know there's a lot of uncertainty right now, but don't tell someone you will be there and then not be there the next day. read more

Avoid this place at all costs! They're supposed to be quick here and they aren't. It took them an hour to change my oil and I was the only one there. Then the technician made me start up my engine without any oil in the engine. When I saw the oil light on I shut it off and told them. He laughed and said he forgot to put oil in it. To top it all off now I magically have a leak that wasn't there before, probably from when they made me run it without oil. Go anywhere else.
