I really enjoyed my car leasing experience here. Lucas, Coty, and Samantha are really friendly and caring. I really want to highlight Lucas here because he is the best ever car salesperson that thinks from the customer's perspective and is clearly enthusiastic about car sale. I didn't meet Sam in person since she is the online salesperson. But she is also friendly. The manager Coty is really straight on important points, super trustworthy. All in all is to say, this is a really good store to buy Toyota. I am waiting for my car to come in the next few days. On 9/9, I finally got my car, which was delayed for 5 days. Just to add an unhappy moment to remind everyone: I was told that the car is fully covered during the leasing period. It is clearly a commercial word game to make customer feel good. When I was getting my car, I paid extra money for maintenance. They explain the full coverage only refers to warranty, and maintenance is covered for two years. Since I lease for three years, I need to pay extra to make sure I don't pay more for possible oil charge. I still think this is a good store to go buy a car. We bought our 4 runner in 2024 from reliable. We have brought it in for all maintenance since we bought it. Everyone so far has been nice and helpful. I called and left a message for the service dept to call me so I could look into some new tires. That was April 4. No call back. I got on the website and texted for someone to contact me, Marcus assured me someone would contact me, that was April 14. Today I left a message for the gm to call me. I do not expect a call at all but I am beyond frustrated and ready to find another Toyota dealer to work with. There really is no reason for absolutely no call back. I admit, I am a bit of a penny pincher. I have been known to drive long distances to get a good deal or wait many hours to score a great price. Although I don't drive that often, I've been getting my oil changed at an aftermarket oil change location that will not be named. I had to schedule a recall for my truck and found myself at Reliable Toyota to get the recall done. While I was setting up my recall with Ryan, the service manager, he noticed my maintenance required light and said that they would be able to change my oil at the same time as the recall. I was pretty skeptical because I knew that the oil change that I got at the dealership could not possibly be around the same price as the aftermarket oil change location. Although it doesn't happen regularly, I was wrong! Ryan advised they would be happy to change my oil for less of a price than the aftermarket location charges. Not only that, but typically at the aftermarket location, I have to scour the Internet to get coupons to make the price easier to swallow, not only was the amount less than the aftermarket location, but I didn't have any of the upsells convincing me that there is more problems with my truck than there actually were. The aftermarket location has been telling me for a while that there's something wrong with my brakes. This information is quite odd since I don't have very many miles on my vehicle. Nevertheless, I was thankful for the full evaluation that Reliable Toyota gave me on my truck. Lo and behold, my brakes are in fact fine, and nowhere near in need of replacement, as I was advised previously. This location offers sandwiches for lunch, bagels for breakfast, a coffee bar, and sodas and water in their refrigerator in the lounge. They have a variety of places to sit, and the atmosphere is comfortable and pleasant. Who knew a dealership could save you money and be a painless experience? I also also paid attention to the employees that work at this location. They seem to be happy with their jobs and have good friendships and relationships, laughing joking, and helping one another. My vehicle is not perfect. I do have to come back for a minor transmission flush, but I do know I will most definitely be taking my vehicle to Reliable Toyota. read more

I've been looking for my ideal Wrangler for two years and thought I'd found it here. Bait and switch much? The Rubicon was advertised over the wknd on three sites for $45,800, on Carfax, Autotrader and Reliable's own. We scheduled an appointment to drive the 2 hour round trip to test drive the vehicle. When we arrived I opened one of the sites to look at a feature I wanted to ask about and low and behold.... during the hour drive they altered the asking price by $3195. No explanation and said "if you have proof" let us know. Like I'm making this up? We planned to write a check on the spot for this vehicle. After getting home we screenshot the images we had opened on our various computers from viewing that clearly had the original price. All three sites with the posted price. They won't honor it and claim that's what they paid for the vehicle. Another lie... as if they'd pay full retail on a used vehicle?? They thought they had some sucker on the hook that drove all that way and too stupid to call them out. Not today, Satan. My husband and I are successful business owners and if we conducted our business in such a manner, I'd fire myself. I don't know where these positive reviews come from, but my best guess is family, friends and employees. I purchased a used vehicle and Mechanical Protection Plan (MPP) for $23486 November 18, 2024. I was told the plan covered everything except wear and tear, from bumper to bumper. After one month I noticed oil under the vehicle. I called my sales person, Bryant, and he told me to bring it in to be fixed. I brought it in before the 3-month "Reliable" Toyota warrantee ended, and was told it was a valve cover leak which is not covered, I would have to pay to fix the vehicle which started leaking oil after one month. I expected more from "Reliable" Toyota, their in-house 3-month warranty, and their 3 year MPP. I do not recommend them or trust this dealership. read more

Do not buy a car from Perry. He was dishonest about the work that was done to the vehicle and will not respond when reaching out. I bought a vehicle while it was going through reconditioning with the understanding that my concerns would be met. That being the oil leak. I was delivered the vehicle with the understanding that it had been addressed along with the parts required to pass inspection. However after only 5 days the cv axle seal failed and I had to take it in to be serviced. I learned through the great service representative Kyle that the service of the cab axle had been declined during reconditioning. I was told the oil leak that I was concerned about while buying the vehicle, which is coming from the timing case seal had not been resolved. This issue was also declined to be serviced while it was in reconditioning. I was never informed of any of these issues before, during, or after the sale until going to their service department on my own to fix an issue that should have been addressed. Overall not happy with sales as they haven't replied to me to address this situation. I am however pleased with Toyotas service department for fixing my issue and covering their respective cost of the work that was declined. read more

*Edit to my initial review* I debated on editing my review but since I'm sitting for over an hour in the waiting lobby to have my vehicle serviced for a second time since purchasing, I figured why not. I brought this certified pre-owned 2017 Toyota Corolla in for a second time in two weeks due to tire/front end noise. Initially when I purchased the car, I assumed the tire noise was from the tread of the tires. Within 4 weeks, the noise was excessive to the point it sounded like I was running aggressive mud tires on this tiny car. I scheduled a service and upon initial review, the service rep Tyler, recommended immediate replacement of the tires due to the tread depth measuring 3/32nd. After we spoke some more he had it put on the lift and it was found that both front wheel bearings were bad. Tyler is a great service rep, he had to go against the used car sales lot because they wanted to charge me for the repair. Thankfully he had the replacements covered for free as this should have been caught before they sold the car. I asked about the tread and he said he still recommends replacement of the tires. What I'm upset about is two-fold. There should have been no debate on the coverage of the wheel bearings and if a service technician is recommending tire replacement after 5,000 highway miles have been put on the car, the pre-sales inspection is a joke. The tires should've been replaced before I purchased it as well as the wheel bearings. Fast forward another week and I'm currently sitting for over an hour and counting in the waiting lobby to have the car looked over again because there is a knock/noise coming from the front end. It sounds like something wasn't tightened up from the wheel bearing replacement or another key component to the safety and reliability of this car was missed during inspection. So far, I'm not impressed with this vehicle or the conduct of the salesmen after the fact. I'm still trying to figure out what the 'certified pre-owned' label is good for. I'll keep a two star review only because Tyler has been extremely helpful in trying to make this sale right. *** Evan Killingsworth was a phenomenal salesman! Was told many stories during those 5 months that this review would be frankly too long. I am trying to get Toyota USA to buy the truck back. Since this dealership cannot and will not make things right. Worse yet, received a call on 10/03/24 that everything was fixed and in great working order. Picked it up and the truck fuel light was on and said less than 1 mile of fuel remaining. Fueled it up. On the way home started smelling fuel and when I got home, fuel was pouring out underneath the truck. Quickly brought it back before it caught on fire or worse, blew up. To the world: To much regret I must give this bad review. My score for this company is a D-. I would give an F, but the salesman (although he deceived us) was a nice fellow. The finance guy was nice as well. My husband and I when we first got married went to this store to see about trading our 2020 Toyota RAV4 in for a truck. We were just weighing our options. We were moving my husband from Missouri to Tennessee. We explained our story that we bought a farm in Tennessee and that we were ministers, etc. They talked us into trading it in on a 2019 Toyota Tacoma. When it came time to do final paperwork I wanted to make sure we had the maintenance coverage like I had on my RAV4. After it was all done, we were ripped off. The salesman admitted to us that he FAILED TO MENTION vital information to us that now is costing us thousands of dollars and we do NOT have that maintenance plan! Now, they also did not mention that we would have to pay the taxes on the vehicle being from another state. Now, we do not have the $1100 to pay to get tags. We have this truck now for a few months and cannot even get tags. I have tried to talk to them several times and they hung up on me. The manager did in the used department. They are not reasonable and even laughed at me when I told them how I got upset at not having the maintenance plan. This is one thing I took pride in the RAV4 is keeping maintenance up. Now we have a vehicle that does not have tags and we have to pay the maintenance. On top of that our note is higher and the final price on the paperwork they sent us was thousands of dollars higher than we were told. The whole experience is terrible and we do not recommend this company at all. We repent to the Lord for trading our vehicle in that was almost paid off for this truck that was a ripoff from the beginning! I guess for this company it's all about the dollar. Don't trust them. One last thing. They made a mistake and had the titled mailed to us from my old car. I was honest enough (even though I was so frustrated with their rudeness) that I mailed it right to them. I would NOT have bought this! And...with my RAV4 I could get it worked on at ANY Toyota place and I loved it! My advice to the company: * Be honest with people * When people tell you they are moving out of town, etc., tell them upfront they will have to pay the thousands in taxes when they get home. * Tell them they will not have their regular maintenance plan when you choose not to give it to them. For background information, I am an experienced automotive technician and have worked in this field since 2001. I took my 2016 Tacoma to Reliable Toyota for an engine oil leak that they diagnosed as the front timing cover and the rear main seal; $6614.16 was the quote and I gave them the "ok" on 7/25/24 7/31/24, I picked up my truck and while driving home heard what sounded like a power steering pump whine from the A/C. I popped the hood and found numerous wire looms left loose, missing nuts and bolts, and a bracket loose on top of the engine. I found numerous deep scratches in the paint (not there before). I took the truck back and showed them what I found. They told me to take my truck home, make a list, and they would set up an appointment at the body shop. The next morning on my way to work, the check engine light came on, so I returned immediately to the dealership. They took my truck, gave me a rental and said they would call me when it was fixed. 8/19/24, they said it was ready. During my lunch break I stopped by Reliable and when I started my truck, I heard the exhaust leaking. I popped the hood and saw a loose bolt. I told the service advisor what I saw and left the truck with them. After work, I went back to pick up my truck and while I was pulling away the driver side mirror fell out of the mirror housing. The service advisor said that the tech told him the mirror was already doing that (it had never done that before). The manager told me that he was done fixing things on my truck because he had already spent $3,000.00 on my truck since I first brought it back to him. He popped the mirror back into the housing. I then opened the hood and showed him the thermostat housing that had been broken while at their shop. The manager said that he would order me a replacement, but he did not want his tech working on my truck anymore (at this point, fine with me). Since picking up my truck, the A/C compressor still whines when I use it. I had to set the upper radiator hose b/c it was clamped at the end of the radiator tube where it could have blown off. I tightened and installed multiple nuts and bolts that were still missing. The battery died and I replaced it ($200). Several days later, the engine died again. I found that the technician had left the charging cord on the back of the alternator loose and the charge was not enough to keep the vehicle running I brought my truck to Reliable Toyota so that I could get the oil leak fixed and know that the job was done right. I should not have to wonder what is going to happen to my truck if I go out of town because something was left loose. Reliable Toyota has lost all my confidence and if anybody asks me how the weather is, they are going to hear this horror story. read more

I took my car in to get the O2 sensor replaced when I got my vehicle back they said that somehow the hybrid battery had gone bad in the span of time that they had it I kind of awkwardly chuckled and asked how that worked and Adam guise the service manager got in my face yelled at me put his hands in my face in front of the entire service department I asked them what I was supposed to do and they basically said that I was on my own and I understood that the O2 sensor being replaced that didn't solve the problem wasn't their issue I told them that I understood that it didn't solve the problem but it made a completely new problem and something had to have happened I asked them how long I had to get my car off of the lot and they told me that they'd had a fellow that had left this car in their lot for a year and no one said anything. Today Adam guise called me again and said that I had to the end of the week to move my vehicle I told him I was in the process of it and asked if I could know who I was speaking to and he hung up on me like a child The lack of professionalism and accountability of this business is astonishing. Was first told the salesman who made the sale was no longer there which tells me there was no one to take care of his remaining paperwork. Then I was told it was expected to arrive in one to two days and it would be overnighted along with a check to cover late fees, that was over a week ago, called again and was told the same story about the salesman who did the sale was no longer there but someone would get back with us on Monday. Over the years we have bought and traded several vehicles with Reliable Toyota. It had became a place we trusted to buy new and used vehicles, until now. We recently bought a 2016 Chevy Malibu from them. During test drive I noticed the smell of burning oil. Asked if it was the car making that smell. The Rookie sales person who was along for the ride said "no, it was the car in front of us". So we purchase the vehicle. The same day we brought it home we noticed it was leaking oil. We notified the sales person the next morning. He had us bring it in so they can fix it. They had the car for two weeks. We get it back assuming they fixed the oil leak, but we still have the same problem. After contacting them again and they took pictures and a video of the leak and said they'd get back with us with a plan, we haven't hear anything from them, it's been week. Had they been honest in the first place about oil leak, we wouldn't have bought that vehicle. I understand it's a used car, but I can't park it in my driveway or garage. I don't want oil stains everywhere. So Toyota has lost us as customers and anyone I can turn away from them. They lied about the leak, then didn't make good on fixing it!!! read more

I would not recommend at all. We brought our car in to get a few areas of concern inspected. They said that there would be $150 inspection fee to look over the whole vehicle. When I come to pick up the vehicle there was two separate fees of $150 on there and the reasoning was they inspected two different parts of the vehicle. My old car broke down pretty bad so I went shopping online and saw a used 06 Honda Accord with low ish miles priced at 6550 and thought it was a decent deal. I saw the high reviews at Reliable Toyota and thought it would be a good dealership, trustworthy and professional and whatnot. At the door, I was helped by Anthony Archuleta. I told him the car I was looking at and he looked it up and we took it for a test drive. It drove nice, it was in decent condition, from my research online, 06 Honda Accords have a good reputation. Had to get a new car because I was starting a new job the next week and needed a car for work. So I asked them to go ahead with finding me financing. I could only put the last of my savings of $2000 for a down payment which I thought should be plenty for a $6500 car. Went through the paperwork. Saw a number 9000 on the paperwork and asked them about it. They literally said "oh that's just the amount of you'd pay off if you were only making the minimum payments" .That kinda made sense so I continued. I couldn't drive it off the lot since they said they had to get it in to the shop to give it the standard maintenance and a detail. Needed the car the next week to start my new job and told them that, they said they'd have it ready but it wasn't ready. Had to drive my old car with the muffler held on by strap and a super bad oil leak for days to my new job while the car I bought was still in the "shop". I asked for information on what exactly they were doing to it. Never got the same answer. Thought maybe I'd get some paperwork for the work they did, never got that either. Finally they got the car delivered to me because I was at work. Remembered how the finance guy told me after I asked him to clarify where my down payment went...he said "should have about 4800 left". It was a lie. Instead of the down payment going to a total sale price of $6880 the total was $9000 something. Rex Lyons and Reliable Toyota are incompetent. A simple trade-in with cash payment for a new car (no financing). After selecting a car it took 4 hours of waiting. Finally agreed upon a price gave them my car title and I said I will write a check and when it clears come back an pick up the new car. Somehow this was not acceptable and they would only accept a wire or a cashier's check. I told them I use an online bank so a cashier's check is impossible. Why can't they just wait for the check to clear??? They required a check of $1.5K to hold the car and then I left. I checked with my bank and they don't allow a wire of more than $5K. I call Toyota and tell them this and said the remaining amount is in a check that is already in the mail. When the check clears, I will pick up the car. A few days later they say I have to come in TODAY and do an ACH transfer (implying they were going to sell the car to someone else). While I'm sitting in their office they cannot figure out how to do it. So finally they tell me to give them a check right now. I said it is in the mail just call when it clears. NOPE. Need a check right now and then they have to run a credit report on me to release the car. Again, I just said call me when the check in the mail clears. They give me the car and there is a charge of I think $583 and I ask is this tax and title and Rex says yes. Later I find out in MO that I have to pay tax separately. So I have no idea what the $583 was for. Oh and they can't find the 2nd key. Finally after me hounding them 2 months, they finally made me a second key. A painful 2 month saga I never want to experience again. read more

I bought a new 2021 toyota prius from springfield toyota. Gave them a check for car, but two men would not finish deal until they sold me an extended warranty. Kept me in office for almost an hour, and I kept telling them I didn't want the warranty. They made it like toyota wouldn't warranty the electronics on the car. Totally lied and and tried to use scare tactics to get me to buy warranty. They screwed up transaction. I got my mso in mail and licensed car, and then three months later they told me that my check disappered. I had to drive 120 miles to give them another check. Made me feel like I'm a crook. Went for the first oil change. Sat in dealership from 2:30 to 4:30 and my car never got serviced. Drove home another 120 miles. And get this. My locking lug nuts were removed from my car along with the socket for them. Someone in their service stole them, but they didn't have time to change the oil. I've called them on the matter but they never call back and try to make it out like I'm lying about it. I would not buy anything again from the cons. read more

Purchased a car a week ago and it has to be taken back because the sway bar needed replacement, and I made sure the salesman Andrew knew I wanted to stay under a 5 year payment plan so I got set up with one and then during financing they said it was going to be cheaper if I purchased GAP insurance so I made sure it would still be for the same term amount of 48 months and now while confirming my financing info with the loan place, it was changed to 72 months and almost $10,000 more. Dishonest people. Would not recommend buying a used vehicle or taking a vehicle in for service. Bought a used truck from here that had a check engine light on when I test drove it. Was told it was a sensor and it would be replaced, and that the already overdue maintenance would be performed before they sold it. All they did was clear the code and change the oil. The morning after I bought it, the check engine code resurfaced. I reached out to the sales department and was ignored. Had to replace a glow plug myself on my own dime. All they care about is getting your money and as soon as they have it, they will move on and forget about you. read more

Not a great experience Our salesman was wrong about safety features comparing the vehicle we got to another model we were looking it. Also said he would set up our vehicle with us to make sure everything checked out but he did not follow up with that either. When I told him we were having problems with the set up and features days later, he said "that's strange, let me find out about that and get back to you real quick" I didn't hear from him for hours and when I called him back he voicemail Also we took the vehicle in to the service department a week after we got it because the steering wheel rattles at speeds over 60mph, they had it for 9:30am to 5:30pm just to tell us the tires needed to balanced, and then acted like they did us a favor for not charging it.
