If you think you're going to get your vehicle back when they say it's probably not true. 3 1/2 years and my truck still hasn't been fixed correctly. my truck spent most of the 3 1/2 years in their possession. every time I tried to drive it home something went wrong and they always had another excuse of why it wasn't holding a charge or the blinking dash lights. I found parts from other vehicles in my truck, (trying not to think the worst about it) when I had to return the truck I would let them know that these parts were in there. After my 3 1/2 years of waiting I finally said "does the truck run" they said yes, just to drive it home and have the steering wheel not set right (after repairs) and dash lights (after repairs)flashing and water leaks (after repairs) I went into the office the next day to speak to Lee of course he wasn't there. I asked over and over " after all this time, how could you let me take this truck off your lot in this condition?" the answer I got was "I don't know, I don't know" Don't fall for the Christian music videos they share in their waiting room. I have taken my car to them at least five times. It never bothered me the first few times that it was always weeks to months before my car gets done, The last two times I took my car I told them I only had this car Lee promised me it would be a week it took over two months and again no loan car .This last time I took my car on a Thursday was told I could have a loan car on Friday that didn't happen. I did get it my car on Tuesday and was pleasantly surprised I got it so soon for a one day job it only was there 4 days. I always have to call them because waiting on a call back doesn't always happen. I've had two experiences with a Exclusive Automotive" the first one I had a bmw, 335i getting 02 sensors replaced, Upon arriving to pick it up I saw my car " on a test drive" being absolutely beat on going down Selmore, the work was a good turn around time and being the person I am I didn't say much about it. The second experience on the other hand was much worse I will never take anything to them again They had my MB AMG for 11 months, I took them a car that ran flawlessly. (Vehicle needed a rear diff-I brought and supplied the differential) my car sat there for 11 months with the promise it's done tomorrow, it's done later today, etc etc. after 11 months I bit the bullet and decided to pay to get my car towed home. My car will not start, what so ever. Regardless of anything I try. I've never had an issue with this car running. When I got my vehicle back and the trunk won't shut and was left open to fill with water, two differentials in the trunk with fluid spilling out, the car had just received an interior detail as well before it went there so the fact that they couldn't even try to keep the inside clean is wild too me. I have no bolts for anything they took apart nor will the car run anymore. I 10/10 do not recommend taking your vehicle there unless you are looking for a place to dump it read more

I brought my VW beetle here because it was occasionally slipping when I was driving on the highway. After a couple of weeks and no word from them, I started calling and leaving messages and the messages were never returned. They replaced the fuel pump and still did not fix the problem. After a month, I told them that I was picking up the car so I could bring it somewhere else. The car drove 10 times worse than when I left it with them and I didn't think that I was going to make back home to Branson. I then took it to another mechanic and after their research, they discovered that the hoses were connected incorrectly and it was leaking oil. Due to their neglect, I now am going to need a new motor. I highly recommend that no one uses this business, as they are very shady!!! read more

I wouldn't take my ML 350 anywhere else. I live 1 hour away from the business. When it was discovered that a thermostat needed to be replaced and which they didn't have on hand, rather than have me schedule for another day, they ordered the part and I went to lunch to allow time for the part to arrive. I returned from lunch and the part was replaced and I was on my way. The girls at the desk are very helpful and so pleasant. read more

I usually don't write a lot of reviews but this place definitely deserves my praise! They are incredibly honest, nice, and humble. Customer service is EXCELLENT. When I contacted David and let him know my battery was not keeping a charge. David told me to come on by and he will take a look. The next day I drove in and he charged up the battery without a problem. I didn't need a new battery, saving me $200. I am forever loyal to this place. read more

Be Aware!!! If you are leaving your car over a weekend at this shop they may use it for their own personal gain. Just like they did with my Mercedes Gl 550. When I picked up my car after I had left it for repairs they had put extra 150 miles over the weekend. When I asked the owner (Lee) what happened ... he said he had to do a test drive to his house. Believe it or not, but take a picture of your milage before and after. Might help to see who you are dealing with. read more

Lee is knowledgeable, friendly, and reasonable. Two times over the last 5 years I've taken my car to a couple different places out of convenience and they told me I need to spend hundreds of dollars to fix my car.
