I was treated extremely rude by the manager at this location. I walked in this morning before 9am because I had a flat that needed repair. Since I had bought my tires here I thought they would take good care of me. Boy, was I wrong! She told me it would be after 1pm before they could get to it. While I was on my phone explaining to my son that it would take so long. The manager interrupted my call saying I was being mean. Terrible customer service. First of all we bought a full set of tires and they double-charged us. It took a month for them to refund our money. They wouldn't give us a phone number to corporate but also said they had no answers for us. Later, we took it in to have a flat fixed. When we picked it up our car reeked of smoke. A day later after searching for the culprit, we found a cigarillo butt on the floorboard. Now we have to treat it to try and get rid of that smell. Unbelievable! We will never visit this place again. This place is the worst. Today I went in to have a tire repaired. I was told it would be two hours before it would be done. I said I would wait. Two hours later and my car had not moved. I went to the front desk to find out how much longer, and I was told there were three people ahead of me, and they had no idea why the other guy had given me a time frame because it wasn't going to be done. I took my car and left and went to Discount Tires. Back in February I had scheduled an alignment for first thing in the morning. When I got there, they told me they didn't honor alignment appointment, they only fit them in between everything else. It was an all day ordeal. Got there for my mom's vehicle before they opened at 8:00am and one person was ahead of me. i asked how long it will take and she said it will be pretty quick because there's only one car ahead of me. it took two hours to get an estimate and i decided to leave until it was done. i called at 11 to see when it would be done and she said about 30 minutes and they would call when its done. my mom called around 11:10am and they said they've been waiting for the parts this whole time which she never mentioned to me. then i got back at 12 and couldnt find my vehicle. it was already done and parked out front. i walked up to the counter and she asked me what i needed. i asked if my vehicle was done and she asked "did we call you?" no, you didnt. but my van is sitting outside so it must be done. it took four hours to do the front brakes. read more

Left vehicle and was told we don't know if we can have parts or can finish it today. Got a call at 3:30 stating we need to check the brakes over and would I like an appointment for tomorrow. No thank you, we had an appointment today you had 4and a half hours to change the front pads and resurfaced the rotors as you close at 5:00. Just Wow! This Broken Arrow location would not honor my online appointment request for wheel alignment services due under the lifetime alignment policy that I purchased from Hibdon. The employee told me that they do not have a dedicated alignment tech. WHY WOULD YOU ADVERTISE THIS SERVICE IF YOU DON'T PROVIDE IT? Hibdon used to be a great company with excellent service prior to 1998. So sad to see any of their locations with a 2.0 Yelp rating, but it is obviously deserved. *Note: I know that the lifetime policies may only be honored at company-owned stores. Bran is the most miserable person to deal with. I don't understand why he works the front desk because he looks and acts like he hates his job. I would look elsewhere to get your car serviced or tires. I made an appointment the day before. I showed up to my appointment and told I filled out a request and didn't have it confirmed. Hibdon in Broken Arrow replaced the wrong tire on my truck & then tried to blame it on me when I complained, they got defensive & escalated the situation by not following the common sense rules of customer service. Never ever argue & try to scold an upset customer. Simply listening to your customer's complaint without making excuses goes a long way towards establishing goodwill. When a customer is upset, remember, they just paid their hard earned money for something that was not done to their satisfaction, arguing with them is not going to make it better, it is guaranteed to make the situation worse. Called to see if they could patch my tire and told me most likely could, but would be ready till 6pm. I was fine with that. Dropped it off, then called me at 5:24- said couldn't patch it and I needed a new tire. I asked if they had one in that was like my current tires, as they are brand new. Brian told me he could order it Monday. I need my car back for the rest of the weekend and asked if they could put the spare on. Very rudely I was told "sure". We get there to get my car and Brian hands my husband the keys. Doesn't talk or acknowledge my husband. He was clearly upset we didn't buy a tire they had in stock. We get to my car and I hear hissing- tire with the bolt is still on even though they did they put the spare on. My husband starts to put the spare on and every employee leaves and is staring. I walked in, not knowing they close in five minutes. Waited around for five minutes. Somebody finally came from the back and asked if they could help me and I said yes I need a tire fixed. It has a nail in it it's not on the car it just on the trailer. He said you'll have to bring it back tomorrow. WOW !!! We close in five minutes really aren't you here to make money take care of customers how long does it take to put a patch on a tire is it worth having a person leave unsatisfied and never returning to a Hibon store I don't understand these young people nowadays only care about leaving in five minutes instead of taking care of a customer knowing that return Sunday and buy tires or get all the tires fixed there, etc. etc. I have been to the store before I will never return, because five minutes is too much out of somebody's day !! read more

I recently had Hibdon install my tires. I bought them from a shop on eBay for much cheaper than anything hibdon sells. When I purchased them they had a deal through caradvise, that partners with hibdon. You buy from eBay and the shop will ship to hibdon and install for 100 bucks. I called hibdon and scheduled my appointment for 9am. I get there 9am day of and talk with a gentleman at the front desk. He is not a people person, no big deal, not everybody is. I tell him I have a 9am appointment, bought my tires online and scheduled my appointment with caradvise and confirmed with hibdon. He is immediately rude and annoyed that I didn't buy my tires through hibdon. Starts telling me how he doesn't like that I get a discounted installation price when I didn't purchase hibdon tires. He finds my appointment, but says it's for 3pm and not 9am. Once again, not a big deal, I planned on just dropping my car and getting it later. I said to him, no worries can you just work it in if possible. He was annoyed I even suggest this. I told the guy I would be happy to buy tires on my next purchase directly with hibdon if the prices were similar... I spent 400 on tires and installation, tires alone at hibdon are 520. I understand they are probably better tires but times are tough! My car was not done @520. My main issue with this hibdon is the customer service. No need to be rude because I'm trying to save money. I would suggest not partnering with caradvise and eBay if your employees are gonna treat your customers like garbage because they decided to save some money by using this particular program. Tremendous Positive experience! A minor accident caused two torn tires and damaged wheels. Long story short, we had some frustrating issues with our roadside service. The manager at Hibdon however, (George) went above and beyond to help us get our vehicle to Hibdon, matched cost with our other option (who by the way, didn't offer to help us arrange transportation) and provided patient, prompt, phenomenal customer service. Took my car in for a tire repair; told me they couldn't do it cause there were "2 holes/screws" too close together to do a tire repair, told me I could buy a brand new tire and they'll install it. Told them no, took my car home, checked for the holes with soapy water, only found 1. Took my car to Walmart, Walmart patched it up, no questions asked. read more

I needed a headlight and was happy with this service. However, when I dropped my car off I was asked if I wanted an inspection of fluids/oil etc for $10 since they weren't busy. I was happy to have this done since I knew my tires needed air and I told the clerk this. When I picked up my car the tire pressure had not changed, my wiper fluid not filled and oil was low. The only thing they said I needed was new wipers, but oddly I had just had them replaced with my last oil change and had only driven 2000 miles. So they checked NOTHING! And they charged me $21.99, not $10 as quoted. I took my car back and they aired my tires and refunded the charge. Terrible customer relations, and there is always some bogus reason why they cant perform an alignment with out replacing some part. Which the last time I went under warranty ( because they couldnt do the alignment correctly until i broke a adjusting lock nut loose, and brought it back), I asked for the old part after they replaced it, and it was barely warn out. This is my 3rd time going rounds with them. I thought, I'd give them one more chance, and they did the alignment after I had paid to get a inner tierod replaced. And the alignment is still way out. I was getting motion sick from driving it home, but I dont have time to take it back a 3rd time. I work out of town and waisted too much time with them already. And it's funny, I have never had a problem getting alignment done right at tate boys. And they do it right the first time, every time I've taken it there over the past 10 years. You make an appointment online and they ALWAYS....ALWAYS will call, "oh so sorry we don't have any availability" then what is the point on online appointments? Oh, and when you do get in.... expect your car to be there for at least five hours for an oil change. With an appointment and with you waiting. They don't care. They get in no hurry. And it's not like you're getting anything better than the jiffy lube down the street for half the price and half the time. This was not the case when visiting Hibdon a couple of years ago plus. I bought my tires at this location. However for the second time i made an appointment at this location and was told when i arrived by the Manager no less that i did not have an appointment and was made out to be the bad guy. I made the appointment at the right store. Come on! I confirmed the store location when i called. I was told my wait would then be up to 1.5hrs. Well there are 12 bays at the store, 6 were empty and only two people in the waiting area. Bad got worse when i turned in a customer comment and was confronted by the Manager in the waiting area and when i told the Manager i was going to update my comments to reflect the confrontation i was told "I dont care" and then handed my keys and told to leave. OK, well lets just say i am a Director Level Manager that has three states and lots of employees. I am also a 24yr Vet that has had thousands of people working for me. I have never seen such a display insubordination! UGH. I bought my tires at this location and will certainly go elswhere. OH BTW when i went across the street to where i get my oil changed I got the service i expected and they discounted me when they heard my story about Hibdon Tires. read more

INSTALLED WRONG TIRES I had ordered a set of tires and scheduled an appointment for the install the following day. When i showed up for my appointment, the general manager was trying to talk me into a different set of tires rather than the ones i ordered and even mentioned that he wasnt sure if the were in the back. I told him I'd prefer the tires i already ordered. He went into the shop and got the tires, then they finish up and have me pay for the tires, i notice on the receipt that it was the poorly rated tire installed that he tried to talk me in to earlier. Apparently they never ordered my tires and was going to take two more days to receive. One manager came outside with me and tried to talk me into the tires the installed (rated under 2.5 stars on tirerack) Installing the lower quality tires was apparently a sales tactic to ensure they got the sale since they never ordered my tires. They "made it up to me" by using a 30 day trial period on the tires i never wanted and installing the tires i ordered origionally. On a 2nd note, they performed an "alignment " with the 1st set of tires, ask if i want my tires aligned again on the 2nd set, i say yes i would like the alignment, when they finish up the manager comes out to give me my keys and says "its a good thing we did the alignment because it was way off". I drove less than 20 miles since THEY "performed" the alignment 2 days prior. Sketchy sales tactics and lying about services performed will keep me away. There are too many reputable tire shops in the area for this type of customer no service. read more

We have taken our vehicles here for years but in the last year and a half the service and work done is noir vehicles has been terrible. My husband has had problems with them doing his oil changes , oil leaking from his truck , now his truck has a blown engine! 2 weeks ago had my car in for oil change and tire rotation, the day I picked it up I saw oil leak in driveway, I though oh they spilled some , by the weekend I need break pads changed, so I took it back , saw a puddle of oil in my garage, so called while they had it and said need to fix the oil leak from there oil change, they said they did , 7 days later I have a check engine light come on , so I think I better check the oil, the oil is below low line on dip stick !!! Who fixes an oil leak they caused and didn't check the oil level!!! Will never take any of our vehicles there again!!! Just put oil in it was 2 and a half quiets low!!! read more

I was on a trip out of state. I heard my right front brake grinding when brakes were applied. While driving back to Broken Arrow I called Hibdon Tires Plus on Hillside Drive in BA. Asked the cost of replacing brakes on my F150. I was told $150.00 per axle included new brake pads and grinding the rotors if possible. Sounded good so I made an appointment for the next day. Took my truck in, they did the free inspection and called me with an estimate of $960.00 for new pads and rotors on both axles, front and rear. I said that is way tooo high and I'm coming to get it. When I got there they had not started putting it back together, still on lift, so I went back and looked at the brake rotors. The front rotors did need replaced but the rear rotors did not need replaced. (I've been service manager at various truck repair facilities for 43 years & ASE Heavy Master ReCertified) I got the parts from O'Reillys for $380.00 and had one of my tech's do it off duty for $150.00. And yes the rear rotors were within spec and they wer reused and did not need replaced. 2 thing here really bother me. 1st. I was quoted one thing on the phone and it was way differant whjen the vehicle was there. (They call this bait and switch) and 2nd it the FACT (not opinion) the rear rotors were within spec and did not need replaced. I had quit doing my oil changed there because of poor service, ( make appointments for oil changes and it still takes many, many hours for an oil change) they let me know that they did not want to change oil, so I quit using they for oil changes years ago. This Hibdon has great customer service! I dropped my car off - without a service appointment, on a Saturday - for a tire rotation and to check a tire for a leak. They got to my car at the end of the day, but stayed past their closing time to put on a new tire for me after they discovered my leaky tire was damaged beyond repair. My daughters friend was in town from Kansas and was getting ready to leave late Sunday afternoon. She said she had to air up her tire because it was on ten. I wasn't going to let her leave until I checked it out. Before I jacked up the car I saw a screw in the tread about 1 1/2" from the outside. Sent her to Hibdon Tire Store where we have done business previously. She came back and said they would not fix it because it was too close to the shoulder. I was a little upset because it is getting late in the day and not many places are open on Sunday. Called ___boys and told them what was going on and sent a photo of the tire. They told me to send her on in. They had her tire fixed and she was back and ready to go in less than an hour. I really appreciate that they took the time late in the day to take care of her tire. I got a screw in my tire and had less than an hour to get it repaired. They quoted 25-35 minute wait time over the phone. I arrived at 11:05am and they inspected my tire and got me checked in. I reiterated that I had to be finished before 12pm because I had to pick up my son about a mile away. They reassured me they could get it completed. At 11:35 my car was still in the same parking spot. At 12:05pm, I reminded them of my 3 year old, autistic son waiting on me to pick him up. They checked with the technician on my cars status only to return and tell me the screw puncture diameter is larger than they will repair. They then asked me about purchasing a new tire. Now it's 12:15 and I repeated that I need my car to get my son immediately. They were in no rush to lower my car from the rack or give me back my keys and were still taking to me about purchasing a new tire as I was running out the door on the verge of tears. I realize I was short on time, but don't tell me you can do the job and then fail so pitifully and put my child at risk. Never again! read more

I Bought four new Bridgestone Dueler H/L Alenza Plus tires March 24th. WOW what a difference! The service was awesome and was in and out in less than 45 minutes. And that included an alignment.
