I recommend finding another place for your oil changes. About two years ago after a routine oil change at the JIffy Lube at 121st and Memorial, I noticed a small oil leak under my truck. I returned to the Jiffy Lube location at 121st and Memorial and was reassured by their technician that the plug was just loose. He tightened the plug, but the leak was not fixed. I had an independent mechanic at the dealership diagnose that the leak was from a cross threaded drain plug. They recommended replacing the oil pan. When I called the Jiffy Lube location they put me in touch with the owner of the area Jiffy Lubes. After telling him about the problem that JL caused, he refused to pay for the fix at the dealership and he told me that the dealership was trying to rip me off. He said that one of his "best guys" fixes this all the time. (I assume that means this happens frequently.) I decided to just pay for the pan replacement out of pocket and move on with my life. Then yesterday my neighbor told me about a similar experience at this exact location. I felt obligated to post this review so this doesn't happen to anyone else. read more

Can't recommend the Bixby Jiffy Lube highly enough. Every. Single. Time. I go there the employees are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, knowledgeable and always go above and beyond. I went in last week to get my coolant filled and they topped off my oil and aired up my tires because they took notice that they were both low. They even showed me how to reset my oil life warning notice that I kept getting! The technician that helped me was Cody and he was so nice, especially for how cold and rainy it was outside!Another gentleman helped too but I didn't catch his name. Dropped off my car to have the oil changed told him I had to leave they were extremely snobby about me leaving told me I needed to wait I told him no I have an appointment in Tulsa I need to get to and the mgr said you can just wait.
