The complete car deal was full of deception. We have owned several Porsche vehicles and in fact it is all my wife drives. We were told before we made the drive up to Tulsa to buy the 2021 Porsche Cayenne S that the 40k service was done and the car had been through the Porsche service center and everything was in great shape. Upon arrival at the dealership we drove the car unattended and the brakes were making noise. I took David Young our sales rep out to the car and he said " oh the Cayenne has steel brakes and that's normal. " LIE #1. I asked why the car was not certified. He said the car was too old and too many miles. I did not know at the time that this was LIE #2. Went to finance to complete the purchase. Asked the Finance rep why the car was not certified. She said the car is too old and too many miles. LIE # 3. When I returned to Okc with the car after a few days I made an appointment with Bob Moore Porsche for $375 for a Pre Purchase evaluation and at no surprise the car needed $6000 in a brake job AND the 40k service was not done as the management team said it was. Lie number 3. So calling out the brakes and service to the sales person after 6 days and a bad Google review I finally got the attention from someone in management. He said that the staff really didn't know the process of understanding a CPO car. So he offered to split the brake job and get me paperwork showing the 40k was done. He wasn't sure yes or no but said he would find out what was said. Well I spent $2000 on the brakes as my half (which I was lied to about the brakes so why should I have to pay). Finally after 30 days the GM Nazar calls me and if wanting to work on solutions. I tell him that how I was lied to and deceived on the car deal. He wants to know what I want, I want to return the car and wash my hands of the lies. A few days of back and forth he offers me substantially less for the car. And will not honor the 40k service that was lied about in the beginning. This is not a good practice. At least 3 people in the dealership knew the car needs $9000 orth of service in the first 30 days of ownership. Pretty poor dealership practices. They chose to rip us off instead of telling the truth in what the car needed. These are not a Honda Accords. They are built with precision and require expensive services to keep them going. These tremendously affect the value of the car. If the GM won't stand up for what is right by doing what we were told them this is not a place to spend your money. Truly disappointed.

From minsdiagnosises, to the snarky and seeming dishonesty of the service advisor, the lack of urgency to repair and apathy to our situation, the entire experience was a disaster from day one to the month and a week it took to complete the repair. To give credit where it's due: when I finally spoke with the General Manager he called the service manager and made them finish our repair. But we were already five weeks in by that point. I even stated they would never have to see me again, to which the manager didn't respond and didn't seem to care whether or not he retained our business. Although I didn't purchase the vehicle there, I was looking for a dealership that is close to home for maintenance, service, and future purchases. I will definitely be looking for a different dealership and/or vehicle brand going forward. Dealerships with service department experiences like this are a big negative for car manufacturers. I have never felt less valued as a customer, it was very eye opening.

The service was stellar throughout the process. Ken and Andrew were professional and actually enjoyable to work with. I did end up buying a vehicle that I think is a perfect fit for me. I hope to be driving it for a long time and will definitely go to them for my next vehicle. Fortunately I did not have to buy a vehicle today. I did because of the service and of course I love the choice I made.

So happy to have found David Woods and Lug Nutz! I'm new to Tulsa and one of the first things you…read morehave to find is a good mechanic. I'd been to one and it was okay . . . another charged a ridiculous fee UP FRONT before even knowing the issue . . . so one day, driving by Lug Nutz, I thought, "I'd like to find a great solo practitioner whose business depends on doing a great job so I will come back" (what a concept, huh?). I decided I couldn't do worse than what I'd already experienced so I gave it a try. David is attentive, clearly knows his stuff after many years of working on vehicles in different settings (dealership, fleet work, etc.), and as I had to wait, has provided a pleasant little waiting room that is clean and comfortable. His prices are wonderfully reasonable. I told him all I wanted was someone who was honest and would be creative in finding the solutions to my car's problems, and he is on board. I'm recommending him to everyone I can!
