They even paid for a Lyft ride to go pic up a rental car. The next day, I get a call, and there is a long laundry list of things my car (supposedly needs). Some of the things mentioned, I was aware of, but when they started talking about my oil pan gasket needing replaced and the engine coolant being like water, I was like, "No way!". For one, I could go into my driveway and see that there were no leaks where the car has parked for the last 10 years. Also, the weather had just been close to 0 degrees, so if my coolant were like water, my engine block would have froze up. I told them to just do the cleaning of the throttle body (but they were still charging $450 to clean it). When I got the car back, the first thing I did was check the coolant, and it checked at good for -10 degrees, so it was hardly like water! My car uses half a quart of oil between oil changes, and it has 140,000 miles, so clearly, whatever leak they thought they saw, hardly warranted a $1,000 gasket change! They did fix the code, and two months later, all is still good (that's why I'm giving them 2 stars and not 1). However, I could have paid $2,500 for a bunch of stuff that wasn't needed, so beware when they call you with the estimate!

Ok so I took my truck in for a coolant flush and diagnostics and told them it was going to need stand pipes and dummy plugs minimum.Few days later they said ok I need oil cooler that will fix it I said great I PAID THEM ALMOST 7000.00!Then go to pick up my truck it still won't start hot turns out it needs stand pipes and dummy plugs which if you remember itold them it needed when I took it in to them.Since I already paid them to change an oil cooler wich by the way they charged me as much as a complete rebuild at any other shop I was against taking my truck back into them I forgot to mention this is my dailey driver I drove the truck to their shop.Manager calls me since I left terrible google review says he don't want like the truck leaving unfixed made me think awesome maybe this place is ok after all.Boy was I wrong I drove my truck into their shop few days later I'm told truck is done go to pick it up which is understatement.Hopped in my truck tried to drive it barely made it to their shop few street terrible grinding actually made it to parking lot straight across the street I'd say what maybe twenty feet wheel bearing completely gone!Get out to see what's wrong jump out look at my truck and every bit of my coolant is pouring out of my engine compartment!They say they did nothing wrong apparently it's normal to take a truck to a shop drive it there mind you I always thought you would pay 7000.00 pretty good chance you'd get to drive the vehicle home I had to have my truck towed home from their shop had to have the repairs made that the shop did to my vehicle they completely say that they did nothing wrong.So if anyone actually reads reviews make your own decision but make sure you read the bad reviews I will from now on believe that...If this review saves one person from falling victim to this repair shop it was worth it..I pray no other person ever gets ripped off by this place again.Pick a different place any place.Thanks for reading and good luck on your shop search this place isn't what anyone is looking for in a repair facility.......I wish they had negative stars this place deserves --7000

Took our VW Tiguan to EuroHaus due to AC not working. They diagnosed the issue as needing a new…read moreevaporator core at a cost of about $2,000. We agreed to proceed with the work so we could get the car back with working AC. Shortly after having the car back in our hands, we noticed continued AC issues. It never quite cooled as well as before. I called EuroHaus back to mention the AC needed to be rechecked after their initial work. The guys initial response on the phone was something along the lines of, "oh your evaporator core probably didn't need to be replaced" which he later denied saying when I went back in to drop it off to be rechecked. EuroHaus kept it for a few days and in the end said they could not find any issues with it and it was working fine as far as they could tell. Since then, the AC has continued to deteriorate and our experience shows it was never truly fixed. It seems EuroHaus incorrectly diagnosed the issue the first time around and performed costly unnecessary work. We paid 2000 to get working AC but did not get that. They offered to take the car back in and continue replacing more parts at our cost. At this point we have lost confidence and trust in EuroHaus's ability to perform the work so we're having to cut our losses and take it to another shop. Avoid this place. If you have to work with them for whatever reason, record any phone calls you have with them and make sure you get everything in writing.

Sinclair was quick with their service, but also took time to answer questions and explain what the problem was with my vehicle. When I followed up with additional questions they clearly explained things in a way I could understand. They also took the time to show my husband and I what was the source of the issue. We also happened to share that we had a nail in the tire that we noticed when it was loaded up on the tow truck prior to our arrival, mentioning that we would need to go get the tire taken care of after we left Sinclair. Took our 2013 Hyundai Elantra to a well known local auto shop for an alignment. Our car was pulling left after putting on a new set of tires. They said they aligned it and charged us $103.00. Left the shop and notice it was still pulling left. Took it back and the service tech said it was aligned to spec. He went on to say that the car had been wreck and maybe caused other damage. I flat out told him, I have had this car since it was new off the show room floor and it had never been wrecked. So they alleged that they align it again. Took it home and it still pulled to the left. Took it back again and he said they will adjust it so it runs straight but it will cause unnecessary tire wear. Long story short (I know too late) it still pulled to the left. Did some in-depth research and found that Sam's Alignment & Brakes is the best in northeast Oklahoma. Took it to Sam's and he had it fully aligned in 50 minutes. Need I say more? He was so personal and down to earth to visit with while he explained everything he was doing as he was working on my car.
