DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR CAR! Horrible Jiffy Lube !!l! So last fall I got an oil change right before I left for a trip where I flew. When I got home a week later and drove my car the skid plate fell to the ground and scrapped as it does! There happened to be a tow truck driver in the side of the road helping someone else and he was nice enough to help me. He said they DID NOT replace the bolts and there were only 2 there. So he zip tied it up and said to go back to Jiffy Lube. Which I did. They said there was no damage and that they fixed it and sent me on my way with a free oil change ( like I would EVER trust them again ). Cut to a month later when I'm getting my next oil change in a different location in a different state. The mechanic says" did you know you only had zip ties holding up your skid plate ?" Wtf?? I had driven 1500 miles on interstates.., if that skid plate had fallen again going 75. When I returned to my home state to help my mom I called this location and their manager BRITTANY promised to make it right and order a new skid plate ( this was 5 days ago and the very least they can do ) and they'd she call me today when the part came in. But when I called to check on the status ... Brittany said .. oh sorry my district manager sets we aren't responsible as it's notated here now ( which I know of wasn't in their before based on my conversation with a different jiffy lube a few days ago ) that there were bolts missing when you brought it in in the first place. Here is the kicker. Even if that WAS true ( which it isn't ) WHY didn't they tell me my car wasn't safe or replace the missing bolts ??? It's all bs. She also refused to give me the email or number of their district manager. Shady people. Do not recommend. read more

Got the oil changed in my car here on 7/11. I was Initially disappointed with all the greasy handprints around the engine bay, outside my drivers door and all over the steering wheel. On 7/I8 I had my car out of the garage and noticed that there was drops of oil where I park may car. It did not leak any oil before the oil change. I took it back to the shop and they said they don't see any signs of oil leaking. I took it to a mechanic who said the oil cooler was cracked from an over tightened oil filter. I reached out to corporate about the issue on 7/18. They said I should hear from the local owner in 72 hours. 8 days later I had heard nothing and reached out to the local owner who then took another day to get back to me. They claim I signed a waiver for my car because the issue of the oil cooler is so common. read more

It was my first time visiting, and staff were super helpful in guiding me to which services I needed! They broke the oil cooler and filter housing by over tightening the oil filter and refused to fix what they broke. I took it back in immediately and then had multiple conversations with them. Ironically there is a waiver they have people sign letting them know there is a possibility this could happen on certain vehicles, just in case they happen to break it. They let you know they would never overtighten but it does happen. I never signed nor saw this waiver. Bottom line is they broke it and now I am out over $1000.00 in parts and labor. I offered to to split the cost or pay for the part just not the labor and they refused. It would have cost them $600 in labor to repair at their own facility or lose all of our business from here on out (5 cars in our family). They will lose a lot more money than it would have cost to do the right thing and repair what they broke. read more

Being tired of dealers, I thought I'd get my oil changed here. I was surprised! The staff did a great job, they swarmed my car with service while I hung out eating popcorn in the waiting area. The manager advised me well on filter changes and oil selection. Her knowledge was very impressive. As we were leaving a short 30 minutes later, we were met by the team for a quick review of the work completed and to answer any questions. I'll definitely come back for my next scheduled visit. read more

Worst service that I ever had at this location, employees standing around talking and playing around while customers were waiting to get their cars serviced. I waited for almost an hour and watched this, and I finally went out to my car that was still sitting outside the shop, and I left. Not sure at this point if I will ever go back to this location. Drove 4 miles to the store on Union Ave and was pulled in right away, and within 20 minutes was driving out with my service completed. read more

This jiffy lube has always been the best! Very fast and efficient, and friendly full of energy, they are kind quick and have really good folks. Everyone is always making sure even if the lobby is full that everyone's been waited on, kept up to date on how their vehicle is coming along, and made to feel comfortable. When it's time to pay, they kindly offer what is recommended by them, then what is by the manufacturer, but are NEVER pushy. In and out in good time and kind service. Can't beat it! Oh! This is Jiffy Lube is pretty nice - it's very new and popular. The bad news is that it is indeed very popular - I had a long wait on a Saturday afternoon for an oil change. Still, the waiting area is nice with free pop. I usually bring a book and try to enjoy the downtime. Something I really like about Jiffy Lube is that they top off fluids (windshield, et. al.) and do a quick vacuum of your car. It looks and feels nicer when all you really needed was your regular oil change. They're also good about checking other things in your engine (belts, filters, etc.) so it's nice to know what you may need to be preparing for. The oil change itself is about $30-40 which is about right. The biggest downside was that they played Fox News (loudly) in the waiting room. The people around me were mesmerized by it and unfortunately I think they were believing a lot of it. If you're going to put a TV in a waiting area, stick to CNN, Food Network, or the History Channel. They're all fan favorites. Overall, I enjoyed my experience here. If I ate carbs I would have eaten some of the popcorn, too. read more

Great experience here. I came close to closing but they assured me it was no problem and they could change my oil very quickly. I never know really what an oil change should cost but to be honest I didn't question them because the service was above and beyond and it included a full review of what was going on with my car, they did some extra service, topped off fluids and vacuumed the floors and cleaned the windows all in about 20 min. And I can go back at any time for those extra services. I was nervous because I had my 4 year old with me but the staff made him laugh and they even had a small kids spot with some toys he could play with. Plus drinks and popcorn. He wants to go with me next time! It was all worth it. read more

Very frustrated. I went to store # 529 in Tulsa, OK last Thursday (10/03/2019) Cashier wouldn't let me purchase 3-pack online, which would have saved me $15 each service change. She stated that it was "too late, they already started work on your car." I didn't believe that to be true, but didn't want to argue. I specifically asked about wiper fluid, as it had run out a few days prior and was needed for my trip from OK to TX the following day. She assured me it was good. I left, and sure enough - no wiper fluid. Then, we noticed, as we were on our trip to Texas, a rattling noise, had trouble opening the glove box because it was improperly put back in and must've been slammed to be shut. My filter was turned upside down, which means, dirt was blowing into my cabin instead of out of it. We were wondering why we did not feel well this weekend. And now we know. This Jiffy Lube location did a TERRIBLE job. My boyfriend and I both use Jiffy Lube all the time, this is the first time that we've had a real issue. This was a different location than I'm used to going to. I am now concerned about what else they may have messed up in my vehicle, as well as any health consequences because the filter was turned upside down in my vehicle. read more

This place literally just ripped me off. $50 for a conventional oil change, even with a $7 off coupon. Did I want signature service? No, I didn't but they didn't ask. I said I just wanted a basic oil change. Did I want conventional oil? Yes, I did but they didn't tell me it was going to cost me way more money. Basically I paid for what it would cost to buy 4 quarts at a QT. at least they fill your fluids with the signature service right? but waitwhat's this charge for coolant ? Oh yeah they will do your fluids but coolant isn't included. You pay extra. I was noticeably upset with the situation and no one even made an effort to make it right. To top it all off, they left oil drips on the front fenders and it took over 45 minutes when they quoted 15-20. Great job... Yeah. I won't be back. read more

If I could give Negative Stars I would. My daughter took her BMW X-3 in for a oil change last Friday, When she went to pick it up it was smoking very bad, a white gray smoke, we have owned this BMW for Several years and are meticulous about maintenance and upkeep and have never had a problem with it. Chris the manager Advised my daughter to just drive it around for a while to see if the smoke would clear and if not to call him. My daughter was headed to Stillwater that same night so I let her drive my Jeep instead and I took her car. The next Morning I woke up and started her car and it smoked so bad I could not see out my back window, so I drove it down the road to see if it would clear and was followed home by a Catoosa Police Officer who stated he thought my car was on fire. I called the location and spoke to an assistant manager who said she would need to call her District Manager, never heard back so I called back and was advised it was out of her hands, About an hour later Chris the Manager called me and advised that he could not do anything for me that I would need to call their corporate office, and guess what its Saturday morning and no one is there. I attempted to call Chris back and was sent to VM automatically. It is now Thursday the following week and not a single person has reached out to me regarding this. I took the car to European Auto Works and they advised me that the oil was overfilled and had ran into the engine and that they had to run it along time to get it to clear and change out a part that was clogged with oil.. 795.00 dollars later it is back to where it was before Jiffy Lube messed it up. So I'm out 142.00 for the towing, 133.00 for a rental car and 795.00 for repair and 87.00 for a terrible oil change that started all this. And not a single word from Jiffy Lube or its Owners. Its not that hard to do the right thing. But that seems to be a lost art, all theses companies are interested in today are profits.. Its a Shame.. read more
