Two mo later, We just checked our camper for an upcoming road trip and realized they put one of the new tires on the spare instead of the camper itself. Called and they said to bring it in. Instead of expediting our situation they put us in a long line of customers again even though they realized this was their mistake. We have now been here an hour and 1/2 and they are saying another 1/2 to 45 min because some people had appointments. Really, we shouldn't have had to check behind their work or have to bring it back to be done right. I'm very disappointed and have lost so much time just sitting here waiting again not to mention lost trust in them. Just be careful and double check their work before leaving is my recommendation. We have used them in the past and didn't think we needed to be their supervisor. Now we know. Our time isn't as important as there time is.

So I gave them some slack and then just this past month I went back there to have my tires looked at and rotate it before I went on a road trip again , and after a very long afternoon and an expensive one at the end I had a lot of work done . I got Parkway to my destination in Colorado when I was having lots of Tire issues and ended up getting into a repair shop and they told me that the lug nuts were not put on properly and that my tire was about to fall off. So anyway, everything that I have read on this site about the customer service about people not really being confident about lots of other things... it is all true! Knowing that this shop uses a lot of the same vendors we do I know they are quality oriented and know the difference between Grade A, B, and C parts and not only that, but they know what pieces and parts need to be replaced when making repairs, there is zero guessing,speculating ,only gathering evidence and a effective repair. HORRIBLE service at the Goodyear Battlefield Mall store. They did not bother to connect clips to…read moremy brakes and passed inspection on the vehicle anyway. I paid $600 to Goodyear for brakes and was asked to call about my claim. There was a minor collision when Goodyear brakes failed. I made a review on Yelp, was given a #800 number and claim number to call. The Claim employee asked if I had receipt from mechanic who discovered the clips were off the brakes, I said yes. The employee called the store and then told me the mechanics did not note the faulty brake install and too late now to follow through with a claim and hung up the phone. If you have ever heard of mechanics taking advantage of women, this is one of those cases. I was told to go back to the Goodyear store so they could fix it. Thats completely crazy after what they did, actions that endangered my life and others. PATHETIC!!!
