Spencer the tech is a thief and I don't care that this is petty. We have OU Valve stem cap covers. They aren't exactly $2 like at Walmart for a set. We bought a brand new tire. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. The gentlemen who work there where professional and courtesy. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and was told I would be helped in just a few x minutes. I don't think a full minute pass when I was heated again and was handing over my keys to have them pull a screw from my tire and put it back on my car. The best part was I didn't have to pay anything. Even when I was getting my tire fixed at no cost, I was helped immediately and could tell customer obsession is one of the building blocks of this business. I made an appointment to get new tires, alignment. I arrived 10 minutes early and waited nearly 4 hours. I will say the alignment and balance was the best ever. Initial customer service was good, but had zero updates on progress. Later I noticed two of my security lug nuts were missing and one of the others were only finger tight, not torqued... I returned to speak to Oscar the store manager, but he wasn't present. I visited with the counter person, showed him the car and he said he would have Oscar call me... he didn't. I called again and spoke to another person who said to drop by and he would replace the security lug nuts. I stopped by and they took care of me. Nobody should have wonder if the service is done correctly. I've used Hibdon for 10+ years. It may be time to shop for other providers. Overall, their value was lacking. I made an appointment two days in advance, for an oil change. My appointment was at 9am, I Arrived at 8:55 am, checked in and sat there over 3 hours, for an oil change. I sat there so long, that I had to leave. This the first time that I ever made a bad review, only because I understand when ppl busy, but the wait I had was insane, and I had an appointment for 9am and left at 12pm without an oil change. Dropped off a tire to be replaced under warranty. They took care of me easily and were very helpful and friendly.

Never trust what they say on the phone , was needing a tire fast and in a time crunch. Called ahead and they said they had it in stock at the store and to come on over. Made it to the store and then they couldn't find the tires. But it would just take a few minutes to get them from the warehouse . So I waited and waited and waited . They currier and decided to make a few stops on the way back from the warehouse . Normally I get good service from Hibdon, but this time was a big disappointment. Note to Hibdon:, If your inventory says you have tires and your employees can't find them, one or more of your employees is stealing tires from you. read more

Went for oil change which they did and explained in detail the best oil for your vehicle based on usage of vehicle. I went to get a tire plugged and after waiting 2 hours I went to the counter to check to see where I was in the sequence of rotation of service. I was told there was still one car ahead of me. I returned to my seat and waited yet another hour. I then returned to the counter and inquired again. I was told that my ticket was gone which meant they were pulling my car in next. I watched them pull in 3 other cars and did not touch mine. I became furious after waiting 20 more minutes and asked for the return of my keys and asked that they are least put air in my tire, which had gone flat as it set in the parking lot and I would take my car to someone I could get faster service with. I moved my car to a bay with an air compressor and the young man filled my tire with air. I thanked him but he refused to even acknowledge a single word to me. I left and went to a tire company called RNR Tire and was out of there in less than 20 minutes. I have been a Hibdon customer for years but I will never go back again. Received confirmation, but when I arrived the hibdon service center would not acknowledge my appointment and I was told I'm behind three others. I took my daughters car to the 41st street location to have a slow leak tire repaired under their flat repair policy. Unfortunately, she had picked up a nail and the tire would need replaced. I knew her tires were beginning to wear so I ask the front attendant for a quote on a new set of 4 tires. He quoted Firestone, my preferred brand, had the tires in stock, and told me he could have then on the car the same day. My point of this review is to commend the knowledge, efficiency, and courtesy of the inside staff and the tire techs. Each interaction made me feel like a valued customer!! And, their work was excellent! Driving the car home, there was no bounce, shimmy, pull, etc. it drove as it should. A BIG THANK YOU to the employees at the 41st Street Location. read more

Took my trailer in on the way to a job, i had plugged the tire to get me their, it was a brand new tire that they put on, i had tire warranty, they would not patch tire and wanted 45.00 for a new tire with my warranty, hole was deed center of tire, i showed it to them and then waited 2 hours, for them to tell me they would not patch it because of a plug was in it, i had a employee with me, costing me 22 per hr, even the manager said he plugs his tires but Hibdon would not fix it or make it right, i left up set went around the corner to Robertson tires, they fixed in about 10 minuets, and they don't charge for flats it was free, will never go any where else read more

I started dealing with Hibdon Tires within the last year after I got frustrated with the bad service at my local Toyota dealer. I'm so glad I switched! The service here is excellent. They are extremely busy, but they move those cars in and out quickly. They seem to have a large staff, and the staff are very attentive. They will keep you updated as to the progress and what needs to be done. I recently went back after getting a HUGE cotter pin jammed in my tire. It ripped my tire to shreds. I thought, "Oh, no. This is going to be a huge tire bill." As soon as they looked at the tire, they confirmed my worst fears. It could not be repaired. BUT, my tires were under warranty and it only cost me $25 to replace my tires and get a tire rotation! I was delighted! Anyone need a large cotter pin? I should have gone to the 41st location. Unfortunately went to the location in Broken Arrow on North Aspen to purchase new tires. Have used them before with good success so expected the same this trip. I along with at least four other customers have been waiting in their lobby for two and a half hours now while we watch their employees wander aimlessly around and stand in a group to chat and laugh. The counter guy just told me they were now balancing the tires. Not true....... I can see through the window to the service bay and see my bare rims laying on the floor sans tires. Not my idea of even poor customer service. Update: The owner of Hibdon personally called me rom OKC to discuss my recent experience. She really is interested in making sure her stores deliver quality service and is taking steps to remedy this particular locations shortfalls. Based on her sincerity I will again try Hibdon's when one of my vehicles needs tires. I wish her much success in raising the level of service at this location to that of her other stores. read more

I went in with a check system light on and got to my car and there were 4 new lights on! They reassured me that I must have come in with those lights on. Something similar has happened with them in the past with a tire pressure light. They're dishonest. I simply took my car in to get aligned, that's IT, and they came out with a paper that had a list of issues with my car totaling over $670.. they lied about one of my tires "needing to be replaced because it's about to split". I took it over to Firestone and there was NOTHING WRONG WITH ANY TIRES!!!! they actually took me out to my car to visually SHOW me what needed to be fixed. So basically. I bought two tires here and 2 days later I found a nail in one of them, I brought it back for a patch and was told it was too close to the tire wall so it was not repairable... But they decided to go ahead and replace the tire, free of charge when they didn't have to. I came in for a plug on a flat, and unfortunately, the hole was too big. I had gotten a quote from Walmart for a replacement tire, and they matched it for me. Unfortunately, I was in a huge time crunch, and by the time the tire was available, I couldn't wait the extra 45 minutes to have them put the new tire on for me, but I took it home, and I was able to do it myself. Took in my Lexus GX460 back for the rotation and tire leak repair they failed to do when I paid for an oil change and asked for the service 2 weeks prior. When I got in my car to leave, the tire differential light was on and pushing the corresponding button didn't turn the warning light off so I walked in to let them know. The manager said its nothing they could have done and insisted they couldn't turn off the light or fix it and suggested I take it into the dealership. Driving home (with my 3 small children) felt like I was skidding on top of a lake. called Lexus and was told to push the button and drive in reverse for basically the length of a short driveway to turn it off. Once I fixed it myself I thought I'd let these people at hibdon know how this issue is easily fixed (and ofc was caused by them in the 1st place) but before I said a word, I was placed on hold and then hung up on. After all the tires were off my car and I had already been waiting an hour, they told me that the tires I ordered had been discontinued, even though they still showed as available on the website. The tires that had been "accidentally" ordered for me happened to be $300+ more expensive. It was assumed that I wouldn't question the difference and would blindly comply because of how much hassle it would be for me to take my business elsewhere at that point. After pushing for other alternatives, I ended up buying a different set of slightly inferior tires that were more expensive than my original quote.
