I'm not a mechanic but everyone told me my engine needed replacing. I struggled to get from my home to Kelly's VIP and waited for the bad news. Three days later they called me and told me it was fixed! I didn't authorize an engine replacement for thousands of dollars so I knew that couldn't be it... But I had told them to evaluate it & if it needed major repairs just give me an estimate. Drove there expecting to get the bad news, walked in and they said "it's fixed, your bill came to $299". I was overly pleased but just a little skeptical on how something running so bad could be fixed for 300 bucks?? Wondered how long it would be before it would start back with smoking etc. and expected maybe 50 miles. It's been a few weeks and 790 miles later & it's still running like it did years ago - great with excellent power(and NO smoke). And I don't expect anything to change. I guess it just needed a thorough work up by an excellent mechanic. Needless to say I would recommend anyone that wants their vehicle repaired right at a fair price by an amazing mechanic they should go to Kelly's VIP! Every employee has a friendly face and present a friendly atmosphere. The work is also done in a timely manner with consistent updates along the way. It might cost a little more in the end, but you get what you pay for. I'm willing to pay a little for service that'll keep me on the road longer. My dad was an auto mechanic for decades. Up until his health declined, he was usually able to fix quite a few issues that occurred on his car or my car. Once he wasn't physically able to, he looked for a quality shop he could trust. He was a bit stubborn and picky with the service from the few other shops he went to before. I then took him to Complete for a repair when they were still on Kearney. From then on until he passed away, he would only let Complete work on his vehicle. To me, that says a lot coming from a former diesel mechanic that didn't trust many shops. Since then, Complete has always been honest, reliable, and reasonable when working with them. I've recommended them to a few coworkers that ended up taking their vehicles to them as well. I'll gladly continue to use their shop and recommended them to friends. Also, they have the cleanest customer waiting area I've ever seen at an automotive shop. It's another small thing that shows that they care. Take your vehicle here and you won't be disappointed with the experience.

He made several calls and found a part for our old car in a junk yard. He gave us a very reasonable quote, then we went to the aquarium. Dan called to let us know she was ready before we were half way thru the exhibit! The junkyard gave him more of the mechanism than he needed for the repair, so we went home with some small extra parts. Awesome experience!
