This review is for the quick lube side only. The wait times, even before opening in a Saturday morning are awful. Tried 2x this week- the first time was Tim's 1.4 hour wait. I waited. Then told, "you're next it will be another hour". They suggested ai get there before they open on Saturday. I did. 45 minute wait to even get in. Supposedly they are first come first served" using their cameras. Don't waste your time unless you can drop off and leave it there all day. read more

Very disappointed in my experience here. I was in for maintenance and got there right when it opened and waited over an hour and a half just to leave without getting anything done. After going on Saturday around 3:30 ish they said it was going to be a 2.5 hour wait. I don't mind waiting just don't lie to me on how long it's going to take. Tito was absolutely the best sales person I have ever worked with. He answered every question. Let me know the cars progress in the shop. Checked out every feature that was important to me, personally. Because this Encore had every safety feature available at the time, Tito made sure each one was there and working. He didn't assume. This was our 25 year old son's birthday present. (Had been in a wreck) Tito put the car in our driveway while we were at dinner. Keys inside a birthday box. A little Thompson swag bag. Price out the door was the same price to the penny as advertised. Car came with list of repairs that had been made in shop. (It was well used) a 3 month, 3000 mile power train warranty. My daughter brought her car in after it was hit by another person. The person she spoke to looked at the car and told her they could fix it. They gave her a price and set up a date. 3 weeks later she brought the car in. She dropped it off at 8am and at 3 pm they call to tell her they can't get in the car, can't turn the car on and just can't fix it. If they couldn't get in the car how did they know they couldn't start it??? She went back the next day to show them how to get into the car and turn it on. They still wouldn't work on it. Worst customer service EVER. We can help oh wait no we can't. No solutions offered nothing. AVOID THIS PLACE. There are better shops out there. read more

Well I was hoping, due to all of the great reviews, that I had finally found a GM shop to take care of my GM car. Asked for 100k, oil change service, fix recall issue, check vibration-- hell I even typed out everything so there could be no mistakes- I was wrong the only thing we got were some over priced tires and a wheel alignment - they did manage to update the battery firmware for the recall but still have not addressed the battery damage or any of the 100k service checks- I travel for my job so I try to schedule these things out so as not to waste time now I have to do it all over again. My wife had been looking for this rare wagon for several months, and when we found this one, we made a trip from St. Louis to buy it. I did not want to waste time, so I asked Digger to send PDF files of all the paperwork that we would be signing in advance. He was extremely responsive and followed up by text to make certain that I received everything that I was looking for. I requested a pre-purchase inspection from the local Acura dealer, so Digger arranged for a car porter to drop it off at the dealership while we were in transit to Springfield. My wife and I were able to pick up and pay for the inspection at the Acura dealership, then test drive/look over the car before we drove it back to Thompson. SInce we had all the paperwork prepared in advance and were paying cash, the transaction was a breeze, and we were able to leave with the title in hand! Husband took our truck in for front brakes and rotors for $600. 6 hours later they call and say the back brakes are bad it's now $1800. I said no, I cant afgord that, i then told them they weren't authorized to even touch the back brakes. Then he says they can't put it back together. He calls again and says ok were putting them back together but you have to call a tow truck or we can't let you take your truck. They never did the front brakes at all after 6 hours. Husband had to pay them $80, for what I have no idea, so they could then push the truck out of the shop into the parking lot while we waited for a tow truck. Luckily for them, they did turn the keys over to me after they dragged it out to the parking lot or cops were going to be called. This is not a place anyone should take a vehicle for repairs. It was clear that because we didn't want to all that work done for $1800, they just wanted to give us a hard time. Pretty pathetic, really! read more

Came in at a 6:15, after work, and was asked if we were okay and told a the guy walking away that we were looking for a truck. He greeted us but I guess that was all the time he had. Walked into the showroom and had a salesperson paged to help us. Was greeted by him giving us an update on what time it was, helpful huh? Told the truck we wanted to look at he just would have a hard time getting a key for and if we had just come in a few hours earlier he would be happy to help. We stopped in unexpected late on a Friday after driving in from Kansas City. My father's brand new 2019 GMC Terrain through a reduced power and check engine about 40 miles outside of town. Jason was a great help. He looked the car over, got us a loaner and in our way as we had a wedding the next day to attend. We were worried at first diagnosis would have to leave the car with them for a lengthy time and my data lives 300 miles away. But they were prepared to keep the car until it was fit to drive and let dad keep the loaner. Thankfully on Monday a second tech looked at it and it ended up being a simpler problem to fix than thought. We were heading back to Nebraska from Branson and the transmission was acting up in our Buick Enclave pulling our boat so we stoped in to their service center they were able to come right out and checked diagnostics and let us know it was most likely going through the hills in Branson was stressing the transmission If we take it easy we should be ok. Yesterday I took a truck in to the service department and spoke to a service advisor and told him specifically what I needed done - I gave him the code no# that caused the check engine light to stay on and told him to look it up and let me know and call me if this problem was not covered under factory warranty and not to repair it and to call me first - plus go ahead and do the recall that need to be repaired. Well guess what? I got a call later in the day and the advisor told me the truck was ready and the repair bill was over $500.00 - I then asked him why didn't he call me before he repaired the truck - his response was " Well the service technician had to put a part on to find out why the code was coming on" - I gave them the code number when I dropped it off. All I WANTED TO KNOW IS IF IT WAS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY OR NOT - BUT NOT TO REPAIR IT - BUT TO CALL ME FIRST. The service advisor and service technician took on their selves to repair this truck - I believe they should be the ones that need to pay for the repairs. I picked the truck up about closing time and paid the invoice - I did get them to give me the price of the parts at my cost but still had to pay for something that I didn't ask them to do. I called the service manager the next morning and spoke to him and all he said was he was sorry for the confusion and offered to take back the parts that were installed and that I would still have to pay for the labor that was done. Bottom line : THE SERVICE ADVISOR DID NOT DO WHAT WAS ASKED OF HIM BUT ONLY HAD THE REPAIRS DONE WITHOUT CALLING ME FIRST. WAS THIS SO HAD TO UNDERSTAND OR DO? I wonder how many other people they do this to? WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE EVEN FOR WARRANTY WORK. read more
