The bays where people manually wash their vehicles have no soap. The tunnel is always taking cars & it costs a lot more. Most of the time the bays are out of order because they don't maintain them. They also don't maintain the free vacuums. I know all of last winter every single bay was blocked off. Apparently the tunnel makes more money and is more effortless for them because they don't want to lift a finger. I've seen mostly teenage boys there working. They don't pick up the trash. I will never go back, there is no service. read more

Had them change the oil in my Audi. this was the first time I had ever gone anywhere other than the dealership for an oil change. the next day my oil light came on saying the oil level was very low, and to add more oil immediately. I took it back to Take 5. This time they added too much oil and my car started excessively smoking. they drained the oil and tried again. Again smoking, but less. But, they also drained my transmission fluid. I drove out planning to go straight to the dealership and the engine light came on saying Not to drive my car. Long story short, they had my car towed to their approved shop who wouldn't touch and said take it to the dealer. in the end they towed it to the dealer. I paid over $500 for them to clean up and replace plugs and fill up with the proper oil to the proper level. sent the receipt to take 5 and they ignored it. I will never take any of my vehicles to Take 5, and don't recommend taking foreign vehicles for service. read more

I agreed When he was finished he told me bill was $62.99 plus tax! I told him I was not paying extra, because he assured me my oil change would be $42.99 plus tax! Do NOT use Take 5 @ 81st & Harvard in Tulsa! This from Paul R: Sat. 7/27/24 Techs Kerrieanna & Declan changed oil on my Dodge Ram. I"m an airplane mechanic and thought Kerrieanna miraculously fast at putting air filter back on so I checked once home and only 1 of 4 clamps were latched. Also it's normal for some spilling of oil when Declan removes oil filter but it should be wiped off! And don't sling oil everywhere when checking dipstick! Enough oil left on the cross member that it dripped onto both my garage floor and driveway that I had to get under and clean it off. Shows a lack of pride in your work and is unacceptable. Not to mention Kerrieanna might want to learn how to at least pretend she appreciates the business. Overall a terrible experience for a $113.07 oil change. read more

I had a great experience. Yes, it's a tad pricier than some but I also felt completely safe and that they were trustworthy which is priceless. Andre provided professional amazing customer service and gave great feedback regarding my older car. Suggestions on a couple things I might want to have looked at for services they don't provide so he was just telling me for no benefit to Take 5, just to help me. They informed me and showed me every single thing they were doing every step of the way. "And now we are topping off this fluid" "ok now we are doing that" and so on. There were some add ons I chose to do and I was informed of the pricing every step of the way. At the end they showed me my oil stick and the new oil and that it was indeed replaced. My husband passed away recently and it's the first time I'd gone by myself to get anything done to my car which is why I chose not to go to a place like where I'd possibly get ripped off or shorted on fluids. These guys lived up to my expectations of keeping me involved in every step of the process so I understood what was going on. I also enjoyed how they open at 7 am. Get a total price before you have your oil change.. They charged me for a special oil filter I didn't ask for. The tech didn't ask me and he ignored me after getting the bill which was almost 200.00 for an oil change. The tech who put it in without asking me is named Bart. Talked to manager Andre who Bart said was the manager I don't know if he was. They both didn't seem to care. Beware they will rip you off!! read more

Brought my truck in for an oil change. I noticed about a week later that my truck didn't have any windshield wiper fluid. Which means that they never topped it off like they were supposed to. So I figured I wouldn't come back to this location once I'm due for another oil change. I go to a Jiffy Lube for my next oil change, only for them to discover that I am missing my oil cap. I drove 7,500 miles with no oil cap on my truck. So I take it to Take 5, only for them to call me a liar and threaten to call the cops on me if I don't leave. I then take my truck to a Toyota dealership for them to tell me that Take 5 also broke the oil filter housing. I would not recommend this location to anyone, ever. read more

after not reattaching my skid plate correctly and me finding it dragging under my car. went back, they pulled me in and then just continued what they were doing instead of taking 5 minutes and putting the pins back in, I was then told it just keeps things from getting to the underneath of your car as though it just didn't matter. after spending $100 for an oil change, I expect it to be done correctly and if not to be taken care of. the plates destroyed and when I said I will need it replaced, I was told they would give me a free oil change. I've come to this station several times, but today will undoubtedly be my last time. I used to go to the one in Broken Arrow, but since I moved this one was more convenient. First, they had a bunch of new faces on this visit, everyone seemed unsure and not very organized. It took much longer than my last visit even though I got the exact same package. Second, I bought an air filter for my car and asked them to put it in. They had offered to put one on for me if I brought it with me next time. So they tell me it doesn't fit... makes no sense to me since the people at Advance Auto Parts looked it up in their database and gave me the correct one. So The manager tried to sale me an air filter they have which is $10-$12 more than what I paid for the one I brought with me. I tell them "No", to just put the old one back in and I'll take that one back to Advance. The manager then says they'll take $5 "for the inconvenience". I still say no. They FINALLY finish my oil change and I head straight back to Advance Auto parts. I tell the guys at Advance what the guys at Take 5 said. So they (the Advance guys) go out to my car have me pop my hood and replace the air filter with zero problems in like 5 minutes! They also inform me and show me that Take 5 didn't screw down 2 of the air filter holder screws either, so the lid part was all loose! Like what the heck?! I'm highly disappointed at this Take 5 and will no longer be patronizing them. I would not recommend since the quality of service has declined. read more

I will not give this company any stars at all. I took my Prius in for an oil change. They disturbed my air inlet tube so I didn't have any power when I left the station. I had to have my Prius towed to my dealership, incurred expenses with a rental car for four days, lost pay when I was making $63.00 an hour, filed a report with the Oklahoma Attorney General's office. The company will not pay my expenses when they caused the problem and will not return my telephone calls. I will NEVER go there again. *They do not deserve any stars but I had to give them one to complete this review. Do not go to this business!!!! read more

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE TAKING YOUR VEHICLE IN FOR SERVICE......... The day before I was to drive 9 hours I went to this location to have my oil changed. Thank God I had to take my car into a service shop about a tire that had a slow leak. My oil plug was not replaced properly and it leaked out of my 2013 Highlander. No oil means no car. And I know of a person who is out $2500 after taking their truck in for an oil change at this location. This is a school!!!!!!!!!! Don't think I am down on hands-on-training to receive training. I support such training and in fact, I am someone who received such similar form of training to become a nail technician! But, as I witnessed while there, too many students for one instructor to watch. I cannot begin to find the words to express just how upsetting it is to face such a financial expense so suddenly. I called and spoke to a man and told him I was at a garage a few miles away with my oil all over the belly of my car and he didn't seem shocked nor like he even cared. I am sad sad sad!!!!! Excellent service. Entire oil change probably took about 10 minutes. I was in my car the entire time. They explained each service, but it wasn't a high-pressure sales pitch. They didn't get pushy when I declined the extra services and opted for one of the lower end oil changes. A team of four or five guys knocked the task out very quickly. Prices were reasonable. I'd never been to a stay-in-your-car oil change station before, and when I got a coupon in the mail for this new business, I thought I'd give it a try. I was impressed with the friendliness of the attendants and the cleanliness of the shop. When you are greeted, you'll be offered a complimentary soda or water. I was ushered quickly into one of the bays and given immediate attention. Noah was careful to explain to me what they were doing and why, and he walked me through every line item on my invoice to make sure I understand what I was being charged and why. The coupon I brought with me was only good for five quarts of oil, and I needed slightly more. They didn't charge me the difference, which I appreciated. If you don't have a coupon, go to their website; they will always have some online offer or another that you can use to save a few bucks. The name "Take 5" is a little hyperbolic; your oil change will likely take longer than five minutes. I was there probably 15 minutes altogether. read more

She was not sold a bill of goods , like other lube shops we have used. On my son's car they knew the right oil for his car & duty station. This is where I will go from now on. The guys here were so nice and so quick! They explained everything they were doing and showed me exactly how they were changing the oil and filter and how they didn't have to change certain other things. They added air to my tires, topped all the fluids off and even washed the windshield! The guy who helped me the most - I think his name was Jamil - was super extra helpful and should be praised for his customer service!!! I saw this place being built and knew I had to try it. Oil changes are one of those annoyances that just have to be done. And with the way life is today it's not easy to always find time for it. Not only that but the thought of staying inside the car while they change my oil really intrigued me. Being a woman, not just a woman but one who doesn't know anything about cars. I've always been super skeptical about where I took my car because I feel like at any time I could get taken advantage of. I've always been super scared of taking my car in for an oil change and them not doing a thing to it. So, I zipped in to see what it was all about. Service was friendly and super fast. I've been to this place 4 or 5 times since they opened and the first few times were okay, slightly more expensive than the drive-through oil change place in Broken Arrow, but since this one was closer I kept going. It wasn't special enough for me to continue using them now that I've moved, and I especially wasn't happy that after the last time I went, I looked at the invoice and saw they added an extra charge for "shop supplies" when I didn't get anything but my usual oil change.
