The owner is a super nice guy, he was honest about what he could and couldn't do on this particular Friday afternoon and what would have to wait until next Monday. I was able to get done everything I needed to within the afternoon. Efficient, knowledgeable, respectful and honest. Customer service was even above what I have experienced from many shops in the past. They even had a young man carry my freshly mounted wheels/tires out and load them up in my car for me. Balancing operation maybe needs more attention. i had to go in a 2nd time, with manager supervising and caught 3 places where rim was bent. Rim repaired and it does ride 100 better. Service manager kept open communication and was notified of delay due to a techs family emergency. A total of 4 days not including the weekend.

I was always under the impression that services for my car would be cheap. So, I was worried about the engine light because sometimes it relates to the CVT transmission.
