The last time I needed it replaced, the auto parts shop did it for me, so I figured it'd be something easy. Firestone wanted to charge me $60 and refused to use my bulb (apparently it's against their policy). I went to Encinas and they were able to tell me when they could work on my car. Since it was the same day, I asked them to rotate my tires as well. I sat in their waiting area working on my laptop and they were done in under 30 minutes. I realized I hadn't asked how much they'd charge me and at the end, they refused to charge me anything! This kind of customer service is so unheard of nowadays. They've definitely gained a customer. I always preferred the small, independent tire dealers after that and loved going to Bill's Tire that was at 15th and Sheridan. I fumbled around with the big boys for a bit (i.e. Goodyear) until we had an issue with my son's Honda Civic. They referred me to Dino and I've been in tire heaven since!!
