Every employee has a friendly face and present a friendly atmosphere. The work is also done in a timely manner with consistent updates along the way. It might cost a little more in the end, but you get what you pay for. I'm willing to pay a little for service that'll keep me on the road longer. My dad was an auto mechanic for decades. Up until his health declined, he was usually able to fix quite a few issues that occurred on his car or my car. Once he wasn't physically able to, he looked for a quality shop he could trust. He was a bit stubborn and picky with the service from the few other shops he went to before. I then took him to Complete for a repair when they were still on Kearney. From then on until he passed away, he would only let Complete work on his vehicle. To me, that says a lot coming from a former diesel mechanic that didn't trust many shops. Since then, Complete has always been honest, reliable, and reasonable when working with them. I've recommended them to a few coworkers that ended up taking their vehicles to them as well. I'll gladly continue to use their shop and recommended them to friends. Also, they have the cleanest customer waiting area I've ever seen at an automotive shop. Unless you have an extra $1100 to gamble, I'd take your vehicle to actual mechanics with a code of ethics. This location is filled with arrogance and below acceptable customer service.
