I'm so unhappy. I bought tires and was promised I would get free tire rotation, balanced and alignment anytime I needed while owning these tires. Every single time I call or go by, they can't do it, either no time or a wait time of 2 to 3 hours. An appointment is necessary to make the customers happy. Since they sold me tires, they have gotten their money, and no need to keep me happy anymore. Well, I'll never buy another set of tires here. I've bought many here too. Do not buy from RNR! They are a racket! You come in to buy tires and they give the song and dance. You decide to do the 6 months same as cash and then they have you. The leasing lady gets you to sign and initial on the dotted line. Pointing out your 6 month purchase price. Never does she mention the monthly "fee" that you can decline, but she glosses over that... because it's "complementary"... my a**! So when 6 months comes and you now have paid $300 more than the orignal deal, how are you feeling? Well I feel pretty cheated and scammed. Not to mention when I brought it up, Dallas at the store decides to be rude and condescending. Great way to make customers feel. I wouldn't send even someone I don't like here. Dakota that works there is awesome. That being said a manager named Laura called me an said she was gonna take the merchandise back if I didn't pay it thst day. On a Saturday. I found a way to pay it, but after a year you'd think they'd give you some grace an give you a chance to pay on Monday. They are overpriced an really demanding. But usually they are quite polite. But they treat you like you bought from a loan shark after 5 days late. Seriously do yourself a huge favor an buy somewhere else if you can. read more

If you do a payment plan with this business, track every penny towards your payoff. And expect that even when you make your payments they'll call you and text you regularly saying that you have not. Store workers will claim you have stolen merchandise after two days of "not making a payment," even though you've made your payment. My $200 cash down payment somehow went missing, my fault, pregnancy brain I forgot to demand a receipt because I thought I was dealing with a reputable company. Like I said. My mistake for believing this was a reputable company. Their mistake, my tires cost roughly $1000, ignoring the $200 cash down payment that disappeared I would have had the tires paid off by January. January comes and goes, I'm STILL being charged auto drafts. I call when I can, dealing with a newborn it's hard to make time for this but that's not their problem it's mine. The guy on the phone says yeah, those are paid off. I'll have them cancel payments. Cool. Dealt with. February comes, more charges? Wtf? Call again. New guy, oh yeah we over charged you $30 bucks let me have the account lady give you a call. No, you overcharged me $300. Accounts lady never calls. It's now April. No more charges have hit so I've decided I don't care anymore. It's not worth my time to fight so instead, here's your review. Go somewhere else. Demand receipts if you can't go somewhere else. Don't deal with these people unless you have the time to constantly keep them in check because they will scam you. I'd rather take public transit than deal with this company ever again. read more

DO NOT GO TO THEM! THEY ARE LIARS AND SCAMMERS! An indicator came on in my car, saying "low tire pressure" and they told me that all 4 tires were in terrible shape, with exposed wires and needed to be replaced at a cost of over $1,000, with a payment plan that if not paid on 6 months would jump up to over $2,000. The clerk wasn't doing a good job explaining and then looked at me funny. I limp sometimes and he said, "Do you get disability or something?" I told him no, because I have a job. I just asked if they would put a little air in the one they said was worse so I could get home. My car had good tires when I bought it recently, and has hardly been driven. They got snotty again when I asked to have air and said, "Why? The tire's bad." I said I couldn't stay because my son was going to be home soon and I needed to be there and couldn't wait another hour or so for them. That was true, unlike the lies and scam they tried to pull on me. I took it to another shop after getting home and the back tired were just a little low from normal use, and the front ones were overfilled. The shop adjusted the pressures and the light went off. I called earlier in the day about getting my tire checked. I was told to come by at 4 and they would get it looked at. I showed up at 4 and told it would be a 1 to 2 hour wait as it's first come first serve. Maybe say that on the phone next time and not tell someone to come by at 4. Wasted my time.
