One of the three things, they could not hear noise (which was very obvious). Did not need a diagnostic of entire vehicle or ask for it, from Diagnostic, had long list of items to repair that I did not ask for. Just paid for diagnostic and left. Felt very scammed and ripped off. Would not recommend. Had previously been to Campbell Automotive with no issues but was not the case now. Very disappointed and felt cheated. First review I have written.

They had my vehicle for 5 weeks and the issue was still not resolved so I told them I needed it back. When I went to pick up the vehicle the guy behind the counter was rude and insulted me. Took the vehicle home and had it fix in a day and it ended up being an issue I had expressed to them twice I thought could be the potential problem. The owner seems like a nice enough guy and didn't charge me anything but I was still out 5 weeks of not having my vehicle. My biggest complaint is the treatment I received from the guy in the front office at the desk. He needs to learn how to speak to customers.

We've never met in person, but you have met my brother who brought in my 2016 Nissan in your shop. I was pleasantly surprised by the affordable oil change - only $35! I was always under the impression that services for my car would be cheap. So, I was worried about the engine light because sometimes it relates to the CVT transmission. They tested it and fixed the issue! The safety switch still works. If the light comes back on, I'll definitely bring my car back to this shop.

We ("my husband") have/has done business with them for years…read more Not as many years as they've been open but plenty long to see their excellent service, integrity and great prices. It all began when we moved here 13 years ago and had to have our vehicles inspected. We went to one place which shall remain unnamed since I personally don't remember and besides, it doesn't matter since this review is for Jennings Bros. Ha! For the record, that other place planned to have us fix something that didn't need fixing so my husband took it to Jennings Bros next. Bada bing, bada boom...passed inspection with no issues! We've been taking our vehicles there ever since...inspections, oil, tires, brakes, etc. It's nothing fancy but the people are good, the work is good and the best part is that you won't have to pay those fancy prices. You can trust that they'll do a good job at reasonable prices and let's face it, trust isn't something you get to do much of these days. If you're like us, (and in this area, who isn't?), you'll take it when you can get it, right? Alright, nuff said! You'll find them on the NE corner of South St (a.k.a. Hwy 14) and 3rd St (a.k.a. Jackson St). It's a little difficult to get into during the road construction so unless you're already going W on South St, I recommend going towards Murfin's and then turning around and heading back W on Hwy 14/South St. They'll be on the right just before the light at 3rd. Oh...and while you're there, check out the old photos of the place on their walls. I have no idea how long Jennings Bros been there but the pictures definitely tell a story! Do any of you remember the gas pumps that used to be there?

Last time I bought a cup of coffee at the McDonald's next door right before I got there and it hadn't even cooled down by the time my service was complete. I really enjoy that getting my oil changed isn't an ordeal I want to put off anymore, its so easy to just pull in and get it taken care of. They send reminder emails with coupons after a few months reminding you how many miles you were at during your last change too, which I'm sure people have mixed feelings on, but I personally really enjoy the reminder since car maintenance is a thing that can slip my mind now and again.
