I used to take my car to the AZ Christian Brothers regularly and always trusted their service, so I was happy to see a location here in Tulsa as well. An issue did come up during my visit, but when I brought it to their attention, management took it seriously and went above and beyond to make it right. They truly stand by their word and their work. Because they handled everything professionally and appropriately, they still have my trust and my business. My 30-year-old car has 273K miles of wear and tear on any original parts, so the job turned out to be more than simply replacing the pads. The quoted estimate was $1500 for the pads, brake calipers, drums, brake rotors, hardware kits, fluid, and labor. I had seen my car on a lift before taking it to Advantage Auto, and after inspecting the wheels, I knew the brake job was going to be involved (which is part of the reason I didn't want to do it myself). Jason loaned me a car for the day, which I greatly appreciated. AA worked from 9:00 till around 5:30 (they had delays in receiving parts from across town), and got me out of there the same day. My final price of $1300 was lower than the estimated $1500, as they didn't charge me for all the replacement parts. The brakes have been working as needed over the last month. Was it a lot of money? Yes. Did I get what I paid for? Yes. Would I go back? Yes.

Sinclair was quick with their service, but also took time to answer questions and explain what the problem was with my vehicle. When I followed up with additional questions they clearly explained things in a way I could understand. They also took the time to show my husband and I what was the source of the issue. We also happened to share that we had a nail in the tire that we noticed when it was loaded up on the tow truck prior to our arrival, mentioning that we would need to go get the tire taken care of after we left Sinclair. I would not recommend Christian Brothers Automotive. In 2021, I paid $2,500 to have my entire AC…read moreunit replaced. They gave me a 36,000-mile or 3-year warranty--which I hit right on time since I drive about 20,000 miles a year for work. My AC went out in October 2024, just a few months after the warranty expired in June. When I brought it back in, they told me the warranty was up and quoted me $1,500 to fix the same system they had already replaced just three years earlier. The guys up front were nice, but honestly, it felt fake. I left feeling like they were trying to take advantage of me because I'm a woman. When I took my car somewhere else, that mechanic suggested I call Christian Brothers back to see if any of the parts were under warranty, since many AC parts typically come with a lifetime guarantee. But Christian Brothers told me none of the parts were covered because they buy from a wholesaler that doesn't offer those kinds of warranties. The bottom line: they charge premium prices, the work doesn't last, and they don't stand behind what they sell. I won't be going back.

Started with my check engine light coming on and then then the parking assist light flashing, next the service soon light! It was like a lit up Christmas tree of warnings! Sent my anxiety soaring! So- I took it right in. I took it to Midas because I trust them. Went in and asked Scott if they could take a look and see what the heck was going on.... I was ready to blame the snow and ice for it all! Well....(Drumroll) They SO found the problem! A bunny!! Or as we call him, Kevin Jr. Appears this cutie was causing quite the kerfuffle!! Kevin (The mechanic) at Midas was amazing. He went above and beyond to get Kevin Jr. out safely. He was so careful not to hurt him and he extracted the cute big hairball out of my engine like a true professional. Kevin Jr. was released into the wild to go get into someone else's car! : ) Afterwards they took great care of my car, and me. Fixed what the bunny damaged (which was a result of him chewing on things) and now I'm happy to say my car is all better.
