I got a nail or screw or something in my tire and took it to Robertson on Delaware as is our family's rule. I figured it was time for new tires and it was. They have me an honest evaluation that I could probably go longer on my front tires but rear had to be replaced. We've done there long enough to know that we can trust their assessment and we will always get a great price. In addition they did a full front in alignment and used their "coupon" to give us a discount. This is the only place we go when it comes down on tires. read more

Will not be going back. Two years ago got two new tires, hubcap fell off upon leaving, had them replace. Thought ok things happen and it's whatever, just an inconvenience. They make you drive back to prove it fell off, then hunt it down the side of the road and replace if they can't. Have to order generic ones because I guess they don't carry them. So last week, I needed new tires, I go back in with a booked appointment. 4 hours later, they got the tires on (no alignment or additional things needed). I go to leave for a business trip 3 hours out of town. 1 I stop and missing a hubcap yet again.... 2. My low tire pressure light set off. So I go back in after I get home a few days later. They found my hubcap, then I tell them about the low pressure light, they check my tires and the tech tells me my sensor went out and it happens. Already unhappy, they then offer to do a replacement for a price, I decline. One tech at Robertson was trying to tell the other hey dude, it was fine until the tire change, and the other tech refused to acknowledge it and blamed it on "they just go out". I then take my car to my brother in law at a local dealership to look at - and he tell me yes sensors go out, but if it's right after a tire change, it's most likely was damaged by them. Verifies it and now having to pay to have it replaced. Would not recommend based on twice not being able to put on a simple hubcap and the fact they won't own up to a mistake nor make it right. If you get new tires and when you drive off the freaking low tire pressure light comes on when you had no issue before - it's safe to say it's an issue. Was willing to look past the first hiccup, but not this second one, since I'm out additional money. Don't take your car here for even the most basic work. Hell I can change the tire myself as a woman and not fuck up the sensor. read more

Deborah, the Service Advisor, was wonderful, professional and caring. We experienced a tire blow out on our car and I called the store to get another tire put on. She went and found a tire (which is difficult to find) and we had it put on the next morning. She remembered every concern that I had an immediately took care of me. Because of the way she treated me and the caring that she had shown, I had her quote replacing the remaining three tires. Two days later I brought the car in and everything was done perfectly. They went above and beyond to take care of it. They communicated clearly, honestly, and were very friendly & professional. Customer Service at front seat was excellent (Aaron) shop tech absolutely a joke. I travel on the road (70k miles a year) and wear tires out fast. The KID that put tires on my van got grease in on my leather seats, on my door entry guard from his boots, and left grease on my rims and did not clean them. Then to top it off he runs my van up on the curb when he pulls it out. When I go out to ask him why he did that he said sorry I was not paying attention! I get Aaron to help me and the KID walks off.....What a joke for a tire store that I have bought from many times before. I have a call in to Brad the regional mgr, so let's see what he has to say on this. I want NO discount just to make sure this does not happen to the next customer. read more

Can't recommend. Bought a car battery that was a year and a half old when they put it in. Battery was a top brand and fizzled out after a few years. They said they would pro-rate it... but would charge $40 to install a new one. There is no amount of pro-rating a $100 battery that would make it worth it. Decided to go elsewhere and won't return. read more

Dropped car off for oil change . for a fluid top off an tire rotation with psi check...fluid level on coolant an power steering fluid levels where not checked they where both way low ..when car was said finished an I paid for service ..also psi tire pressure was not correct so that wasn't checked..so they did not do that either ...so now how can I even be sure the oil was changed an tires rotated ..but they sure could find things to tack on like air filter change an transmission flush ..extra $$$ ..by the way are not needed..how can any one trust a car service place..I will for sure be taking pictures of everything before and after and marking The tires to make sure they actualy get rotated..I am not a happy costumer ..to have to make a extra trip back up there to point out their mistakes is a waste of my time an money ...wow. read more

My coworker informed me that her fam had know the Robertsons for years and that they were good people. So I went in, expecting to be WOWed and I was!! I have regularly used Robertson for oil changes, but had a negative experience with one of the workers. The owner was made aware of this and took the time and effort to make sure this wouldn't happen again. He was very concerned about proper customer service and I am very appreciative of that! I am not impressed with the technicians at this place. I went here because they had the tires I wanted and haven't had much luck with other shops. they decided I needed an extra $1000.00 in front end parts. about a month after I got work done the front suspension started knocking. I climbed under it and the new sway bar links were not even tightened up and they had installed a miss matched set. I took the truck back and they fixed it no problem but now I have been in here three times because they can't seem to do a proper alignment and the truck veers right off the road. so here I sit waiting once again for them to tell me nothing is wrong with it. the service writers inside are great but the tech that keeps working on my truck is definately less than adequate. read more
