If you're looking for a place where they value customers and handle their customers cars and items with care, DO NOT COME HERE. You'll just leave with a headache. 0/10 Customer service 0/10 Reliability 0/10 satisfaction I came in there on October 15, 2021 to get 2 new tires for my truck. I waited 2 hours and when i got my truck back I found a noticeable scratch on my chrome rims that wasn't there before. I was told to come back the next day to speak with a manager so I went back and talked to him but he seemed like he wasn't in a good mood and said to get back with him next week after he talked to his camera guy. Went back that next week but all he did was say he was going to get back with me and he hasn't. Only reason why i'm giving one star is because they at least got the tires on the wheels. I was hoping for things to get resolved but they have no interest in resolving the situation.

The parts I got replaced at big O on 11/17/22

If I could give them zero stars I wouldn't give it a second thought. In about 14 months I already have to replace my lower ball joints and control arm that I got done by big O. They have a 30 day warranty which is dog shit and is probably the dumbest thing I've ever heard and what's worse is the warranty doesn't even cover parts that failed in the 30 days. So now I have it at ricks and have to get it fixed. I fully recommend ricks automotive.

The service here is awesome. These guys go out of their way to make sure each and every customer is taken care of. They are extremely respectful and honest. I went in for 2 new back tires and the wait was a little longer but it was expected beings that they were pretty swamped. I think I waited about 2 hours for my tires to be replaced, my front left tire to be repaired, and balancing to be done. I didn't have an appointment that day either so these guys will continue to have me as a customer.

unreal! ripoff a 20 yr old female!         on june 2, 2020 @approx. 1:38 pm.  my daughter (20 yrs old) went into big o tires 1503 w republic rd, springfield, mo 65807.  ph. # (417) 890-5000, for a vehicle state inspection for $12.00.        about 4:00 pm the same day, i called nick mosher who is an employee at this store.  i asked why my daughter was charged $338.97 for a third brake light for a 2009 mitsubishi galant and a $15.00 labor charge for 2 little screws.  i was told the part was bought from auto zone.  i requested a receipt for auto zone so i could pay off acima (the finance company) and take the bulb/light back and end up paying a third of that through amazon or auto zone.    probably even cheaper than that if i even tried.    nick mosher told me that he did not have that authority and that he would need to contact his manager jason elam and to call the next day.         on june 3, 2020, i called mr. elam who is the store manager and tried again to request a refund for the bulb/light.  mr. elam stated he would have to contact a territory manager mel atteberry and to contact him the next business day.        on june 4, 2020, i again called mr. elam to see what my options were to fix the situation.  mr. elam stated "we have due diligence to mark up parts in the automotive industry and that the same bulb goes for over $500 for a 2009 mitsubishi galant third brake light bulb/ brake light."   mr. elam also told me that they bought the part from lowe automotive for over $235.00.  i told him i found the same bulb/light on amazon for $111.00 and auto zone for $199.00.           a female child goes in for a $12.00 inspection so she can get tags for her car.  bill comes back being $413.36.  i try to teach my kid to do things on their own.  this is what happens?  this would never happen to 45 year old male.  never!  this business doe not care for the customer what so ever.  i tried to resolve the issue 3 times... i was denied all three times.  people need to know that it is not right to mark up a bulb/light that much for their company to make money.

No problem with the service, but the customers are either scamming or stupid. Nobody I ever saw gives free alignment with the purchase of tires. Everyone wants something for free. They also want it now. Everyone knows policies better than employees. I couldn't work here.

The oil change was $170, and the replacement of the oil pan was $1000. They refused to stand behind the damage they caused even after us taking the vehicle to a mechanic and having documentation as to what caused the damage/leak. Taking it to a mechanic was suggested by their customer service department in order to get documentation to prove they were at fault. We even still have the damaged oil pan as evidence. Since the repairs and provided documentation, I have contacted their customer service several times in an attempt to get an explanation as to why they denied the claim. They only "leave messages or email" the "area manager " to contact me, which still has not happened after one month! I even emailed the area manager myself, asking for an explanation with no response! I spoke to the area manager once in person prior to taking it to a mechanic, and he mentioned the possibility of the vehicle running over something prior, which jammed the plug. Per the mechanic we took it to, there is NO evidence of the car running over anything, and again, we have the pan as evidence. The area manager also suggested we connect with the facility that did our prior oil change, which is quite funny because it turns out it was Valvoline! We have also made attempts to connect with the area manager again at the facility, which has only resulted in speaking to RUDE "managers" who won't listen or assist in any way. At one point, they told my husband, "it won't do you any good going above us". We would like to be reimbursed for the oil change and repairs needed from the damage they caused, but even a simple return call with an explanation as to why they are denying the claim would be the courteous and right thing to do and this has not happened! I am a leader in my profession and know the importance of service recovery and connecting with your customers. Their system is lacking, and we will not return!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND - GO TO REAL PROFESSIONALS…read more For starters, I called to schedule an appointment to have a nail removed from my tire and asked for the first available time, which was 12:00. Upon my arrival at 11:55, I gave my information and keys accordingly. After waiting 35+ minutes for them to take my vehicle into the garage, I was told my front-end tire alignment was off and would cost $129 to align it. I recently had the vehicle aligned less than 2 months prior because I had new shocks, struts, and springs installed. I told them I would like to talk to the previous company that did the alignment and did not want the service. After waiting an additional 30+ minutes, I was told to come to the back, where I was shown massive chips out of the inside of my tire due to their improper removal of the tire from the rim. I was then told a completely fabricated LIE, blaming the previous company that worked on my vehicle. Which I called them out on. I was told I didn't need to pay, as I was so disappointed with their service. I get home, and after inspection, I notice they didn't even put the air cap back on after filling my tire with air. TLDR - Dishonest, Amateur, Unprofessional, Slow, Pathetic

Asked supervisor Aaron, to let Justin know to not throw chrome hub caps on concrete upside down. Justin mechanic has attitude and refused to do it and continued to throw chrome caps upside down and said fke me. Look these caps are about $120 a piece new. I then told supervisor to put caps back on and back truck out. I don't want Justin to touch my truck fearing he would not do a good job or care about it. Justin continued to cuss me and my truck out and refused mount caps & back out truck. Supervisor Aaron had to put caps back on and back out truck while Justin continued PO tirade. the supervisor Backed out my truck, gave me the keys. Looked at caps. Yep scratched like I said. I don't know about you but money ain't free and parts are expensive. As long as Justin mechanic is working there I would go anywhere else. Update, drove across town to another Firestone. When they tried pulling up my truck, funny it was gone. Luckily had invoice of tire purchase in truck. Now for 20+ yrs Ive shopped at Firestone, in multiple states. Never had an issue with my data disappearing. But now right after the issue with this store the other store can't see my tire, lifetime rotate balance, the lifetime alignment purchase. Like it no longer existed. Luckily I kept the original invoice in my truck. Keep your printout people. Today 3 weeks later and still no response from corporate. Not one person reaching out to understand and maybe come to a mutual benefit. This let's me know I'm nothing to them but 1 drop in a bucket of customers.
