I purchased an Audi with cash in November while 8 months pregnant, needing a reliable vehicle for my toddler and newborn. The dealership assured me it was in amazing condition with no known issues. Just 13 days past the 90-day warranty, the check engine light came on. When I called, they admitted it was a known issue and that they "just cap it with oil to turn it off." They offered to look at it for $200. Last week, I turned on the AC for the first time--it didn't work. The service department gave me the same $200 deposit requirement but promised to "see what they could do." Four days later, no response. Now, I'm facing costly repairs just to have a safe car for my family. I feel completely misled and would not recommend this dealership. read more

Not sure why its says i'm from Cali...I live in Springfield Mo The two diffrent salesman i comunicated with were amazing i only remember one of their names @jonathan crosby .the other one was ethan or nathan.They were super knowledgeable and made me feel at home..After they talked me into a beautiful car it went down hill from there....The finance department in the BMW building was unhelpful and see to take pleasure in wasting my time. After i told them i had financing secure they insisted on trying to beat the 5% i was at. After an hour they come back and said they were close at 6.5%...seriously. After i left with the car i drove in there with on 6/10/25 i fully expected to get the proper paperwork to title the car in a few weeks....After many MANY phone calls it showed up on 7/25/25 (fri) It was so late they had to include a $25 dollar check for the late fee at the DMV.I rushed up there monday morning ready to get this all behind me and the DMV said they forgot to include the lein release.....She went out of her way to call Audi and see if they could email it to her to conclude my business..They told her they would email it to her "IF" they could find it.....After 15 minutes i headed up to the dealership myself and ask to speak to a manager. @clayton shipley came out and told me i didnt need a lein release and somehow the State of Missouri didnt know what they were talking about. 10 minutes later he reappeard and said they were on hold trying to get me the release...Shocker,the DMV knows what they need. He was the most unhelpful and unknowledgable "sales manager" ive ever delt with. My amazing wife finally took care of the issue in less than an hour by going around all local contacts. Its sad to finally get the car of your dreams and then have to deal with what i can only conclude is a very unserious managment team @audi.....Ive had insurance on it from day one and have already made the first payment and almost made it to my first oil change and still its not titled in my name. Everyone in the power structure needs retrained except the salesmen on the floor.I wouldnt sign any paperwork with them until they prove they have all the doucuments required to be selling cars. read more

I visited the dealership and identified CPO Audi Q5 which I liked. The Brand Specialist was extremely nice and knowledgable. Negotiated and agreed on the price with manager approval, provided information for the title as well as info on my trade in car. The next day when I was on the way to complete the transaction and pick up the car ( I live 70 miles away from the dealership) I received phone call from the dealer that somebody walked in and is buying the car I was going to purchase and they can give me a call if the transaction falls through. I bought quite few cars over the years but never experienced this type of business practice as at AUDI SPRINGFIELD which I can only compare to shady used car lot. One star is one too many. read more

Springfield Audi's Terry Lusk extended his time and friendship to me when I limped into the dealership with a broken vehicle on a Sunday, on a Holiday weekend. These guys were very friendly. I took my car into get serviced while on vacation. However, they are disorganized and lacking in communication skills. I had the parts ordered to the shop and got an appointment, days in advance. It took them two days to do a job that should have taken 4 hours. They were sorry and admitted they made a mistake, but come on, I paid them thousands of dollars. read more

Will Rodriguez was our sales specialist. He cares about the customer and did a great job balancing our wants/needs with those of the dealership. He went above and beyond in handling our car-buying experience. I chose a used CPO vehicle. This was our second Audi from this dealership - so, yes, it's building brand loyalty. Will has a natural charisma and interacts well with others - a skill not always "teach-able". In this role those skills are helpful to have. We never felt uncomfortable and always felt that our Voice of the Customer (VOC) was being heard. Overall: we are very happy with our experience. After having my Lexus for 12 years, it was bittersweet to relinquish that vehicle and move on to a different vehicle. After much research, as well as our ongoing experience with Reliable, I had peace-of-mind that we were making a good decision. I want this car to also last me 10+ years (that's the goal) and that I'm happy with the car during those years in terms of reliability, performance, comfortable driving and longevity. I think we made the right choice. We highly recommend Reliable Audi (and Reliable Lexus, having worked with them many years, as well). It was a good experience. read more
