Requested a tow for a non-running car. Got the job done quickly and took extra care to make sure the car was in the same condition from start to finish all for an affordable price. Highly recommend

When we returned, our vehicle was gone, and a wrecker company was actively towing numerous vehicles away. We spoke to a driver in a 918 Wreckers truck, who told us, "I don't know who took your car or where it's at." After calling 918 Wreckers directly, we were informed that we had to pay $302.16--cash only, exact change--to retrieve our vehicle. After finally getting our vehicle back, we returned to the Lowe's lot to inform other fairgoers about where their cars might be and what the fees were. While there, we witnessed one of the wreckers having a malfunction while loading a Ford F-150 truck and calling out for assistance. It looked as if the winch broke that was holding the F-150, so they had another flat bed tow truck back up to it, and lifted the F-150 by its bumper. We drove over to record the incident, as we are preparing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. At that point, an unmarked vehicle with a rebel flag license plate sped up behind us in a threatening manner. The driver, a woman, began cussing at us, flipping us off, and walking toward the tow trucks. When we asked, "What are you even doing?" she yelled back at us, "Whatever the hell I want to." I immediately called 918 Wreckers to report the situation. The employee I spoke with told me they would "call their GM and have him go out to handle it because this was extremely unprofessional". While we were in the parking lot, we also witnessed an older gentleman and his wife explaining to the wreckers that their car had broken down and he had just returned from the auto store with parts to fix it. Despite his circumstances, he was still forced to pay the $302.16 in cash before being allowed to retrieve his vehicle. I fully understand that we were in the wrong with our parking. But the situation could have and should have been handled very differently. This experience was unprofessional, unsafe, and deeply concerning. I am formally filing this complaint in hopes of addressing the conduct, towing practices, and safety issues we encountered with 918 Wreckers. I would also like for the Better Business Bureau to investigate this company's practice of only accepting cash payments. I am concerned about whether these transactions are being properly reported.

I had paid over 3000$ in 12 months towards the price of 1600$ tires and was behind 2 payments. They broke into my gated apt complex without the agents working, took my wheels and Tires, essentially stealing my wheels all without notice or prior communication. They left my 4 axles on 4 concrete blocks and two garbage old rims laying flat. They broke the asphalt at my apt complex taking the wheels and tires off which I'm showing the complex. They scuffed up both back brake pads putting them on concrete blocks. They took my valve stem covers and didn't put them back on the Wheels when retrieved. 3 of the wheels were scratched severely from torque marks. This place is the most dishonest place I've ever dealt with.. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH RNR tire! Liars, and scam artists align with theft and damage to my vehicle

The gentleman that was behind the counter was not very kind- not saying he was terribly mean, but he just wasn't into being there, it seemed. I asked for an oil change and for all my fluids to be checked (pretty standard). I had brought in a box of tire sensors and asked if they could put them in since all but one of my existing sensors were dead. He kind of popped off a little bit of a snappy comment and roughly pulled them toward him. He asked if I was staying or going while they service my car - I asked how long it would be and he said about two hours. I was there a little more than three. I understand. They were busy, but I got up when it was just a little more than two hours to check on it. I guess I feel like they could do an update with the peeps that are still in the shop. There were at least four men sitting at the counter that day. It seems like the job got done- oil changed, fluids replenished and sensors in. The other thing I am not a fan of- he never stated there would be a charge for the placement of the sensors and it ended up being $70. A full bill that would normally be about that price ($70 ish) was $180 because of fees and other line items. That feels pretty steep and I will definitely be watching YouTube next time. Part of my appeal to return to Robertson's is they help out with such things as I am sure they installed a set of sensors for me before at no charge or at least not anymore than $20.
