The employees present had no sense of urgency for the work they had piling up. I ended up waiting 2 hours for my truck being 3rd on the list. As I waiting with time I didn't have, yet forced to wait since I needed the repairs done, I noticed their list of work orders doubled. No one flinched or bothered to get some pep in their step! Not to mention the age of guys at the computers and computer skills weighted down not only me but everyone after me I noticed. Terrible service. You walk in and three men have their heads down and don't acknowledge you are there. I went in three times and each time they said it would be over a two hour wait period and I needed to drop the car off. They are rude and act unhappy to be there. Contrast this with the Jiffy Lube on Memorial. Completely different story. Very professional, friendly and efficient. Don't think twice, go to Jiffy Lube. The experience was pleasant to begin with, friendly service, what I believed to be competent workmanship. But alas, at my last scheduled oil change which I had done at Firestone, they were kind enough to inform me that the bolt keeping the oil in its place was completely stripped. To make matters worse, in stripping the bolt, the genius crew worker cracked the base of the oil pan to the extent that I could have lost all oil in a matter of moments. Needless to say, this would have destroyed the engine of my only three year old car. I myself will not be revisiting this fine establishment. You may, but I will warn you, if you value your vehicle don't trust it with men who can't screw in a simple bolt correctly. read more

I had to take my car in to Robertson Tire this week to have the brakes fixed; the experience was good from beginning to end, I was able to get a ride home and a ride back to pick my car up after it was fixed. They also found and replaced a filter that needed to be changed that somehow after repeated oil changes throughout the years has somehow been overlooked by other companies. The pricing was fair and I would definitely recommend and go there myself in the future. Kudos to Jim Mattingly, Randy Miller and all the wonderful guys that worked on my car!! read more

Always first class customer service. I take all my cars there for oil changes. They fixed one of my flats for free, before I had purchased any tires from them. When it came time to get new tires on my truck, I shopped around, but ultimately bought from them, because their prices were reasonable and they treat me well. Front office is clean, and there is a comfortable waiting area with WiFi. Sits right next to Chili's restaurant, so if you need to wait for your vehicle, you can stop over for a bite to eat. read more

Low tire pressure light came on yesterday on my new car. Today I noticed a nail in the tire. Called another tire place who tried to charge $40 to patch it. But thank goodness I came into Robertson. They fixed it for free (none of my tires are from Robertson) and took less than an hour from when I came in. Great customer service!!! read more

Went in for tire rotation on Jeep that has console sensors that report PSI. Had to return 3 times, once for missing tail light they never fixed, second time for calibration of tire sensors since front drivers tire reported as rear passengers. Third time I went back to complain the calibration didn't correct the issue and ask what test reports or quality check they do to ensure the calibration took this time. Got an unsatisfactory response they only run the computer calibration and no test to confirm it took. I asked if they can have the mechanic physically check tires after and poor customer relations response back was " I'm trying to be nice to you". I asked for my keys back and decided to take my car to competent mechanic an auto repair shop. I don't pay money for bad service and won't be a repeat customer due to their lack of customer relations. If you have a car that has a technical knowledge skills these are not the people to trust your car with. They are your regular grease monkey mechanics that can do simple repairs but nothing that takes real skill. read more
