Would recommend staying clear of this dealership. Went to look at this scion they had for sale back in march. The car was grinding in 4th gear which I was 100% sure was the synchro but was assured it wasn't. Went ahead and bought the car (my fault) knowing that it needed a new synchro since even with that it was a decent price. Was lied to regarding that as well as a few more issues on the car. Salesman seemed I knowledgeable, was told the title was being mailed but never received it. When I called the number on google for them someone answered and said "this is not select motor" then the next call went to voicemail where he said "this is Danny with select motor" after seeing other reviews I can also say these people should be prosecuted, and held responsible for their actions. We drove over six hours to come purchase a vehicle today. We were told that the vehicle had a code, but would be fixed on Saturday when we arrived. Upon arriving we dealt with Gary the sales rep and he was not honest and the problem was not fixed. Thankfully, my husband is a mechanic so caught it. The vehicle was also not as clean as Gary made it out to be. I did call and speak with General Manager about our experience who was absolutely amazing and very nice. The General Manager saved our experience and that is why we are leaving a five star review because he felt badly for the miscommunication and I expressed that if it wasn't for my husband, I felt like we would have been scammed. He listened it to our concerns and address the issue immediately going above and beyond I am still not happy about the long drive, but at least Manager cared. read more

We went to buy a car today we drove Wednesday,drove again today.had an issue with trunk not opening Danny said theycould fix it so we went to lunch to give them time.we stayed in ozark waiting texting Danny to check on trunk but got no reply.we went back to the lot being gone less than an hour and he sold the car.we are seventy and have never been treated so badly.dont do business with these young men they are not honest people. read more

BUYER BEWARE!!! We bought a vehicle from them in June. When we went to register, we were notified by the DMV that the title was bogus. Apparently, there is another title floating around somewhere. The lady @ the DMV told us it was illegal for them to sell a car without a valid title. This business will not receive or return your call. Only text. After further research, this company has a F rating with the BBB for similar infractions and unsavory business practices. I plan on prosecuting this business to the full extent of the law. This guy needs to learn his lesson. He is trying to get me to surrender my illegal title. I was advised by legal counsel to not do so. I would strongly encourage you not to patronize this company. Buyer beware! Please do your due diligence on this company before you purchase a vehicle from them. They continually seem to sell cars and not deliver the title within 30 days. They have an F rating with the BBB and court cases against them. I bought a car over a month ago from them. I still do not have my title. They ghosted me for a few days when I started asking where my title was. Did not answer phone messages. Finally, their "title manager" Viktor responded and promised my title yesterday or Monday. Still nothing. I will be reporting them to the Missouri Attorney General's office on Monday. read more
