Pros: it seems they're the only tire place open on Sundays Cons: we are not regular clients of Hibdon tire. We have not been here since 2014. The prices are more expensive than other tire places. The price to replace a sensor is $49 higher here than at discount tire. today they get a very negative review because of their customer service. We dropped the car off at noon. They said it would be two hours. I called at 3 o'clock. They hadn't even started on the car. They said they would bring it into the garage next. Keep in mind we already told them that all we needed was a sensor change on the tire. Nothing was wrong with the tire. That is a very easy and quick fix. We got there an hour later and they hadn't started on the car yet. The man at the front desk said " I told you it would be closer to five." oh hell no he didn't! He said the car was going to be next. We took our keys back and left. We'll just take it to Tate Brothers or discount tire. These are the places we usually go anyways. read more

Rude and unprofessional employees. I called to schedule an appointment last week. Was advised they were busy throughout the weekend to come in on Tuesday at 11:30 of the following week. I arrived at my scheduled time and the individual working up front is a racist. Before I even stated anything when I walked in he looked me up and down and stated I can't help you. I advised him I called last week and scheduled an appointment. He went on to say I still can't help you didn't even ask for my phone number or name to look me up in the system. Do not service your tires here! I came here to patch a nail in one of my tires. Next day it was still leaking, but even faster. Took it back, they tried to patch again, next day, same issue. They sell me a new tire completely, $350! Then the next day, guess what, still leaking. I finally take it to a different Hibdon in Tulsa hills and they tell me the valve stem has been damaged. I now have to go to the vehicle manufacturer to fix it, and they don't cover it since I decided to use hibdon instead of them to service the tire. So after buying a new tire that I probably didn't even need because hibdon damaged my valve stem, I call the manager and he does nothing. Just tells me since he wasn't there when it was serviced he can't do anything. He wouldn't even return the warranty I purchased on the tire I bought from them. What a scam. In the end they damaged my valve stem during a normal repair and sold me a tire because of it before even checking the valve stem first, then tell me to kick rocks when I ask for any rectification for the issues. read more

Guided me through getting assistance with wheel alignment for our handicap van. Hillside, Broken Arrow would not align because wheelchair and husband needed to stay in vehicle to be properly aligned and they would not "due to manager refusal" even though they had proper ramp to go so. I had a leaky tire. Went in to see if I could get it fixed. It was 11:30 am. The guy with the the gross eye was extremely rude and said he couldn't get me in till 530-6pm. For a leaky tire. Yes I understand it's a free service and they gain nothing out of it, but There was no one in the waiting room and they only had 3 cars in the back. I bought all 4 tires here, and have given them my business now for the better part of 10 years. After the guy told me he couldn't help me I left and went next door to Robertson tires. Not only were they incredibly nice, they got me in and out within an hour with my tire fixed. I won't come here again. If you are stuck on hibdon, go to the Tulsa hills location. Left vehicle and was told we don't know if we can have parts or can finish it today. Got a call at 3:30 stating we need to check the brakes over and would I like an appointment for tomorrow. No thank you, we had an appointment today you had 4and a half hours to change the front pads and resurfaced the rotors as you close at 5:00. Just Wow! Customer service was aggressive, disrespectful and flat out lied when over talking. Said we don't just change the pads and rotors that would be unsafe but let us pick up the car and drive home. last Thursday morning these guys at 61st and Lewis gave me an diagnosis of needing a tuneup and a fuel system flush because my Volvo was surging and not get in the fuel it needed. The total bill including a tuneup and a diagnostic was going to be about $1100 plus.. I approved the work and picked up the car Thursday at 5Pm, Drove it home. It seem to be fine the next day, I got in it to drive about a mile from my home to Walgreens and the car acted just the same way was surging & could not get fuel. therefore, at that moment I knew my car had not been fixed. I called at 3:30 that day to have my car take them back to the shop and properly repaired. I had to have it towed on Monday which was free by them and here it is 630 Monday night. I still don't have my car in the shop never called This update me.. I've had to miss three days of work. not very happy with this place right now it's been about a week. I still don't have my car, SAME Day not sure if that's the right title for the shop. Not happy read more

I had a nail in my tire, & Hibdon got me in & out within 5 minutes or less Stress- Free!! The associate checked the tire & found the nail. Then, they sprayed it with water, removed the nail & stated that the nail was short & hadn't damaged my tire. That saved me a lot of money. Hibdon did an Excellent Job! What a contrast to the Bad experience at Robertson Tire today. I waited for about 2 hours only to be told my tire was bad with little explanation. So I'm Definitely going to start giving ALL of my business to Hibdon! read more

Advice: Get quotes in writing. I called the 93rd and Memorial Hibdon. Jon quoted a warranty replacement price over the phone for a specific interstate battery MTP24 with 800 cranking amps He didn't mention a $25 diagnostic fee on the phone. (And they didn't charge one four years ago either.) So I scheduled an appointment for that afternoon. James told me in person at the store there would be a $25 fee. Reluctantly I agreed to it. James quotes me the same price as Jon for the battery. But then says I can't use a separate coupon from their website along with a warranty replacement because it's "double dipping". (He never says the MTP24 is out of stock. ) I was slightly offended that that James used the term double dipping as if using a Hibdon store coupon and a manufacturer warranty are two coupons. And the term implies that I was doing something wrong. (My car dealer honors warranties separately and takes any dealership service coupons off too.) I reluctantly agree to the work without a coupon because the warranty was helping out. After diagnostics are run - James confirmed the battery was bad. I asked James if they were installing the same model battery in it's place. He said yes. When I get home - I lift the hood only to be disappointed that they installed the lesser cranking amp battery. The MT24. I called James. He doesn't remember promising it was the same battery. Even later in the conversation he said he forgot to tell me the MTP24 is out of stock. So why would the price not have changed? I said Jon quoted me $99 for the 800 amp battery. He covers for Jon's quote saying it was done on top of his head (like it wasn't an official quote). I know Jon was using the computer. It was taking him time to enter my warranty information. This wasn't an in his head off the cuff unofficial quote. And why would your employees be giving out fake inaccurate quotes anyway? Is that a common practice here? I am so disappointed in Hibdon that I will not go back. They need to write up quotes and email them to the customer with part numbers included. In the end James did offer to get the better battery the next day for $30 more. Why not offer that up front? Did they think I wouldn't know the difference between batteries. Makes me wonder how they treat customers that don't know about cars. read more

I had a nail in my tire that needed to be replaced before traveling out of town. Short on time and remembering that I had a positive experience years ago at this location, I gave them a call. I spoke with a very friendly and helpful woman named Samantha who gave me a quick quote on the tire, compared models prices for me, and answered all my questions. After telling her I'd be in shortly she offered to start up a ticket for me to reduce wait time when I arrived. She only told me exactly what I needed to know, didn't try to sell me on things I didn't need, and made it much easier for me to get on the road safely as soon as possible. When I arrived, I was helped immediately, and Sam finished my order. She also pointed out that they have a fridge with water, a popcorn machine, and coffee available. I was in a rush, and noticed they got my car in about 30 mins after arrival but they did have several cars being worked on when I arrived. Only waited 30 mins more before they finished!! Wait time wasn't all that bad for midday weekend. Mechanics always appeared busy and doing their best to get things done. I saw zero slackin! Even heard an employee complimenting how hard the mechanics were working! I was very surprised and pleased with the service. Very friendly and helpful employees!! Service- 10/10- GREAT!! I have had a lot of issues when getting tires replaced on my car. This time, I shopped around and got price quotes offline. Hibdon's website was easy to navigate. Once you found a deal, you could print it and schedule an appointment. I made my appointment for 10:00 on a Saturday. I dropped it off and they quoted me a price (matching what I printed, plus applicable fees and taxes) and asked if I'd like to check the Balance while it was there. I told them yes and left. I returned a little over an hour later and they said the tires were on, but it would still be a while for the Balance, but if I was in a hurry, I could just leave and come back another time, which I chose to do. They were really helpful and I loved the low prices! read more

I have used Hibdon for years and always been impressed. Recently before vacation I had them do an alignment and they had to add a bolt for more camber adjustment ($100). I leave on a 10 day vacation only to find my steering wheel is rotated 30 degrees to the right. Not serious but annoying. I go back the morning I return and James says they can't do it that day. This is fixing their mistake and James acts like it's not a big deal. I have to schedule an appointment 2-3 days later. Then they suggest I drop the car off because they are real busy. How inconvenient can you make an alignment, especially when they make a mistake. I will not use Hibdon at 91st & Memorial in Tulsa again. read more

This place is good if you have an idea of what you need, and they do a great job at the basics....tires [of course,] brakes, alignments, and oil changes. I had a battery replaced here recently too and that went great. Also love that they are open Sundays. It isn't the place to go for a more complicated problem or especially something that is going to require some investigation beyond a basic inspection. My car was making an unusual sound and I brought it here. They did a "safety check" but I'm not sure what they really did. I know they rarely actually drive the cars to check things out, I overheard an employee tell a customer once that they don't normally do that because their location is on such a busy street. Long story short, I took it to a mechanic later on and the car had a major mechanical issue and would have been unsafe to drive much longer. So this really isn't where you go for major issues, but it's great for anything to do with tires. read more

My car gave me a Low Oil warning, which meant it was time for an oil change. This was on a Friday night. I tried to make an appointment on Hibdon's website, but all their locations were booked on a Saturday. I first went to 2 JiffyLube locations as they are closer, but both said they didn't have the oil filter needed for my car, and the earliest they could get me in was Wednesday. I made my way to the Hibdon's at Memorial and the Creek Turnpike about 945am. They told me they were booked all day, but they told me they could work me in in 2-3 hours. I expected that and left my car. I went to get something to eat and came back about 45 minutes later. My car was in the service bay, and they finished up about 10 minutes later. They said they would squeeze me in, and they weren't kidding. They also applied a coupon that I didn't know about, but that's normal for Hibdon's...I have NEVER paid full price for an oil change. Hibdon's in general is excellent, but this location outdoes themselves. It's not convenient for me...I don't live or work near there...but I'll keep coming back here. The first time I came here as it was the only Hibdon's that had a reservation available, but I keep coming back because of their efforts. Get their credit card, it makes working with them even easier...maybe I'm getting discounts because of that, I don't know. If there's one downside to Hibdon's it's that getting a reservation for service can be difficult. That's a compliment though as they are just so damn good. read more

I have used Hibdon for some time, and I figured it was time to share. They are ALWAYS awesome. Always. We've used them for oil changes, tire replacement, alignments, all sorts of things. They've never tried to upsell, they've never been pushy. They've always been upfront about what is going on, even showing me the stupid tiny nail that got in my tire, which was plugged for free since we'd bought the tire there. The tire I slashed open on a curb because I am so awesome? They replaced it free of charge because we'd bought it there. Simply amazing. I would recommend making appointments when possible, only because it's really not their fault if it takes a while to get an emergency in. When going in with an appointment, I have never had to wait long. Love it. read more

Very friendly and honest. Lowest price tires for my car. Amazing. I had called several different tire companies and Hibdon was the lowest of the same tire. They showed me where the steel was getting ready to break through the tire. My last car was a SUV. Tires were $289-$320 each. My new car $78.72 per tire. Miss my SUV but not the high price of the tires. Today I had a flat and brought my car in to have them repair the tire. Since I screwed up and put fix a flat in it. The tire couldn't be fixed. James said it would be $28 for a new tire because the tire is still under warranty. This place is so amazing and they are the only place I will ever buy tires from. read more

My experience began well and ended poorly. I walked in for service but had to wait in line while other customers were finishing up. After about 2 minutes a manager greeted me and asked to assist. I explained what I needed and he informed me that the store was closed but I could set an appointment for the next day or another day. I proceeded to schedule a 10am for the next day and he encouraged me that setting an appointment was the way to go. I arrived the next day at 9:54am and noticed how busy they were. I waited in line while a customer in front of me was assisted. The clerk who was assisting this customer greeted me as he passed me to follow the customer outside. I was next in line to be assisted but the same manager who scheduled my appointment the day before seemed too busy to acknowledge me or assist me. I found this to be really odd so I kindly waited (which turned out to be about 5 mins) and still, no acknowledgment. He did however acknowledge the donuts delivery guy who walked in and passed right by me to distribute the mornings order. I glanced around one last time and noticed 4 customers sitting in the lobby, 1 clerk assisting a customer to my left, and a mechanic who was standing with his arms folded behind the manager who should have been acknowledging/assisting me. After waiting for about 3 more minutes, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I was super surprised that the same manager who had acknowledged and assisted me the day before fell short of those same attributes the day of my appointment. How disappointing!!! read more

Had a $40 dollar coupon for Brake Service so I thought I would try their service. When service person called and said $380 for rear rotors and pads with $40 off thought that sounded high, but said go ahead anyways since it was there. Called 3 hours later to check on it and found no one made notes and it had been sitting with no work done. 45 minutes later they call and say finished, so my wife goes to pay and pick up key. To our surprise the bill was actually $418, I guess tax and unasked for checks brought that $380 up. Save yourself headache and money and go two doors down to Hesselbien. No coupon out the door they would have been $323. I checked before heading home. Not to mention they laughed at my wife behind the glass after asking questions like warranty on rotors and pads. They lost our business for life and a better business bureau complaint is coming next. Don't know about all locations but the one off of memorial and 1-69 is a bust! Repaired my tire for free. Great service. This was my first time to use Hibdon and they've earned a new customer.

Been here several times and they have done a good job. Until today. I took my truck in to have a bearing replaced in the steering column. It made a rattle noise and It's a common problem with the truck I have. I knew exactly what the problem was and showed the mechanic where the rattle was coming from. An hour after I dropped it off thy called me and told me that they did not have the tools needed for the job and that I needed to take it somewhere else. I did a little research and 3 hours after I had picked it up I had fixed the problem myself. The only tools required were 2 different socket wrenches and a cheap part from the local auto parts store. Disappointed in the either laziness, or lack of effort from the mechanics here today. read more
