Bought tires for my Jeep several months ago and had what I thought was a nail in one tire. Great folks, attended to tire as soon as I got there. As has been the case in the past, Robertson folks wouldn't take any $ for repair. I recognize that this is a service offered with purchase of tires, but it's rare these days not to have someone find a loophole or special circumstance to justify changing the customer. Paid to have brake pads replaced, they did not change the pads, said they did and charged me $400, brought my truck back 20000 miles later with grinding disc, they tried to charge me $1000 to replace the disc. My review that I wrote in July of 2025 is now missing! I posted then: My son bought 4 tires form the Robertson store on South Delaware. This was only the second time ever my 24 yo son has bought tires for his car. He was taken advantage of by the sales lady. I should had accompanied him. Dynamic tire balance at $21.50 a tire is an overprice add-on when buying a new set of tires. Most shops in this area include it with a new set of tires. Then being charged $4.50 a tire for the balance weights, $18 total, is preposturous. I know because I balance aircraft tires in my shop. And paying $31.00 a tire for extended warranty is BS too!. The saleslady argued with me about the "maintenance s=certificate - extended warranty, She admittted it was just road hazard insurance . She did not explain that to my son before hand. She wasn't happy that I brought the subject up. I know how that works, IF a customer returns a tire for road damage, the tread measurement will be taken and and only partial reimbursement will be made for the tire. One may only get $50 credit for an expensive tire. I drive 30-40K a year all over the country. Do you think I'm going to carry a tire back to Oklahoma if I suffer road damage? The facebook responses on my post shows people are becoming dissatisfied. A friend, Doug Dodwell, commented that his last oil change for his diesel pickup went up to $170. He asked why and they told him it took more oil.. Laugh.... You lost that customer too. read more

I've been a customer since 1991, and I've used them for all my company vehicles for nearly 35 years. I have used them to maintain around 8-11 vehicles, so I've spent thousands upon thousands. In November they sold out to a new owner, and changed their road hazard policy without telling customers, so the new set of tires I purchased at Christmas didn't include their 3+ decades long warranty I've been used to. When I took my vehicle in because a piece of wire had gone through the sidewall in less than 30 days, it was then that I discovered that they had changed their policy. I had to fork out $362 for a replacement, and they said the manufacturers warranty wouldn't cover it either. Pretty shitty deal. They just lost a 34 year commercial customer over their bullshit new "policy". read more

On a road trip from California and had problems with our tow Jeep. So glad we found Robertson's! Had nightmares about needing alignment and all new tires that had to be ordered and weren't available for days. But what a huge surprise when visiting Tulsa. I had a tire that was deflating very fast, had to fill it it up 2x a week the couple weeks I had the problem before I had time to get it checked. I was worried I'd have to get a brand new tire, instead of lying to me or overselling to me they said they'd patch it for free, replace the tire pressure valve caps and air them up. In and out very FAST! Also Tony helped so much, very insightful. They ordered my tires and told me when to get there. I waited another 1 1/2 hours to get my tires put on. They gave me a $20 discount for having to wait so long. It did not make me feel any less annoyed at the long wait. They do free rotate and balance every 6,000 miles. When I got home, my husband said I should have had the car aligned too. They didn't say anything about aligning the car. I keep coming back, even though they usually annoy me. They do brakes, oil change and other maintenance and repair. read more

I literally was driving on a flat. Whipped in here w/9 psi in my tire, no parking, so I stopped in front of a bay door and hollered at the dude working in the garage. Walked on out, check inside and came back to literally say, "they are pretty busy inside, so I'll just go ahead and pull it in now and get you taken care of". This is why I frickin love Robertson. The guy was so helpful, respectful and informed me even about running low tread life and the need for new tires soon. That's why I come to Robertson 99.9% of the time. Can't beat their customer service and quality of work. I expected to be told to wait my turn or it'll be a 20-40 min wait, but I got taken care of immediately. I know it was just a flat, but how it played out made me much happier than I was walking in and I'll be leaving with a smile I didn't have walking in. Had a great experience at Robertson Tire this morning! My tire pressure light had been on for a few days and I'm going out of town this weekend. Brought my car in, the immediately hoisted it up, found a slow leak, patched it and I was back on the road within 20 minutes! Let me say up front that my complaint goes back to an incident that occurred a few years ago--and I'm still mad about it. What made me write this review now was that I just read an article about how Lego gives GREAT customer service. My story is this. I took my car in for a tire rotation. I had purchased the tires at Robertson. The counter employee told me that one of the lug nuts was cross-threaded, and Robertson could not remove it. I was told to take it somewhere else. I told him that nobody had touched it since Robertson installed the new tires, and he asked me if I could prove that. Since I couldn't, obviously, he couldn't help me. I complained up the chain of command, and a Mr. Robertson--one of the owners--called me and talked to me personally. He backed up the story given by his store employee: I couldn't prove that Robertson was responsible for the mis-threaded lug nut. Tough luck! I will never go to Robertson again, and I wish nobody would give them their business. I've never been treated so badly by a business. read more

I have been here twice. They're very helpful, and with COVID-19, made accommodations to be sure my car could be repaired and I'd stay safe. I really appreciate that. The oil change price was a little high-- perhaps because of the synthetic oil, but all in all, they were fast and professional. (When I was buying this new used car, they took a look at it and let me know how the engine and other parts looked, free of charge.) So far, so good. I'm glad for their help. read more

Bought an "economy set" of 4 tires from them, which the salesman claimed were made in China. A few days later one tire blew out, LR, during normal road conditions with no explanation for the incident. It took them 5 days and repeated calls for them to finally come up with a replacement. After they got the tire in, it took several days for them to get the car back to us. A few weeks later, another tire blew out, RR. This time it took us several weeks to get it back in due to the fact that we needed the car, so we drove on a spare. It took them a day to replace and they charged for installation and tax and disposal. All things that irked me because of all the inconvenience. But the worst part was their rudeness. I was having a bit of car trouble last week. I took time to research my problems and what it costs to fix it plus the time it takes. My favorite mechanic was out of town so I thought I'd take it to the local tire shop, Robertson. I went to the good ol' boys location on admiral. I walked in and told the guy at the counter it's one of two problems if they could just take a look. He began right away with the "tell me again what's going on sweetie" and I knew right away I'd be taken for a ride on this repair job. I again, explained what I thought was wrong, told him what lights came on the dash. He proceeds with the mansplaining of how it could be this this or this but the guys in the back would look 'er over and let me know. 30minutes or more pass and he says ok, it's the (exactly what I said was the problem) and it's gonna take this long and cost this much. I, again, already knew what it should cost and how long it should take, and these totals didn't match up. They inflated the cost by about $50. But I figured they can do it now, and I won't have to wait for my mechanic to come back. -bigmistake - they had me waiting in the shop for another hour before he comes out shaking his head looking very forlorn and saying "it just keeps getting worse and worse. You're gonna need this extra part and it's not cheap. Plus it's gonna take us another hour or more to fix it." Uh hm. Ok tell me what part it is you need? A $25 part from autozone they claim is a $200 part and all the extra labor attached to it because of the positioning etc. so smelling the waist high bullshit I was sitting in I told the guy to pull it off the rack, I'm taking it home. He tries to back pedal, telling me how unsafe my car is. Pointing out the special package (my pregnant belly) I'm carrying. Saying if I leave the car over night they'll have it done first thing tomorrow, of course at double the originally quoted amount which is already higher than it should be. I stated bluntly, again, take it down I'm leaving. He was not expecting me to do this, I could tell from his facial reactions. I may be a girl. A pregnant one at that, but that doesn't mean I'm an idiot. I'm so mad I won't be taking my vehicles back to either location ever again for even a simple oil change or tire patch. read more

Poor customer service. I usually go to the location on Brookside where I am greeted when I enter the building and the crew makes eye contact and speaks. Here at this location I barely got a look. I dropped off a flat to get repaired. No call to let me know it's done and no offer to mount the fixed flat. These are services the Brookside location provided. When I went to pick up the repair tire I was lead into the shop and they asked me which tire was mine. I loaded the tire myself. No offer to help. read more

Easy, helpful & quick! Went over my lunch break (noonish) on a Tuesday and they changed both my front tires and my windshield wipers in less than an hour! The price was lower than I thought it would've cost me as well. $80 each for brand new tires isn't too bad! The cost of service is very fair. read more

Because of that, I came in for an oil change and once again they were friendly and did great work at a fair price. And just today, I came in at open of business because my check engine light came on, and they got a part ordered AND my car fixed by the close of business today.
