They documented the details I provided about the issue that I was having with my car. They were true to their word when I was told they would text me prices after I was given the option of GM manufactured parts or aftermarket. I 100% appreciated that they sent an itemized breakdown down and the timeframe for the needed part to come in. I dropped my car off and they completed the service in the promised timeframe. The entire process was professional and smooth. They didn't suddenly discover I needed 5 million dollars of work done to my vehicle. I received a video, photos and a comprehensive break down of recommendations and why and I truly appreciate. A nice, well furnished, clean waiting area was also a plus too. One of the three things, they could not hear noise (which was very obvious). Did not need a diagnostic of entire vehicle or ask for it, from Diagnostic, had long list of items to repair that I did not ask for. Just paid for diagnostic and left. Felt very scammed and ripped off. Would not recommend. Had previously been to Campbell Automotive with no issues but was not the case now. Very disappointed and felt cheated. The owner seems like a nice enough guy and didn't charge me anything but I was still out 5 weeks of not having my vehicle. My biggest complaint is the treatment I received from the guy in the front office at the desk. He needs to learn how to speak to customers.

They send reminder emails with coupons after a few months reminding you how many miles you were at during your last change too, which I'm sure people have mixed feelings on, but I personally really enjoy the reminder since car maintenance is a thing that can slip my mind now and again.
