Took it into a Firestone Auto and tested the tread. 2 of the tires they sold me had too low of tread to begin with. On top of over tightening the lug nuts, which can lead to other issues. Cheap tires and cheap service - You get what you pay for AKA bad quality.

I had electrical issues with a used Nissan. I had it in 3 different shops and spent almost 2000 dollars trying to get it repaired. The dealer ship wanted 4000k to repair it, and had the wrong diagnosis. Other shops told me to replace the ECM, sensors and wiring harnesses. Mike found the problem after one day- it turned out to be a short in a connector. The car runs great now!! I wish I would have known about this mechanic before I spend 2000 grand in the other 3 shops. Very knowledgeable and skilled mechanics, but also very honest. I set everything for the appt up online, so when I showed up at the store to have my tires put on, an employee literally met me getting out of my truck, knew who I was and the tires I was getting. I went in and sat down figuring it would be an hour or so, as they had a few vehicles in the shop ahead of mine. To my surprise I got a text about 30 minutes later that my truck was done. An employee came in the door, handed me my keys and thanked me for coming in. Absolutely no fuss, professional customer service that I assumed had died years ago. Congrats to this company. I go in to get two new tires but was talked into getting 4 gently used tires. They worked with me and my budget and instead of getting two new tires I purchased the 4 used tires. My estimated time of completion was 11:04am. My car didn't get back to the bay until 11:17am. Now I was a little irritated by this as all of the people who were there before me had left and even people who came in after me to buy new tires were leaving before me. Now I understand that they take appointments, however there was only one person who came in and said that he had an appointment scheduled. I felt slighted because I bought used tires and not brand new that's why I was being pushed to the back burner. When they finally finished my car which was closer to noon than the 11:04am that was quoted to me they forgot to put the caps on two of my tires. I went back in to let them know so they did fix it before I left. I guess next time I will buy new tires and maybe I'll receive better service. I gave them a four only because of the workers being nice and professional.

There were some issues with getting the parts and the owner took it upon himself to get the issue fixed and even drove to the location to get the part that was supposed to be delivered. Not only was the service top notch, but the way they care for their customers is a lost art. A fantastic place of business. Wish they had a location near us!!

They knew immediately where to get new bed panels and listened to exactly what I wanted. Here's the problem. They over delivered and came in under budget. My truck is beautiful. I bought it brand new in 1990. It was never this nice. The paint is like liquid mirror. It is flawless. I can't believe it's the same truck. If I knew it could look like this, I would have wrecked it years ago. It's so nice I really don't want to use it for truck stuff. My neighbors can't believe it's the same truck. Initially, I was going to self-pay and deal with the insurance company myself. They weren't going to pay to have it repaired the way I wanted it, and just wanted to be done with it. Bad idea. Enter Kerri Taylor, owner and "She Who Must Be Obeyed!" In less than a day, and after I, like a dummy, already signed a release, got them to pay for the whole thing!! This lady saved me $$$$. From start to finish they were friendly, professional, and concerned about doing it right and taking care of their customer. I am so grateful to them and their staff. One more thing: ignore the neighborhood. They are a diamond in the rough. Please go see them, talk to them. You'll be so glad you did.
