Salesman seemed I knowledgeable, was told the title was being mailed but never received it. When I called the number on google for them someone answered and said "this is not select motor" then the next call went to voicemail where he said "this is Danny with select motor" after seeing other reviews I can also say these people should be prosecuted, and held responsible for their actions. Was stupid to go through with the purchase of this car, don't be me. Would rather buy form carmart than these clowns.

Upon arriving we dealt with Gary the sales rep and he was not honest and the problem was not fixed. Thankfully, my husband is a mechanic so caught it. The vehicle was also not as clean as Gary made it out to be. I did call and speak with General Manager about our experience who was absolutely amazing and very nice. The General Manager saved our experience and that is why we are leaving a five star review because he felt badly for the miscommunication and I expressed that if it wasn't for my husband, I felt like we would have been scammed. He listened it to our concerns and address the issue immediately going above and beyond I am still not happy about the long drive, but at least Manager cared.

When I first brought my car in for an oil leak, I was told it was only the oil pan gasket. So I had…read morethat replaced, but the leak continued and even got a little worse. I brought it back in, and at that point I was given a long list of additional items that needed to be replaced. I ended up paying $2,020.46 for the engine oil pan gasket, passenger-side valve cover gasket, and driver-side valve cover. Even after all that work, the car still leaked, and I was then told I also needed to replace the rear main seal ($941.52) and cam plug seal ($396.27). On top of that, there was an oil stain left on my seat. I had to bring the car back again to have it shampooed, and afterward my vehicle had an "old gym sock" smell that lingered. Unfortunately not a great experience. I would NOT recommend this place.

If I could give this company no stars, I would…read more I have seen at LEAST four vehicles that fail inspection show up at my shop having passed through another inspector when the vehicle is still broken (ball joints, light issues, tie rods, power steering, tires). While most view inspections as an inconvenience, the parts that are included are for the owner's safety as well as other motorists and finding a shady inspector to pass junk vehicles is bad news. I express the utmost concern regarding their automobiles and I stress that you take their inventory to be inspected by a shop that Clouse is not affiliated with.
