Started with my check engine light coming on and then then the parking assist light flashing, next the service soon light! It was like a lit up Christmas tree of warnings! Sent my anxiety soaring! However, any time I have had tire work there are issues with tightening up my lug nuts or other bolts related to tires (I'm not an expert). They'll say the car is all good when I typically have to immediately return because loose nuts were making my car shake! Waste of time. Kevin and Scott are good about fixing the problems through.

When I contacted Take 5, they said I needed proof that my vehicle wasn't leaking before the oil change. I offered photos of my clean driveway (except for the new oil spots), but they refused, saying only a certified shop inspection would suffice. Called around a few shops and all stated there is no way to certify if it was leaking prior or not. Well played Take 5. Cant wait to see the closed for business sign now!
