I love this Bixby Midas!! That's my go to spot for oil changes and repairs... and sometimes even live animal extractions!! Yes! You read that right! This morning I had a first! Started with my check engine light coming on and then then the parking assist light flashing, next the service soon light! It was like a lit up Christmas tree of warnings! Sent my anxiety soaring! So- I took it right in. I took it to Midas because I trust them. Went in and asked Scott if they could take a look and see what the heck was going on.... I was ready to blame the snow and ice for it all! Well....(Drumroll) They SO found the problem! A bunny!! Or as we call him, Kevin Jr. Appears this cutie was causing quite the kerfuffle!! Kevin (The mechanic) at Midas was amazing. He went above and beyond to get Kevin Jr. out safely. He was so careful not to hurt him and he extracted the cute big hairball out of my engine like a true professional. Kevin Jr. was released into the wild to go get into someone else's car! : ) Afterwards they took great care of my car, and me. Fixed what the bunny damaged (which was a result of him chewing on things) and now I'm happy to say my car is all better. I would like to give a big thank you to Kevin, Scott and the Midas Bixby team! You guys are great!! Just wanted to add I think it's pretty epic that they support women a this Midas location. There is a really awesome female mechanic named Nichole. She's super talented AND Bad ass!! As a woman it's really awesome to see that. I'm sure she will and already has inspired other girls her age who are just starting out to go for it! So ya, she's a rockstar! Okkkkk got to go, it's time to make some bunny stew hahaha. They have typical prices for basic services and typically have some deal going to lessen the price for you. However, any time I have had tire work there are issues with tightening up my lug nuts or other bolts related to tires (I'm not an expert). They'll say the car is all good when I typically have to immediately return because loose nuts were making my car shake! Waste of time. Kevin and Scott are good about fixing the problems through. read more

This is my second time to come here in the last 6 months. Coming back bc the first time was great all around. They put on new wiper blades, oil change & even notified me of my cabin filter needing a change. I've had my Hyundai almost 4 years and NO ONE had ever mentioned my cabin filter until my first visit here. It was nasty af, all dusty, dirty with grass and leaves in it. They gave me # & I went to get it at Walmart. Problem solved, now breathing in clean air. The guy behind the desk is also a reason for the 5 Star. Well the gentlemen that helped me with a few things with my car were really friendly and now I have clean air in my car the cabin filter was nasty. Just buying the car it smelled when you turn on the air. And they even found a lose bolt that could cause a lot of damage to my wheel so I think they saved my life. I am the adult daughter of a retired mechanic and am extremely cautious and careful when I take my vehicles to get serviced. I moved to Tulsa from TX and was looking for a mechanic that I could trust. I was referred to this Midas when, out of the blue, my car wouldn't start. I needed to get it repaired quickly and they said they could see me right away. I have to say that I am so incredibly pleased with the level of customer service I received from Ed Burns, Jeff and all the staff at Midas in Bixby. They are honest, trustworthy and conscientious! They have a lifelong customer in me! I cannot say enough good things about these guys and their level of commitment and service to the customer! Went to midas to get an oil leak fixed and see why my A/C Compressor was making my car over heat and seem as if it was going to die if kept on , I told Kevin several times exactly what it was doing even showed what other mechanics told me etc . They took about 2 hours to go over my car to see what needed to be done . They said it was definitely an oil leak and was going to fix that along with putting in new spark plugs and a tune up total of $500.52 of work , im thinking everything is getting fixed with my car because THEY are " MECHANICS " and looked over everything. So i bring it in to get fixed they tell me it should only take about 2 hours . They called and told me it was done in less than 2 hours so i go up there pay and leave with my car that "supposedly" got fixed I noticed right away my air conditioning wasn't fixed but i just assumed it was taking a minute really just hoping for the best . I went home that night trade places in my drive way with my bf not even purposely to see that( but Thank God i did )next morning i seen a small puddle oil i wait like 2 more days just to see it keep getting bigger. I immediately call midas telling them it is still having the same problems as in nothing got fixed they tell me to bring it up there so i do and they check it out in like 20 mins and already knew what was wrong telling me both my fan motors are out and that its not leaking oil from "where they fixed it" but it's still leaking oil and for them to fixed what WAS ALREADY SUPPOSED TO BE FIXED its going to be another $1,000 DOLLARS!!!!!!!!!!!!! So i call my grandfather tell him what happens he calls and they wouldn't even give him their labor rate!! I just had a baby five months ago and can't be driving around in the HEAT with him . Do not use these guys! I had my wife take my car in for an oil change and brake check and after they gave her a surprise estimate I told her to just have them change the oil and we will come back later when we can budget. They then went into the garage and decided to call her stupid and other choice things not thinking she could hear them....the door was open?! Very condescending and rude...I am not coming back to these guys ever again and would suggest you go elsewhere unless you like being called stupid. read more

So about a month ago I went in and got my oil changed. Today I went to a different mechanic to get my o2 sensor changed, turns out my oil was never changed! Midas charged me for something that they never did! This is infuriating, I suggest no one ever go to them obviously they can't be trusted! You could have ruined my car!! read more

I recently had front and back brake pads installed along with an oil change and serpentine belt replacement. I appreciated the fact that they took me out to the shop and physically showed me the wear on the old brake pads and the cracks in the serpentine belt. My battery failed the test and because it was still under warranty, they recommended that I go back to where I purchased it for a free replacement. They could have easily tried to sell me a new battery. As a first-time customer, I appreciated their honesty and plan to return for future servicing of my car.
