We were traveling through Oklahoma on our way back to Tennessee when our voltage regulator and…read morebattery failed in our Audi Q7 TDI. My husband called EuroHaus and they were able to get us in and back on the road same day. They went above and beyond for our family and Chris even followed up with us the next day to make sure we arrived to our destination safely. The team at EuroHaus was kind, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. They are experts in the field of European vehicles and labor costs are nearly half of the dealership. I'm confident that you won't be able to get this level of care and expertise for such an amazing value anywhere else.

Took our VW Tiguan to EuroHaus due to AC not working. They diagnosed the issue as needing a new…read moreevaporator coil at a cost of about $2,000. We agreed to proceed with the work so we could get the car back with working AC. Shortly after having the car back in our hands, we noticed continued AC issues. It never quite cooled as well as before. I called EuroHaus back to mention the AC needed to be rechecked after their initial work. The guys initial response on the phone was something along the lines of, "oh your evaporator coil probably didn't need to be replaced" which he later denied saying when I went back in to drop it off to be rechecked. EuroHaus kept it for a few days and in the end said they could not find any issues with it and it was working fine as far as they could tell. Since then, the AC has continued to deteriorate and our experience shows it was never truly fixed. It seems EuroHaus incorrectly diagnosed the issue the first time around and performed costly unnecessary work. We paid 2000 to get working AC but did not get that. They offered to take the car back in and continue replacing more parts at our cost. At this point we have lost confidence and trust in EuroHaus's ability to perform the work so we're having to cut our losses and take it to another shop. Avoid this place. If you have to work with them for whatever reason, record any phone calls you have with them and make sure you get everything in writing.

They told me I needed two other parts to fix it and charged me another $850 to do it. Next time I filled up it leaked again. Said I should have brought it back a third time. Terrible service! Terrible mechanics. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES THERE!!! 0 stars for sure!

They even paid for a Lyft ride to go pic up a rental car. The next day, I get a call, and there is a long laundry list of things my car (supposedly needs). Some of the things mentioned, I was aware of, but when they started talking about my oil pan gasket needing replaced and the engine coolant being like water, I was like, "No way!". For one, I could go into my driveway and see that there were no leaks where the car has parked for the last 10 years. Also, the weather had just been close to 0 degrees, so if my coolant were like water, my engine block would have froze up. I told them to just do the cleaning of the throttle body (but they were still charging $450 to clean it). When I got the car back, the first thing I did was check the coolant, and it checked at good for -10 degrees, so it was hardly like water! My car uses half a quart of oil between oil changes, and it has 140,000 miles, so clearly, whatever leak they thought they saw, hardly warranted a $1,000 gasket change! They did fix the code, and two months later, all is still good (that's why I'm giving them 2 stars and not 1). However, I could have paid $2,500 for a bunch of stuff that wasn't needed, so beware when they call you with the estimate!

Hands down best customer service and car care I have ever had!…read more My car began having issues as I was out of town. Since this was a Saturday many car care places were closed, I happened to find Sinclair after a quick search of finding someone who was open on a Saturday afternoon. Sinclair was quick with their service, but also took time to answer questions and explain what the problem was with my vehicle. When I followed up with additional questions they clearly explained things in a way I could understand. They also took the time to show my husband and I what was the source of the issue. We also happened to share that we had a nail in the tire that we noticed when it was loaded up on the tow truck prior to our arrival, mentioning that we would need to go get the tire taken care of after we left Sinclair. They then went above and beyond to taking care of the screw that was in the tire. A day later they called to see if I made it back home safely. Thankful for the care they showed even after we left! We are beyond thankful for the customer service, attention to detail, communication and reliability! We plan to be back!
