Upon my arrival at 11:55, I gave my information and keys accordingly. After waiting 35+ minutes for them to take my vehicle into the garage, I was told my front-end tire alignment was off and would cost $129 to align it. I recently had the vehicle aligned less than 2 months prior because I had new shocks, struts, and springs installed. I told them I would like to talk to the previous company that did the alignment and did not want the service. After waiting an additional 30+ minutes, I was told to come to the back, where I was shown massive chips out of the inside of my tire due to their improper removal of the tire from the rim. I was then told a completely fabricated LIE, blaming the previous company that worked on my vehicle. Which I called them out on.
