This is the before settings as it came from Ozark above and after below from Reliable Chevy after they fixed the mess

My wife and I own a 2017 Chevy Corvette Z06 with the Z07 Ultimate Performance package. This package includes, among other items, the Z07 performance suspension and carbon fiber aero dynamic ground effects which leave the car with very little clearance. The importance of this will become clear soon. On 17 May I had an appointment at Ozark Chevrolet, Ozark, Missouri, to address three items. First, an oil change was due. Next, there was a small water leak passenger side, rear corner. Third, I wanted to get a 4-wheel alignment for the car to ensure the tires were wearing correctly. If you're a corvette Z06 or Grand Sport owner with these tires you know they are not cheap. I had the car at Ozark on time. Around 1pm I called Jody, Ozark's Assistant Service Manager, for a status check; she explained that they had worked on the window that morning but were not making much progress with that task. I requested that they move on with the other two tasks and if the car was still going to be completed on time and was told yes, it was. I went to Jody to settle the bill which was when I was told the window wasn't fixed, they couldn't get the car to align but I did get the oil changed. This was it for the entire day. I was a little flabbergasted about the alignment not being completed and was told that they couldn't get the rear to lock in once the front was "correct". They wanted to put it on the body shop rig to check for frame /alignment damage which, knowing the history of the car and owning it since it was new, I knew was ridiculous but I didn't see another path forward. I did not receive a print out of the alignment. Ozark's staff theorized that there must have been some damage to the rear suspension. They had the history of the car service pulled and noted the cracked wheel that happened almost two years previously. It was a factory defect that GM and I finally took to arbitration (they didn't want to cover it and GM parts was on strike). I paid a minimal fee ($100) to have the defective wheel replaced. Although Ozark began fixating on what happened to the car BECAUSE OF the crack the wheel, there was no damage to the car, neither underneath nor to the expensive carbon fiber skirting, (remember the car has very little clearance), from the Z07 package. The implication was that I must have hit something to crack the wheel thusly damaging the suspension. Clearly any such impact would have damaged much more than the wheel or the rear suspension. At any rate, moot point. In spite of Ozark Chevrolet's desire to find an excuse to explain why they couldn't do an alignment on the car; the wheel has nothing to do with this service. The real problem was the service technician, Tom M. There are alignment settings for NON Z06 corvettes which I later discovered he used: FE1/FE2/FE3/FE4. I did not realize this at the time since I was not given an alignment printout after Monday's work. I made another appointment for Friday, 05/14 to have the car put on the body shop rig as suggested. When I arrived on Friday, I told Jody to forget the window, please just have the guys focus on the alignment and fix the steering wheel back to center as it had been. Again, no word from anyone at the shop until well into the afternoon. When I finally called, Jody told me she was just waiting for the body shop guys to get back from lunch but that she knew what the car meant to me and that she wanted to make sure it was "right". She would track the guys down, get back to me AND have the car ready that evening. I waited an hour and a half for a return call but did not receive one. As I was leaving my drive way, I got a call from who I believed was the service manager (Alan). He began ranting about damage to my rear suspension and how they couldn't lock the alignment in and how my car suspension must have been previously damaged. (I guess by that cracked wheel two years previously?!!) I asked him what the heck was going on down there that they can't figure this out. His response: "come get your car, we have bent over backwards for you, come get it, you have not been forthcoming and you did not disclose the cracked wheel; we can't help you!!! However this time I did get a printout of the alignment specifications from when they screwed it up on Monday and tried to fix it on Friday. It was clear to see that Tom was using FE1/FE2/FE3/FE4 sittings when the car called for FE6/FE7 Corvette Z06 with the Z07 Performance Package. Staff/management might have wanted to look for the correct settings for the car. How about training your staff? How about checking your staff's work? A new appointment at Reliable Chevy in Springfield the following Monday corrected the issue. The tech backed out the incorrect adjustments and aligned the car according to FE6/FE7 Corvette Z06 with the Z07 Performance Package. I wasted a week worrying about my pride and joy thanks to Ozark Chevrolet but Reliable had the skill sets to clean up the bad work. Problem solved

It is constructed of 12 welded wire panels that have to be bolted together. It comes with a gray premade tarp that fits the 4 x 8' footprint of the kennel. The primary purpose was to keep a 55 lbs. dog in it. It lasted less than 48 hours. A medium size dog was able to chew through the welded wiring. After further inspection the welds on this cage are lacking. I have stored the same dog in multiple wire cages and kennels over the years and have never had this issue. I would not recommend this product to anybody. I would not recommend anybody doing business with this store. It took several days to finally get somebody to answer me on the phone as to what they would do to help me with my situation. By the time I was able to get an answer I have missplace the receipt. Without a receipt they're not even willing to take it in for exchange. I asked them to at least look for my credit card number I used. They claimed they did not have a way to search for purchase since I used a credit card. So I'm suck with a worthless pen. I'm disgusted with the lack of resolve and the lack of willingness to rectify the situation. They're not even willing to entertain anything. Thanks for taking my 300.00 bucks Orscheln's! Bad management and customer service. Buyer beware

Wrong parts, bad advice, and unprofessional behavior…read more I normally don't leave reviews, but my recent experience at this O'Reilly's was frustrating enough that I feel it should be shared. I went in to buy oil and a filter for my Yukon. I trusted the employee's recommendation, but he sold me the wrong filter and gave me the wrong oil capacity. I didn't realize until after I had already installed the filter, which meant I had to waste extra time and even use another car to go buy more oil. In total, it cost me around $120 for oil and a filter that wasn't even the correct part. Mistakes happen -- but what really bothered me was the employee's attitude. While helping another customer in line, he loudly told him, "You're the only good customer here, most of the customers are total douche bags." He said this loud enough that the entire line could hear. It was unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely out of place in a customer service environment. I've shopped at O'Reilly's many times before, and usually the service is decent. But this particular experience left me questioning whether I can rely on this store. At minimum, I hope management addresses the employee's behavior so no one else has to deal with the same kind of treatment

And now I took it back because the check engine light came on they stated the head that they replaced were bad because the Melt tab stated the engine. well I drive this everyday and I would know if my engine overheated especially it has to overheat I think over 225°, so I would know if it had gotten hot by my temperature gauge or smoke coming out of the engine I would have had to pull over And now since they're saying that they're not honoring the warranty and my warranty company is not paying for it because they feel James River Jeep should pay for it. So I called Corwin Jeep, I called Chevrolet and just asked to general question regarding this and they say they would have honored the warranty since it had been only 5 months they would have went ahead and warrantied their product because customer satisfaction and one company said it could have been a faulty temp gauage but they would have still honored the warranty. Toni, the service advisor is one of the worst people you can communicate with because she doesn't know how to communicate. The first time on the job she would go four or five days without even give us update we would have to call and find an update or call and ask someone else to go find her to have her call me back This time it's Taken over 2 weeks and mind you I had to get a rental car because they don't do any loaners if you don't have a warranty or something with them so after being in a rental for two weeks and again her communication sucks ass, we've had to call we've had to text and then she'll come back oh well our texting system is down or well I called your number and your voicemail is full, no the voicemail is not even set up so how can it be full. She lies, she's unprofessional she tells my husband "oh man man there's nothing my hands are tied man" He's not your man. Very unprofessional talk. So I have filed a lawsuit against James River Jeep. No wonder this company has only a 2.1 Stars it should be 0.0 I'm warning you Jeep owners or anyone else do not go there for service go to Corwin or Reliable Chevrolet on Campbell.
