I had gone to an auto parts store for a diagnosis, which they gave me, but as it was a Sunday, hardly anyone was open except for Stewart's All About Auto. When I called him and told him the issue, he gave me several possibilities. When I asked when I could see him, he actually offered to come to where I was and fix it. I happened to be at church during that time and he fixed it right before the service was over. Not only this, but the next day when the issue seemed to come again, he repaired the issue with no additional labor charges. He was reasonably priced and made certain I was not overcharged for parts or labor. The fact that he came to where I was to fix my car was even better than I could have expected. I highly recommend this business and will be dealing with them from now on in the future.

It's been an hour and I'm still waiting for my car and so are 4 other women who were here when I got here.

Every employee has a friendly face and present a friendly atmosphere. The work is also done in a timely manner with consistent updates along the way. It might cost a little more in the end, but you get what you pay for. I'm willing to pay a little for service that'll keep me on the road longer. My dad was an auto mechanic for decades. Up until his health declined, he was usually able to fix quite a few issues that occurred on his car or my car. Once he wasn't physically able to, he looked for a quality shop he could trust. He was a bit stubborn and picky with the service from the few other shops he went to before. I then took him to Complete for a repair when they were still on Kearney. From then on until he passed away, he would only let Complete work on his vehicle. To me, that says a lot coming from a former diesel mechanic that didn't trust many shops. Since then, Complete has always been honest, reliable, and reasonable when working with them. I've recommended them to a few coworkers that ended up taking their vehicles to them as well. I'll gladly continue to use their shop and recommended them to friends. Also, they have the cleanest customer waiting area I've ever seen at an automotive shop. It's another small thing that shows that they care. Take your vehicle here and you won't be disappointed with the experience.

I had NO oil leak when I brought my vehicle in, and after I got home, there was oil all over my garage. An actual mechanic shop told me what caused it... I contacted them repeatedly about the issue, and they completely ignored me after an initial contact from District Manager Gary. Unless you have an extra $1100 to gamble, I'd take your vehicle to actual mechanics with a code of ethics. This location is filled with arrogance and below acceptable customer service.
