I used to take my car to the AZ Christian Brothers regularly and always trusted their service, so I was happy to see a location here in Tulsa as well. An issue did come up during my visit, but when I brought it to their attention, management took it seriously and went above and beyond to make it right. They truly stand by their word and their work. Because they handled everything professionally and appropriately, they still have my trust and my business. A big shout out to manager Mike, who helped facilitate the repairs and made sure everything was taken care of. I appreciate the team's integrity and commitment to customer service.

This past week i purchased a set of tires for my wife's Telluride. The experience was very professional and sales personnel were knowledgeable, friendly and answered all my questions as I selected size, type and price range. The selection was extensive and pricing was very competitive as I had online shopped several business in South Tulsa area. You can make appointment and drop off or arrive at schedule time and wait for service to be performed. I worked with Zach and highly recommend asking to speak to him, he is very patient and helpful. I also had good experiences having my F-150 serviced several times including once that required using computer connected diagnostic tools. The labor plus replacement part cost was very competitive and significantly less than a Ford dealership estimated. Had received.

I needed brake repair for a 1996 Toyota Camry. I called ahead; Jason and the team were able to…read moreschedule me within the next two days. My 30-year-old car has 273K miles of wear and tear on any original parts, so the job turned out to be more than simply replacing the pads. The quoted estimate was $1500 for the pads, brake calipers, drums, brake rotors, hardware kits, fluid, and labor. I had seen my car on a lift before taking it to Advantage Auto, and after inspecting the wheels, I knew the brake job was going to be involved (which is part of the reason I didn't want to do it myself). Jason loaned me a car for the day, which I greatly appreciated. AA worked from 9:00 till around 5:30 (they had delays in receiving parts from across town), and got me out of there the same day. My final price of $1300 was lower than the estimated $1500, as they didn't charge me for all the replacement parts. The brakes have been working as needed over the last month. Was it a lot of money? Yes. Did I get what I paid for? Yes. Would I go back? Yes.

I highly recommend this guy.

THIS MAN DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM!!…read more Alan S., the car mechanic, CHARGED my visa $1001.00 to buy the parts and delivered them to my house. He did say that there would be restocking fee if I cancel the job. I didn't care because he gave me his word, and I trusted him that he would fix the car. He NEVER SHOWED. He said he was going to refund me $800 and told me to return the parts myself to Auto Zone. I did and was refunded $587. I asked him to refund me the difference so we can remain civil about this; but Alan only calls back when he wants to.....very poor customer service. To any prospective customer: DO NOT trust his word. He claims to be honest and sincere. He might be until he gets your money. I have our full conversation that turned sour if anyone is considering hiring him. I might even seek legal counsel if this review does not make him refund the money.

Started with my check engine light coming on and then then the parking assist light flashing, next the service soon light! It was like a lit up Christmas tree of warnings! Sent my anxiety soaring! So- I took it right in. I took it to Midas because I trust them. Went in and asked Scott if they could take a look and see what the heck was going on.... I was ready to blame the snow and ice for it all! Well....(Drumroll) They SO found the problem! A bunny!! Or as we call him, Kevin Jr. Appears this cutie was causing quite the kerfuffle!! Kevin (The mechanic) at Midas was amazing. He went above and beyond to get Kevin Jr. out safely. He was so careful not to hurt him and he extracted the cute big hairball out of my engine like a true professional. Kevin Jr. was released into the wild to go get into someone else's car! : ) Afterwards they took great care of my car, and me. Fixed what the bunny damaged (which was a result of him chewing on things) and now I'm happy to say my car is all better. I would like to give a big thank you to Kevin, Scott and the Midas Bixby team! You guys are great!! Just wanted to add I think it's pretty epic that they support women a this Midas location. There is a really awesome female mechanic named Nichole. She's super talented AND Bad ass!! As a woman it's really awesome to see that. I'm sure she will and already has inspired other girls her age who are just starting out to go for it! So ya, she's a rockstar! Okkkkk got to go, it's time to make some bunny stew hahaha. It also took two extra days because he had issues with his parts suppliers sending him the wrong parts. This company is a bad choice to do business with. I get its a business but it's bad business not notifying your customers of cost increases and waiting until they call to tell them it's going to take longer than expected. Be warned his quote is unreliable and you pay way than expected.

Hands down best customer service and car care I have ever had!…read more My car began having issues as I was out of town. Since this was a Saturday many car care places were closed, I happened to find Sinclair after a quick search of finding someone who was open on a Saturday afternoon. Sinclair was quick with their service, but also took time to answer questions and explain what the problem was with my vehicle. When I followed up with additional questions they clearly explained things in a way I could understand. They also took the time to show my husband and I what was the source of the issue. We also happened to share that we had a nail in the tire that we noticed when it was loaded up on the tow truck prior to our arrival, mentioning that we would need to go get the tire taken care of after we left Sinclair. They then went above and beyond to taking care of the screw that was in the tire. A day later they called to see if I made it back home safely. Thankful for the care they showed even after we left! We are beyond thankful for the customer service, attention to detail, communication and reliability! We plan to be back!
