We had an alignment done at another location 2 months ago after buying tires. The alignment was guaranteed for 6 months but the vehicle is now out of alignment again. We stopped by this location to get the alignment adjusted which they would check for free but if it needed adjustment we had to pay again. When I asked about the 6 month warranty they stated I would have to go back to that specific location. So if you are traveling and having tire or alignment issues, don't bother with Discount Tire since they don't stand behind their work within the corporation. read more

Went in this morning about 10am to have my tire pressure checked. After waiting quite a while with no acknowledgement from staff I decided to leave. Normally I would have gone to the office for assistance, but very recently I fell of a tower at work, and at 70yo it did not end well. I'm in braces and wraps and it's a chore to get out. As I was leaving a heavy set staff member was scanning a tire, I asvised him what happened and that I had put the Discount Tire insurance on the vehicle right after I bought it. The insurance requires you keep proper pressure in the tires or the will not honor it. I told him all this and said I would have to go somewhere else to get them checked. His response was a hearty "Yeah OK ". I was less them impressed with his customer service skills. Any company can offer a free service especially if they don't plan on actually doing it. And yet they require you use this service to keep the pricey warranty they sell you in compliance. I would like to add that I normally go to the Discount Tire on Olympia in Tulsa since it is near where I work, and receive great service there read more

I would highly recommend Discount Tire! They were patient with me, offered the BEST PRICE, were prompt, very courteous! My 2nd set of tires from them read more

Ordered my tires online from their website and scheduled an install time. Showed up and everything was going great until they didn't clean my rims off after coating them in this gunk kind of stuff. I've later found it was tire lube and after it dries needs quit a bit of elbow grease to clean off. Whilst cleaning this off I found multiple, scuffs, scratches and a couple gouges. All four rims had some combination of blemish. I returned to the store and filed a claim. After two weeks dealing with a third party claim company they've decided not to cover the rims they're responsible for messing up. Some advise, you can ask them to take pictures of your rims before they take the vehicle into the shop. I had no idea this was an option. Had I known I'm sure they'd be buying my truck 4 new rims. read more

I came to get my tire patched after a faulty patch down at another tire shop & unfortunately I couldn't get it fixed because the patch was already smoothed (& it was still leaking btw) but one of the workers there who goes by the name "Travis R E "sales person #144" help me out tremendously, I was struggling with money at the time & gave me the tire for almost half off which was such a big help for me, amazing service for sure read more

Exceptional Customer Service, Recently my Wife and Ii our tire and Automotive shop and we moved to Oklahoma . So after 38 years I finally got to be the Customer, From my initial call into Travis all the way through the install this Team was on point. Travis got my information right away, and he went to work and got the Nitto Terra Grappler tires in, When the tires came in the next day he called me to set up the Saturday install appointment. When I arrived at the store I was promptly greeted and 1 hour later I was on the road. I shared my experience with the store manager and told him what a amazing staff he had. It was awesome to see that even on today's world that someone still believes in Good Old Fashion Customer Service . If your looking to purchase tires this is definitely where you want to come. Best Prices, Best Warranty and most of all a Five Star Customer Service driven team. My Wife absolutely loved the new tire Thank you to the entire team. read more

They refuse to service the tires they sell because they want to try and force you to buy another set of tires.

Every time I have been here it has been a positive experience. They make you feel like they truly care about the safety of your family. I usually research all major purchases throughly and they have always had very competitive pricing to go along with great customer service! read more

I got everything through the location at Collinsville, Oklahoma. Everything was smooth going. I had Santino taking care of everything, including ordering my new rims. Everything was ready to go 2 days before I could be there. So I set the appointment. I can't remember the name of the guy I dealt with while I was there, but he came out and updated me on everything as the process was going. I was very pleased with that. And when it was done, the truck looked amazing. I'll be going back. read more

Superior service!! I took my vehicle into store #1966 in Collinsville,OK. Tony Yarbrough, senior assistant manager, immediately helped me with the purchase of new tires for my car. He was informed I would be out of town and upon my return I would be back for tire installation. Upon returning on 10/24/18 for installation, store manager Matt immediately helped me out. He informed your lead tire technician, Kim, on how and what I wanted done. Kim treated my car as her own and was meticulous in every aspect of the job. I think Kim would make a very valuable manager to your team. I cannot recommend this establishment enough. Thank you for the outstanding service. I am definitely a repeat customer and will recommend your business to all. 5 stars!! read more

I have used Discount Tire Store for 15 years, originally while I lived in CA. I was delighted to see them opening locations in the Tulsa area. As I have always experienced with Discount Tire, the establishment is clean and orderly and the store associates are welcoming, helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable about tires. They are supreme at matching your vehicle with the best brand of tires available while being conscientious about your budget. They will always meet or beat any competitors price. Once they get your vehicle into the service bay, they work quickly and efficiently - you never see staff just hanging around - everyone is busily working. They get your car taken care of quickly and efficiently, and with a smile and a big Thank You, they get you back on the road. I NEVER take my cars anywhere else! read more

I had a great experience getting two of my tires replaced at this Discount Tire. The other two tires had been purchased and replaced by another shop in town, but I thought the price was kind of high so I decided to try Discount Tire for the remaining two. I wanted them to match the two new ones I already had, so the associate came out and looked at them to make sure he ordered the same ones. He pulled up the tire in their system and it was $150 each, about what I had paid at the other shop. THEN, he shocked me by doing a Google search to see what other retailers were offering price-wise on the tire. He found them from Walmart for $115, so he price-matched them and saved me a bunch of money! That was so amazing to me, that he really cared about getting me the best deal and went to the trouble of looking without me even asking him to. He ordered the tires, I got the phone call the next day saying they were in, and I went and spent about an hour at the shop while they replaced them. VERY happy with the service here! read more

always had great service until today!!!!
