Saul was super quick and helpful in finding the right tires I needed, had them ordered in on a date that worked for me and didn't have to wait longer than 30 min for the change and balance check. Will definitely be coming again! read more

This place is a joke. They say they have appointments but unless you're going to get the very first appointment of the day, don't waste your time. They'll just let you sit there and have the idea your car is getting serviced but unless you micromanage it, they don't care to respect your time in the slightest. The other locations are much better customer service. Don't waste your time here - they do not care about the customer at all. read more

Ok I drive my truck like it's a formula 1 race car... apparently it isn't. We'll i went in thinking i needed a brake job, even told them only check the brakes. They smiled at me and then checked everything. They diagnosed several issues i wasn't aware of mechanically explained to me my options and worked effortlessly at being Rockstars of their trade. I completely stand behind these gentleman and wholeheartedly recommend them for you tire and automatic needs. read more

Spencer the tech is a thief and I don't care that this is petty. We have OU Valve stem cap covers. They aren't exactly $2 like at Walmart for a set. We bought a brand new tire. Waited over an hour for them to put one tire on and the valve stem cap is gone. Okay , no biggie. They just forgot it. Nope. Spencer the tech and Saul says it wasn't on there. Really ? It just walked away ? I want money to replace my set , or for Spencer to admit he stole ONE valve stem cap. Ridiculous. read more

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. The gentlemen who work there where professional and courtesy. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and was told I would be helped in just a few x minutes. I don't think a full minute pass when I was heated again and was handing over my keys to have them pull a screw from my tire and put it back on my car. The best part was I didn't have to pay anything. Even when I was getting my tire fixed at no cost, I was helped immediately and could tell customer obsession is one of the building blocks of this business. Hands down best tire shop I've even been to. And every member of the team I encountered was respectful and courteous. 10 out of 10 to you guys working on this Sunday afternoon. I really appreciate the exceptional service you gentleman provided. read more

I've recently took my car for a oil change, and comes to find out that my missing gift card I had from graduation is missing! Wow what a coincidence that the only person that has been in that car besides me decides to steal my earnings. Went here because I hit something on the highway and obviously ripped my tire off and destroyed my rim. They waited days to even do anything about ordering a tire or rim for me. Basically told me it was up to me to order my own(wanted me to just do everything myself) order the tire and rim and bring it in to them) I tried to ask them what size tire and rim was on my truck since it was at their shop they told me "I don't know" I would recommend taking your business elsewhere because they don't seem interested in helping solve the problem or your business in general read more

I made an appointment to get new tires, alignment. I arrived 10 minutes early and waited nearly 4 hours. I will say the alignment and balance was the best ever. Initial customer service was good, but had zero updates on progress. Later I noticed two of my security lug nuts were missing and one of the others were only finger tight, not torqued... I returned to speak to Oscar the store manager, but he wasn't present. I visited with the counter person, showed him the car and he said he would have Oscar call me... he didn't. I called again and spoke to another person who said to drop by and he would replace the security lug nuts. I stopped by and they took care of me. Nobody should have wonder if the service is done correctly. I've used Hibdon for 10+ years. It may be time to shop for other providers. Overall, their value was lacking. For a manager to be absent so often and not tracking quality of service speaks poorly of a business. read more

After getting a brake job by Hibdom tires at Tulsa Hills, my Mazda CX-5 made a noise when first driving car. Came from rear end near wheels and brakes. I was getting perturbed with the Tulsa hills store so by directions by a service manager I took to the 41st HIBDOM store. Oscar is a wonderful individual and assured me they do their best. THEY DID ANOTHER LUBE JOB ON THE BRAKES AND NOISE WENT AWAY! I highly recommend this store. I past two other Hibdom to get to this one. Oscar and Tammy do a great job taking care of your needs. read more

I made an appointment two days in advance, for an oil change. My appointment was at 9am, I Arrived at 8:55 am, checked in and sat there over 3 hours, for an oil change. I sat there so long, that I had to leave. This the first time that I ever made a bad review, only because I understand when ppl busy, but the wait I had was insane, and I had an appointment for 9am and left at 12pm without an oil change. SMH gotta do better read more

9am, no greeting from counter man, not a hello, I'll be with you in a minute, nothing but a look, and that sets the tone doesn't it?

I always come to get my oil changed and they do more than an excellent job. The staff is very friendly

Had a flat tire on highway and find this place. Been told to wait 1.5 hours and exact 1.5 hours late fixed the tire for free!

Dropped off a tire to be replaced under warranty. They took care of me easily and were very helpful and friendly.

Never trust what they say on the phone , was needing a tire fast and in a time crunch. Called ahead and they said they had it in stock at the store and to come on over. Made it to the store and then they couldn't find the tires. But it would just take a few minutes to get them from the warehouse . So I waited and waited and waited . They currier and decided to make a few stops on the way back from the warehouse . Normally I get good service from Hibdon, but this time was a big disappointment. Note to Hibdon:, If your inventory says you have tires and your employees can't find them, one or more of your employees is stealing tires from you. read more

I went to get a tire plugged and after waiting 2 hours I went to the counter to check to see where I was in the sequence of rotation of service. I was told there was still one car ahead of me. I returned to my seat and waited yet another hour. I then returned to the counter and inquired again. I was told that my ticket was gone which meant they were pulling my car in next. I watched them pull in 3 other cars and did not touch mine. I became furious after waiting 20 more minutes and asked for the return of my keys and asked that they are least put air in my tire, which had gone flat as it set in the parking lot and I would take my car to someone I could get faster service with. I moved my car to a bay with an air compressor and the young man filled my tire with air. I thanked him but he refused to even acknowledge a single word to me. I left and went to a tire company called RNR Tire and was out of there in less than 20 minutes. I have been a Hibdon customer for years but I will never go back again. This was the last trip I will ever make there again. read more

Don't trust the online appointment system. Made appointment. Received confirmation, but when I arrived the hibdon service center would not acknowledge my appointment and I was told I'm behind three others. But there is a Good ending, Discount tires store is one mile away and the flat was repaired for free in 20 minutes. Hibdon needs to remove the word 'service' from their business. read more

I have always had great service here and today was no exception. The staff is friendly and professional and took care of everything. I took my daughters car to the 41st street location to have a slow leak tire repaired under their flat repair policy. Unfortunately, she had picked up a nail and the tire would need replaced. I knew her tires were beginning to wear so I ask the front attendant for a quote on a new set of 4 tires. He quoted Firestone, my preferred brand, had the tires in stock, and told me he could have then on the car the same day. My point of this review is to commend the knowledge, efficiency, and courtesy of the inside staff and the tire techs. Each interaction made me feel like a valued customer!! And, their work was excellent! Driving the car home, there was no bounce, shimmy, pull, etc. it drove as it should. A BIG THANK YOU to the employees at the 41st Street Location. read more

I started dealing with Hibdon Tires within the last year after I got frustrated with the bad service at my local Toyota dealer. I'm so glad I switched! The service here is excellent. They are extremely busy, but they move those cars in and out quickly. They seem to have a large staff, and the staff are very attentive. They will keep you updated as to the progress and what needs to be done. I recently went back after getting a HUGE cotter pin jammed in my tire. It ripped my tire to shreds. I thought, "Oh, no. This is going to be a huge tire bill." As soon as they looked at the tire, they confirmed my worst fears. It could not be repaired. BUT, my tires were under warranty and it only cost me $25 to replace my tires and get a tire rotation! I was delighted! Anyone need a large cotter pin? I asked them to save it for me as a souvenir! read more

I should have gone to the 41st location. Unfortunately went to the location in Broken Arrow on North Aspen to purchase new tires. Have used them before with good success so expected the same this trip. I along with at least four other customers have been waiting in their lobby for two and a half hours now while we watch their employees wander aimlessly around and stand in a group to chat and laugh. The counter guy just told me they were now balancing the tires. Not true....... I can see through the window to the service bay and see my bare rims laying on the floor sans tires. Not my idea of even poor customer service. Update: The owner of Hibdon personally called me rom OKC to discuss my recent experience. She really is interested in making sure her stores deliver quality service and is taking steps to remedy this particular locations shortfalls. Based on her sincerity I will again try Hibdon's when one of my vehicles needs tires. I wish her much success in raising the level of service at this location to that of her other stores. read more

Took my trailer in on the way to a job, i had plugged the tire to get me their, it was a brand new tire that they put on, i had tire warranty, they would not patch tire and wanted 45.00 for a new tire with my warranty, hole was deed center of tire, i showed it to them and then waited 2 hours, for them to tell me they would not patch it because of a plug was in it, i had a employee with me, costing me 22 per hr, even the manager said he plugs his tires but Hibdon would not fix it or make it right, i left up set went around the corner to Robertson tires, they fixed in about 10 minuets, and they don't charge for flats it was free, will never go any where else read more

They fix flats free. Was very sorry when they said they couldn't fix my tire since the damage was only an inch from the edge. They don't carry Michelin, but can order them. I didn't want to wait today, so I left. Employees very nice. This location is hard to find and get into. You can't access it from the Broken Arrow, even though you can see it. read more

I bought two tires here and 2 days later I found a nail in one of them, I brought it back for a patch and was told it was too close to the tire wall so it was not repairable... But they decided to go ahead and replace the tire, free of charge when they didn't have to. That alone has won me over as loyal customer, not to mention the polite and helpful staff, complimentary water and popcorn in the lobby (which is kept clean and tidy) and an HDTV to watch while you wait. A big thank you to Hibdon tire and all of their staff for your help. read more

I came in for a plug on a flat, and unfortunately, the hole was too big. I had gotten a quote from Walmart for a replacement tire, and they matched it for me. Unfortunately, I was in a huge time crunch, and by the time the tire was available, I couldn't wait the extra 45 minutes to have them put the new tire on for me, but I took it home, and I was able to do it myself. They were helpful and patient with me though. I'll use them again for sure. read more

Talking about the 41st location: Don't go here for anything other than tires. I had a diagnostics test run and they could not figure out what was wrong. They didn't charge me for anything. I went in with a check system light on and got to my car and there were 4 new lights on! They reassured me that I must have come in with those lights on. Something similar has happened with them in the past with a tire pressure light. They're dishonest. I heard an employee joking about charging someone for something they didn't have done because they were "rude as hell." Weird company. Not going back again. read more

This is the WORST Hibdon Tires I have ever been to. Along with my myself, everyone else I know that has come here has had a terrible experience!! I simply took my car in to get aligned, that's IT, and they came out with a paper that had a list of issues with my car totaling over $670.. they lied about one of my tires "needing to be replaced because it's about to split". I took it over to Firestone and there was NOTHING WRONG WITH ANY TIRES!!!! they actually took me out to my car to visually SHOW me what needed to be fixed. So basically. Hibdon on 41st does nothing but scam people and BULLY them into paying substantial amounts of money for problems that don't even exist. They lie and they're rude. If you wanna go to a Hibdon business, go to Tulsa Hills.. those guys are at least very friendly and kind unlike this place. read more

Took in my Lexus GX460 back for the rotation and tire leak repair they failed to do when I paid for an oil change and asked for the service 2 weeks prior. When I got in my car to leave, the tire differential light was on and pushing the corresponding button didn't turn the warning light off so I walked in to let them know. The manager said its nothing they could have done and insisted they couldn't turn off the light or fix it and suggested I take it into the dealership. Driving home (with my 3 small children) felt like I was skidding on top of a lake. called Lexus and was told to push the button and drive in reverse for basically the length of a short driveway to turn it off. Once I fixed it myself I thought I'd let these people at hibdon know how this issue is easily fixed (and ofc was caused by them in the 1st place) but before I said a word, I was placed on hold and then hung up on. Lost my loyal business forever. read more

Extremely unprofessional. Always had problems with them over simple matters. Tried to charge us $400 for a single tire that was under warranty. This place has been the worst experience ever I usually go to Meineke but since I moved close to this place I decided to go there they will try to charge you an arm and a leg for anything and they will try to change things on your vehicle that are still in good shape! Take your business somewhere else. I called ahead to order a new set of tires to be installed the next day. After all the tires were off my car and I had already been waiting an hour, they told me that the tires I ordered had been discontinued, even though they still showed as available on the website. The tires that had been "accidentally" ordered for me happened to be $300+ more expensive. It was assumed that I wouldn't question the difference and would blindly comply because of how much hassle it would be for me to take my business elsewhere at that point. After pushing for other alternatives, I ended up buying a different set of slightly inferior tires that were more expensive than my original quote. I would like to think that they didn't assume I knew nothing about my car and wouldn't notice the upsell attempt, but I'm not convinced. read more

I love Hibdon Tires. I TRUST them. One day I arranged to have my oil changed at the dealer. I was the first person in the waiting room that a.m. and the last person out. I listened to them come out and tell every single person who left before me that they needed new brakes. When it was my turn, they came out and told me I needed new brakes. I took my car to Hibdon where they told me I had 20,000 miles left on my current brakes. I never looked back. If I need something done for my car, I go to Hibdon. They are nice, professional and honest. read more
