I wish there was less than a one star. I waited for a hour and fifteen minutes. (and I was inside the garage) they told me last time I was there they cross threaded my drain plug. tried to fix, but couldn't. called a manager who was at home. had to wait for him to drive to the store. I'm waiting in my car now. it's been a hour and forty minutes. hasn't got here yet. NEVER go to this place!!!!!!! I'll update later take five at 81&harvard in Tulsa really sucks!!!! read more

Cole helped me today and I was very pleased. They went above and beyond to take great care of my vehicle and even cleaned out the cabin air filter which nobody has ever done! Very pleased read more

Speedy service as always. I came today and a young woman named Gen was SO helpful and educated me a whole lot on the in cabin filter. I come to Take 5 for all of my oil changes, always have! And nobody has ever check that or even mentioned it. She's a dime. So kind and helpful. 6/15/24 read more

My current gripe is that they don't give you a receipt! And my husband never asks either but when we pay over $200 for services, I'd like proof of purchase for my records! Annoying and unprofessional. This s the second time it's happened- oh, and they don't answer the phones to inquire about it. read more

Had them change the oil in my Audi. this was the first time I had ever gone anywhere other than the dealership for an oil change. the next day my oil light came on saying the oil level was very low, and to add more oil immediately. I took it back to Take 5. This time they added too much oil and my car started excessively smoking. they drained the oil and tried again. Again smoking, but less. But, they also drained my transmission fluid. I drove out planning to go straight to the dealership and the engine light came on saying Not to drive my car. Long story short, they had my car towed to their approved shop who wouldn't touch and said take it to the dealer. in the end they towed it to the dealer. I paid over $500 for them to clean up and replace plugs and fill up with the proper oil to the proper level. sent the receipt to take 5 and they ignored it. I will never take any of my vehicles to Take 5, and don't recommend taking foreign vehicles for service. read more

The bays where people manually wash their vehicles have no soap. The tunnel is always taking cars & it costs a lot more. Most of the time the bays are out of order because they don't maintain them. They also don't maintain the free vacuums. I know all of last winter every single bay was blocked off. Apparently the tunnel makes more money and is more effortless for them because they don't want to lift a finger. I've seen mostly teenage boys there working. They don't pick up the trash. I will never go back, there is no service. read more

Waited for almost 2 hours. Then was told about needed radiator fluid etc. They wanted to charge me $240.00. Needless to say I left after getting a second opinion. ridiculous!!! read more

I had to wait a little longer than usual, but I was okay with that. When I pulled up the guy checked my car and told me oil change would be $42.99. I agreed When he was finished he told me bill was $62.99 plus tax! I told him I was not paying extra, because he assured me my oil change would be $42.99 plus tax! At the end I payed $42.99, but I felt like I was being scammed. Will not be going back here again nor referring them. read more

81st and Harvard Tulsa overpriced, slow, playing inappropriate rap music . 3 cars in bays waiting and the 2 guys working were working on one vehicle at a time with out showing any sense of urgency. Have been waiting 30 mins read more

Sit for right at 2 hours with no interaction from the techs while they stood around chatting. Would not recommend if you value your time.

Do NOT use Take 5 @ 81st & Harvard in Tulsa! This from Paul R: Sat. 7/27/24 Techs Kerrieanna & Declan changed oil on my Dodge Ram. I"m an airplane mechanic and thought Kerrieanna miraculously fast at putting air filter back on so I checked once home and only 1 of 4 clamps were latched. Also it's normal for some spilling of oil when Declan removes oil filter but it should be wiped off! And don't sling oil everywhere when checking dipstick! Enough oil left on the cross member that it dripped onto both my garage floor and driveway that I had to get under and clean it off. Shows a lack of pride in your work and is unacceptable. Not to mention Kerrieanna might want to learn how to at least pretend she appreciates the business. Overall a terrible experience for a $113.07 oil change. read more

I was offered bottled water before even pulling in & they gave my kids Capri suns! Everyone there was extremely hospitable. Most pleasant oil change experience EVER. We were in & out in in just 10 minutes!!! And they made sure my oil change light was reset before pulling out. 12/10 read more

This Lube place is OK. It gets the job done & you don't have to leave your car but the prices are higher than other places

I had a great experience. Yes, it's a tad pricier than some but I also felt completely safe and that they were trustworthy which is priceless. Andre provided professional amazing customer service and gave great feedback regarding my older car. Suggestions on a couple things I might want to have looked at for services they don't provide so he was just telling me for no benefit to Take 5, just to help me. They informed me and showed me every single thing they were doing every step of the way. "And now we are topping off this fluid" "ok now we are doing that" and so on. There were some add ons I chose to do and I was informed of the pricing every step of the way. At the end they showed me my oil stick and the new oil and that it was indeed replaced. My husband passed away recently and it's the first time I'd gone by myself to get anything done to my car which is why I chose not to go to a place like where I'd possibly get ripped off or shorted on fluids. These guys lived up to my expectations of keeping me involved in every step of the process so I understood what was going on. I also enjoyed how they open at 7 am. I went at 7:15 and there was a zero wait time so I could make it to work on time. Thanks! read more

Get a total price before you have your oil change.. They charged me for a special oil filter I didn't ask for. The tech didn't ask me and he ignored me after getting the bill which was almost 200.00 for an oil change. The tech who put it in without asking me is named Bart. Talked to manager Andre who Bart said was the manager I don't know if he was. They both didn't seem to care. Beware they will rip you off!! read more

I have been coming to this location for years and have never had a bad experience. All of the employees are always very pleasant and I am usually in and out quickly! Peyton helped me out today and is a true asset to the Take 5 company name. read more

Brought my truck in for an oil change. I noticed about a week later that my truck didn't have any windshield wiper fluid. Which means that they never topped it off like they were supposed to. So I figured I wouldn't come back to this location once I'm due for another oil change. I go to a Jiffy Lube for my next oil change, only for them to discover that I am missing my oil cap. I drove 7,500 miles with no oil cap on my truck. So I take it to Take 5, only for them to call me a liar and threaten to call the cops on me if I don't leave. I then take my truck to a Toyota dealership for them to tell me that Take 5 also broke the oil filter housing. I would not recommend this location to anyone, ever. read more

after not reattaching my skid plate correctly and me finding it dragging under my car. went back, they pulled me in and then just continued what they were doing instead of taking 5 minutes and putting the pins back in, I was then told it just keeps things from getting to the underneath of your car as though it just didn't matter. after spending $100 for an oil change, I expect it to be done correctly and if not to be taken care of. the plates destroyed and when I said I will need it replaced, I was told they would give me a free oil change. The plate cost $300 but I'm supposed to get it myself? shoddy customer service read more

My husband normally takes my car in. They were super respectful and helpful and quick! They gave me all the information I needed but did not pressure me into doing anything extra. I would highly recommend going here for a quick but thorough service. read more

Convenient, friendly, and great service as they are eager to please in their new location. Brought the obligatory $24.95 coupon in and they did not disappoint. Even checked out my air filters and since they didn't have them on hand, told me if I picked them up at a local auto parts store, they would put them in for free! Off to O'Reileys I go, and sure enough, they installed them. You actually sit in the oil changing station and although it didn't take 5, I was in and out in 10, not bad since I had time to do a few Yelp reviews while I waited! read more

Take 5 Oil Change - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Tulsa, Oklahoma

I've come to this station several times, but today will undoubtedly be my last time. I used to go to the one in Broken Arrow, but since I moved this one was more convenient. First, they had a bunch of new faces on this visit, everyone seemed unsure and not very organized. It took much longer than my last visit even though I got the exact same package. Second, I bought an air filter for my car and asked them to put it in. They had offered to put one on for me if I brought it with me next time. So they tell me it doesn't fit... makes no sense to me since the people at Advance Auto Parts looked it up in their database and gave me the correct one. So The manager tried to sale me an air filter they have which is $10-$12 more than what I paid for the one I brought with me. I tell them "No", to just put the old one back in and I'll take that one back to Advance. The manager then says they'll take $5 "for the inconvenience". I still say no. They FINALLY finish my oil change and I head straight back to Advance Auto parts. I tell the guys at Advance what the guys at Take 5 said. So they (the Advance guys) go out to my car have me pop my hood and replace the air filter with zero problems in like 5 minutes! They also inform me and show me that Take 5 didn't screw down 2 of the air filter holder screws either, so the lid part was all loose! Like what the heck?! I'm highly disappointed at this Take 5 and will no longer be patronizing them. I would not recommend since the quality of service has declined. read more

I will not give this company any stars at all. I took my Prius in for an oil change. They disturbed my air inlet tube so I didn't have any power when I left the station. I had to have my Prius towed to my dealership, incurred expenses with a rental car for four days, lost pay when I was making $63.00 an hour, filed a report with the Oklahoma Attorney General's office. The company will not pay my expenses when they caused the problem and will not return my telephone calls. I will NEVER go there again. *They do not deserve any stars but I had to give them one to complete this review. Do not go to this business!!!! read more

I love this place. I have taken all my cars here. It's fast, people are kind, and they offer a ride share discount.

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE TAKING YOUR VEHICLE IN FOR SERVICE......... The day before I was to drive 9 hours I went to this location to have my oil changed. Thank God I had to take my car into a service shop about a tire that had a slow leak. My oil plug was not replaced properly and it leaked out of my 2013 Highlander. No oil means no car. And I know of a person who is out $2500 after taking their truck in for an oil change at this location. This is a school!!!!!!!!!! Don't think I am down on hands-on-training to receive training. I support such training and in fact, I am someone who received such similar form of training to become a nail technician! But, as I witnessed while there, too many students for one instructor to watch. I cannot begin to find the words to express just how upsetting it is to face such a financial expense so suddenly. I called and spoke to a man and told him I was at a garage a few miles away with my oil all over the belly of my car and he didn't seem shocked nor like he even cared. I am sad sad sad!!!!! DO NOT RISK TAKING YOUR VEHICLE TO "TAKE5". NO AMOUNT OF TIME YOU HOPE TO SAVE WILL BE WORTH IT!!! read more

Excellent service. Entire oil change probably took about 10 minutes. I was in my car the entire time. They explained each service, but it wasn't a high-pressure sales pitch. They didn't get pushy when I declined the extra services and opted for one of the lower end oil changes. A team of four or five guys knocked the task out very quickly. Prices were reasonable. Excellent experience, I will definitely be back. read more

I'd never been to a stay-in-your-car oil change station before, and when I got a coupon in the mail for this new business, I thought I'd give it a try. I was impressed with the friendliness of the attendants and the cleanliness of the shop. When you are greeted, you'll be offered a complimentary soda or water. I was ushered quickly into one of the bays and given immediate attention. Noah was careful to explain to me what they were doing and why, and he walked me through every line item on my invoice to make sure I understand what I was being charged and why. The coupon I brought with me was only good for five quarts of oil, and I needed slightly more. They didn't charge me the difference, which I appreciated. If you don't have a coupon, go to their website; they will always have some online offer or another that you can use to save a few bucks. The name "Take 5" is a little hyperbolic; your oil change will likely take longer than five minutes. I was there probably 15 minutes altogether. read more

I have had three cars lubricated here in less then 4 weeks. These guys know their stuff. Fast , friendly & fixed right. One of the cars , my wife took it in. The guys here were so nice and so quick! They explained everything they were doing and showed me exactly how they were changing the oil and filter and how they didn't have to change certain other things. They added air to my tires, topped all the fluids off and even washed the windshield! The guy who helped me the most - I think his name was Jamil - was super extra helpful and should be praised for his customer service!!! First time there with a friend and was super impressed I told my friend that they deserve a tip. Will have my service as well

I went to the location off sheridan. Everyone was very kind and informative. They were fast and also gave me a discount which was great since I only had a limited amount of money on me. I won't be going anywhere else. This is definitely my new favorite place. I was in and out around 5-7 minutes. Fast and efficient! read more

Techs were friendly, fast, and provided excellent service 10/10 would recommend and would return for another oil change

Received an email coupon for a $24.93 conventional oil change for this location. When I showed the technician, he claimed that they no longer offer that oil, because it was "bad quality", they ran out 4 days ago, and that the marketing department should have pulled the coupon. He said the next cheapest option was $42. Nice bait and switch. read more

I saw this place being built and knew I had to try it. Oil changes are one of those annoyances that just have to be done. And with the way life is today it's not easy to always find time for it. Not only that but the thought of staying inside the car while they change my oil really intrigued me. Being a woman, not just a woman but one who doesn't know anything about cars. I've always been super skeptical about where I took my car because I feel like at any time I could get taken advantage of. I've always been super scared of taking my car in for an oil change and them not doing a thing to it. So, I zipped in to see what it was all about. Service was friendly and super fast. Not only that but i could see AND HEAR the work that was going on with my car. Set my normal fears at eaze! The oil change prices are a little high if it's not on sale so I'll be looking for coupons. But I will definitley be back! You should go to! read more

Best place I've ever gotten my oil changed. Friendly staff, good rates, quick and honest service.

I've been to this place 4 or 5 times since they opened and the first few times were okay, slightly more expensive than the drive-through oil change place in Broken Arrow, but since this one was closer I kept going. It wasn't special enough for me to continue using them now that I've moved, and I especially wasn't happy that after the last time I went, I looked at the invoice and saw they added an extra charge for "shop supplies" when I didn't get anything but my usual oil change. Not sure what that was about, and I won't be going back. read more
