Luke and Gracie, I'm sorry to have to change my review, but unfortunately, our experience has not been what we expected. We purchased a BMW from you, and the paperwork has now been incorrect twice. Because of these errors, we are currently unable to get the vehicle properly registered. We have made you aware of the issue, but unfortunately, the paperwork still has not been corrected. I understand mistakes can happen, but when they prevent a customer from legally registering the vehicle, I believe the issue should be taken seriously and resolved promptly. It is disappointing that what should have been a straightforward purchase has turned into such a frustrating experience. I also encourage anyone considering purchasing from this business to do their research beforehand, including reviewing their BBB rating and customer complaints. Buyer Beware!!! Bought my 1st BMW, a Certified Pre-Owned X7 with a 1-year unlimited mileage warranty. Turns out not only did they not fix something I was told would be fixed before purchase I do not have a warranty at all! Customer service has been horrible. The person you need to speak to is never available and they do not return your call when they say they will. When you do finally get to speak to someone, they say they are working on it and only tell you the bare minimum of what is actually going on. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE THEY ADDED $4900 TO MY LOAN AND DID NOT PROVIDE THE INFORMATION ON MY LOAN AGREEMENT ALSO My car had issues immediately trying to leave the lot, I've had it 3 weeks and they keep somehow "not having the parts" I've called 13 times with 0 calls back because they added $4900 to my loan and changed the term length by 2 years and told me it was still a 48 month term length, but it's not 72 months. They put on the paperwork that I was signing N/A on the term length. They did not payoff my trade in even though they had the trade in amount. BE AWARE, All calls will be told "I'll call you back" and I have yet to be called except by one person who lied to me about the loan terms. I was originally going to pay $504 for 48 months, the Finance person Patrick Lane (who does not work there 3 weeks later) wanted to "run the numbers with GAP and a warranty" because I wanted to use my car insurance company for GAP, came back and said it's actually cheaper to have GAP and the extra coverages and the new monthly payment would also be lower at $463 a month. He failed to tell me it would be more expensive because the new terms would be $463 for 72 months. Almost a $9000 difference in finance charges. When I came to ask what happened after calling 5 times, I was told by Adill another finance person, that if I paid the original monthly payment $504 it would be paid off in the 48 months. I did the math and it would only be paid off 7 months earlier instead of 2 years earlier. This company is a scam and will ignore you. The only way I've gotten to speak to them is by going DIRECTLY TO THE STORE. WHICH IS A 30 MIN DRIVE ONE WAY. I have filed with the BBB BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE read more

Well, nothing is ever as good as they make it sound. We had questioned the brakes on the car after the test drive. Derek, who was formerly service, said that it was fine. Just had not been driven. They do a all points check on the vehicles. Now we have it 24 hrs only to find out that we need brakes and rotors all the way around the car. I think this is piss poor business and there is something wrong. They wondered why I didn't want to buy a car there because I can tell they were full of it. They sold my husband on it now he's upset because I told him so. NOWWWW, there want us to drive back another hour there and back to bring it back next week to "look" at it. You all swear you do that to every vehicle and did that BEFORE you put it on the lot. We should have learned our lesson when they tried to shaft us on the trade in. Said they would give us $9000 for a clean 2012 Maximo with 86,000 miles on it. We told them my son has taken the pipes off. They said it was $2000 to fix. We got it fixed for $360 at a muffler shop. They offered us $4000 for the car. I told my husband let's GO!! Not before they gave us the finale. Big O had screwed up and put the car had 131000 miles on it. They acted like it was a discrepancy which logic on the Carfax should have shown that. Less than a month we drove 50000 miles since the last service. I swear I'm so freaking mad right now!!!!!! I'll be going to JAG on Monday. A large down payment and now probably over $1000 in repairs in addition to that. Always listen to your gut!!!!!!!! UPDATE Well, we paid over $450 for front brakes and rotors on a car we just purchased from BMW Springfield. They wanted us to drive almost 200 miles round trip to fix something that should have NEVER passed their "THOROUGH AND METICULOUS" so called inspection in the first place. The brakes were GONE. The rotors were scarred up in grooves showing there were very little brakes on the vehicle. We just do not have the time to continuously come down for something that should have been done from the beginning BEFORE it was even for sale. I'm doubting it all. Even the "so called" warranty they claim the vehicle has on it. Just a shame what people will do for money. Responded to the "business owner" and he never called back. Really speaks volumes on how much they actually care about customers. Definitely will head to BMW in St Louis or Columbia after this experience . read more

We flew in from out of state to pick up a specific vehicle. The finance guy we completed paperwork with said give it 10-14 days. It would all come in mail (which would include a check). We need these to register and get plates in our home state! Here we are 7 weeks later STILL WAITING on the paperwork. We've called/texted multiple times and have heard different information everytime; Its been sent, it's taking a while for whatever reason or its been sent...to New Jersey! We live in Colorado!!! We've heard they will call back after they follow up, never happens. We've heard the manager will call you in just a bit, never heard from them either. We still have no paperwork, no check and no updates! I do LOVE my car, but I wouldn't choose to use this dealership again due to the huge lack of communication from everyone and the snide comments from the sales girl - we know the money from the sell is already in your pocket - so of course you don't care! I was there for 3.5 hours, clearly stated my intentions to lease a vehicle. Staff lied to me saying I was approved for lease, only to come out and say I was approved for finance not lease when that is not why I went. I told them hours prior when I needed to leave by for my kids and they chose to lie to me and let me keep sitting around in hopes I would buy. I was patient, believed them, and I'm quite frankly very disappointed in the inhumanity and choices made instead of simply being honest. BMW of Springfield installed an aftermarket auto tracker in a vehicle that I purchased, overtime this aftermarket tracker was found by a different BMW dealer and it was suggested replacement of a battery due to a draw on the vehicle. Not knowing what the problem was, I paid the dealer to determine the problem and personally paid for the expensive Removal of the unauthorized part put into the vehicle by BMW of Springfield. In order to determine where the draw was BMW suggested that a battery replacement to the tune of almost $500 was necessary to uncover the problem. With several hundred dollars invested the repair was completed and conveyed to BMW Springfield, BMW of Springfield absolutely turn their back on the situation, you draw your own conclusions as to whether or not you would want to do Business with a company does that step up at the end of the day when they cause a problem on a vehicle by installing aftermarket parts that cost BMW owners money at the end of the day. read more

Did not repair car after keeping for 9 months. Collected On warranty and goodwill from dealership who sold me the vehicle who agreed to pay everything warranty didn't cover. After attempting to pick up twice with service light on & car not running well they kept car claiming thousands more in repairs needed after telling dealership who was good willing difference it was fixed. Dealership said BMW is liable because they told them it was fixed & they paid out. I finally picked up car after 9 months with service light on, car not running right, supposed new motor, o2 sensors, three catalytic converter, new spark plugs, list goes on. Over $10,000 in repairs and car is in worse condition & they informed me I needed to pick up and by the way you need another catayloc converter which is $2500 that's why your car is loud & service light on. the Manager said it will run good other then that. My car gas no power, really loud. brought it to local mechanic which said it's the new engine. made appointment with bmw new engine is under warrant. an hour later they called back and said don't bring car in or it will sit for weeks & they don't think it's engine they replace. I wish I could give this place zero stars. What a slick, slimy, shifty bunch of pompous jerks. We bought an X3 less than 2 years ago and have nothing but problems with it and the dealership. Each time we needed a repair (headlight out, engine service light on, tire pressure error, display screen malfunctions, and even a thrown piston rod - the dealership is less than enthusiastic about covering the repair. This last episode stranded my spouse in another state. When the dealership there expressly said you broke down because of an error from the previous repair, un-Reliable tried like heck to deny culpability. I finally had to drive there and confront the service manager to get him to call the other dealership and confirm un-Reliable would pay them. Never again!! If you are looking for a world class experience buying a luxury car Sadly you won't find it in Springfield , And if you are looking for a helpful staff from top to bottom make sure as of 11 //04/15 that all new employees are in place including the Genius! We made the mistake of buying the gap ins , and the extended warranty and some club of some sort on a preowned 2007 335I . 3 days later we decide to cancel all add ons , so of course I contact the finance dept . Leaving several messages , No one calls me back so we go up there to request a rewrite of the contract or at least some help ! He was upset clearly and tried once again to sell me. I got rude demanded the info as to who my gap insurer was he said toyota , wrong ! I read all the contract s until i found it and yes we cancelled it. After that getting anyone to return our calls from the service dept to sales and getting them to fix a headlight has been a nightmare ! The service department customer service rep flat refused to call our salesman to clear up who is to pay for it ! I contacted Bmw homeoffice today ! Last word was they Are fixing my headlamp this is thursday , my car has just been sitting there for 3 days costing me money $$$$ And Happiness . Which is worth more than gold to me !
